Everything staff the way the resort is set out very helpful staff and speak English well enough to understand near clean tidy 100% I would give anything to come back just to this place and nowhere else I just love it this was the main and the best high light of my trip I am just thankful that I am exiting on such a beautiful note wish I could never leave.

First time to krabi and Thai village resort.! Low season in Thailand, but found the hotel very good.! Staff couldn’t do enough for you… rooms very spacious and cleaned every day. Breakfast.

The place is neat, breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly as well. Language barrier was not that bad. I enjoyed my stay, I will definitely come back.

Outdated. Colonial style. Reform. This room is spacious. Wi-Fi throughout the resort and telephone for free international calls in room. Take it easy.

Excellent location near beachfront, restaurants, shops and local transport links to ferry terminals and bus stops to Krabi. Clean and well presented rooms and friendly staff. Excellent food in the restaurant. Use of hotel smart phone which is 4G and offers free local and international calls to a large number of countries and free internet.

Not a right place to stay with family. Unprofessional Staff. Rooms are dirty and full of lizards and insects. Pool maintenance is worst. You will be surprised to know that there is no lift in the hotel. Maybe it will be a great hotel if we stay 30 years back. Staff needs to be sent to other hotels for training. They need to learn how to treat the customers. Make sure you keep the disposal cloth slippers safe. They charge if you miss anyone. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Don't recommend this hotel mainly for the families with small kids.

Beautiful hotel to stay in. Friendly staff. Open and spacious layout and rooms are of a rustic traditional Thai nature with accented wood furniture. Situated a fair and not too far a walk from Aonang beach / Noparathtara beach. Night market very close by also on Soi 8, which is added bonus.

Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and buildings. Free beach towels and pool towels. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Ao Nang central. On the downside: the hotel was doing building work right next to the restaurant at breakfast time each morning with lots of noise. On the whole the hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere. We tried to order a drink at the pool bar. They didn't have anything we wanted is stock — not even coke. We settled for a cola drink which was warm. They had to go to the main hotel to get ice. They also added on about 15 percent to the cooldrink bill for taxes! This is probably why nobody eats at the restaurant which was completely empty each night. On the positive side. The rooms were beautiful, the hotel very clean and the lady at the tour desk super friendly and fun. We hired a scooter from the hotel at the same cost as in town. Completely hassle free and instant. Easy to obtain and easy to return.

Rooms clean, staff friendly. You get a handset to use while staying here. No shuttle to the beach and private beach was closed. Could watch TV from YouTube, which was awesome. Great place to stay. A bit of a distance from the beach.

Fantastic and clean resort. Stuff is incredibly polite and helpful. We will return here.

True essence of Thai village culture, quite and very close to aao nang beach, amazing food, swimming pool is great with a bar inside, so that you can have a drink and swim… Rooms are amazing with a touch of rural village and complete in resources!

Third visit to AoNang Krabi and we always stay at the Krabi Thai Village Resort, great location staff very friendly. Swim up pool bar and three pools. Close to great restaurants.

Great hotel in a great location (only 4 stars because the breakfast is not great ) but the staff are great and there are great restaurants just across the road. And it is a short distance to the beach and many other restaurants and shops.

Favorable, but with some quirks.

Beautiful grounds but in need of a refurb. Wires dangling on stairs, not enough loungers at the pools. First room we had was very mouldy smelling.

Nice place to stay. The grounds are well kept. Quiet pool and a more active the ne along with a pool bar. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms are a little tired, but all are a good size. Easy access to the main road, about 5-10 minutes walk.

Very quiet. No animations. Nothing that could keep you in the hotel for longer than B&B. Rooms are often smelly with damp. Wi-Fi works very poorly. Around 700 m from two beaches. Hotel bus twice a day to private beach. Annoying is that during dinner which is between 7 and 10 you have to ask for food around 9 because it is missing and despite the fact that there are at least 6 people servicing in the restaurant no one cares. What is most important for the waiters is to kick everyone out as soon as possible so that the cooks and waiters may start eating. That happens no later than 9.30 every day along with breakfast preparations. An average option. If you want a place to sleep it is OK.

At the entrance there are fish, the hotel looks clean and cozy.

Poor service at receprion, received broken bed for a child. Several times electricity went out at night — was too hot in the toom.

This is a lovely hotel and all the people working here are very friendly and smiley. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great and with plenty of choice. In all it is a great place for holidays.

Lovely hotel with loads of character. Rooms very clean. Staff very friendly. Excellent Service. Breakfast very good. 10mins walk to the beach. Live music in the evenings. No lifts though and lots of stairs… Keeps you fit.

Large clean rooms with an upscale atmosphere. Very pleasant Air conditioning. No mosquito Net. Below average Food. 10min to the Beach.

Very accommodating staff. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, great value. The location is great, not on the beach but you wouldn't want to stay right on Ao Nang beach (you'll find out when you get there). Rent a motorbike if you can (best way to get around) and tons of parking here. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely Thai resort with friendly and attentive staff who are always ready to help. I can always recommend this 4* to other tourist. Not perfect but more than acceptable.

Older hotel. Begining to show its age. Good breakfast buffet, location only fair, not on the beachfront. Rooms are clean and well appointed, front desk staff so-so, Wi-Fi slower than a snail.

Friendly staff with good service, spacious rooms, reasonably priced. 10mins walk to ao nang beach. We were given 2 adjoining rooms as we booked as a family. Pool is good for kids and breakfast buffet was delicious. For our family of 5, it was value for money.

Good hotel, nice employees. Nice architecture and has every basic needs. The breakfast is not very great, but the warm meals are ok and there is a lot of choice. If you have half board you can chose from 3 Thai menu's, 3 European menu's or for 600 baht p/p from the a-la-carte menu. Rooms cleaned every day. There are three pools. And two water slides. Great for kids. And even a silent zone for those who like it. It can't compare to for example RIU hotels, but it's good for Thai / Asian standards. Cleaning of the hotel is ok, but not very thorough. Review of the Krabi region: After having seen Ao Nang and the Krabi region I have no wish to see any asian country. Although the nature is so beautifull. Next time Jamaica again.

Nice pool with slides for kids. Family Rooms.

Full size resort with beautiful architecture (precisely why we chose it). Lush territory, 3 swimming pools, big rooms. Breakfast is plenty though we didn't have any dinner as went out every night. Excellent location as lots of decent (the best in the area really) restaurants and a very good massage parlour. Recommend!

Value for money. Good breakfast buffet. Great three types pools. Some employees were nasty and unkind. Another employee was friendly.

Well located, clean rooms but old fashionable.

I was a week enjoying all amenities, very good treatment and service for its part. Upon reaching the room it had a leak and we changed room at the time. The next room led to which he had no light and we returned to change, so very grateful for all the help.
