Awesome place nice and clean Villa with good staff and provide 2 wheeler for rent to wonder around town.

Amazing rooms surrounded by Palm trees. Feels like you are staying in jungle. Convenient for commutation. Near Ao nang beach. 1 star less because hotel staff doesn't understand English.

Good place to spend time.

It was okey a little old but the price was very good per night.

The hotel is on three ushatcheni stars. But a dog friend.

If we could we would make a lower note. Will sell you a luxury hotel and super nice and you find yourself with a mediocre hotel that is not worth the money it is worth. It took us over 45 minutes to check in, it is exasperating the tranquility with which they do everything. First they put us in a villa that looked straight out of a horror movie. The bath tub had scratches and holes, the sink had dead flies, there were no towels in the bathroom, much less a bar of soap. To get to the hut we had to descend a paved in poor conditions with the suitcases it was night and I could not see anything because there was not a streetlight, we were going with the light of a mobile phone. We refuse to sleep in this villa and we moved to a normal room. At least is was clean, but there was still no towels in the bathroom we had to go down to them, and we also didn't have soap. Does not have a lift. The area of the breakfast was for the nights filled with salamanders. The breakfast was quite scarce. The staff barely speaks English so it was a bit complicated to communicate with them. Thankfully, we brought our friend from thailand and she solved everything, but first discussing with them. The photos do not correspond at all to what that in reality you're. Not what we would like or our worst enemy.

Overall the hotel is not bad. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet. There is a shuttle to the beach and back. Room Service Daily.

Do not speak English the gym does not work do not accept credit card and drive you crazy to pay everything in the Momentl.

The place is very nice but the truth is that it lacks much care. Although it is close to Ao Nang and looks very beautiful, when you look at it carefully you realize how far down it is. The rooms are good, but the bathroom is horrible, ours had the shower broken and although they fixed it to the height of a person very low, so it gave us to the chest and not the head (? ), the pool is very dirty and the staff is very little trained to Communicate in English, do not understand anything and they are understood little and nothing breakfast is fine paint and cleaning is needed.

Friendly hotel staff, our booked bungalow was unfortunately already claimed so we got an upgrade to a suite where we were also very happy afterwards.
Hotel itself was OK, room was clean (under the bed though not, dust and an old socks were still lying underneath) for the most expensive room class, the shower heads should be rescaled again and again, since hardly any water is taken out here.
Otherwise the suite had good facilities, Wi-Fi is very often canceled.
Breakfast was included but we did not take advantage of it after the first day as it was nothing special and did not taste so "fresh".
The outside area and pool were clean, unfortunately not so nice anymore! Here should be invested once again in a bucket of paint.

Very uncooperative staff wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially if you are travelling with kids. Fern the trainee is just one of the rude ladies. Very unprofessional. God I hate staying here unfortunately I had booked online.

Every day a new problem! Management to say the least embarrassing. Breakfast was very good. It's not even that cheap.
The location is not bad, nice pool, cute rooms-bungalow even if the shower is not at the right height. It is about 15 minutes walk from the seafront.

Spacious room and small villa with very nice terrace, cleaning and finishing not exceptional. The pool is too hot and no depth 120 cm. Wifi not great at all and shuttle non-existent contrary to what was noted.

Decent looking. It's far from the beach. Under staffed.

Good cottages. Restaurant available only in the morning. Other times need to go out. Not close to Ao nang.

The gym is good. Pool small. Not the best location, 10 min to the beach. Quiet and tranquil hotel.
