As a Flight Attendant with a quite of experience with Hotels I can say: What a GREAT holiday experience.
— Amazing spacious room with alot of amenities,
— Large Balcony,
— Big Pool,
— Hotel is super clean,
— Breakfast buffet with a great choice of fresh tropical fruit an omelette stand and everyday was something different to try,
— Located in the main road and close to everything,
— Best and most important, STAFF is friendly and helpful always with a genuine smile. I definitely recommend it and I will return.

Hotel provide basic necessities. Shower is not strong and water temp fluctuate. Ants can be found easily in the room. Other than that, its comfy and clean.

I had well time there with clean room and good service! But Wi-Fi very slow make me have some problem with my work. However, my reason why I’m here was enjoy holiday, so Wi-Fi was not the main problem!

The resort seems like it's really nice when you arrive. The staff come get your bags and give you a welcome drink. But our stay revealed the hotels true colors. Ant! So. Many. Ants! They told us they would clean the room. Not sure how that would help but we agreed. I got into bed at night and there were ant in my bed! They sent a guy with raid. Uh… Finally after much arguing they offered us another room. We went to inspect it first. Full of ants. Went to another on another floor and it was fine. We moved rooms. Shower pressure sucks. They refuse to give you more than 2 towels at a time. Breakfast has tons of options but the fruit is left in the open and there were bugs all over. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. Picture shows ants in the lobby.

Very nice stay. New hotel. Very near to the Ao nang beach and market. Lots and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and good massage centres nearby. Breakfast Could have been slightly improved.

One of my favourite hotels of my 2 month trip! The welcome drinks were delicious! The staff was very professional, the rooms spacious and clean, and the pool delightful! My personal little paradise.

We stayed at Ava Sea Resort for three nights. It is a very easy 10 minute walk from the beach. The hotel is very new and has the benifit of having modern rooms and design. We found it very clean and we were unable to notice any smell that some other reviewers noticed. The staff were friendly and it was a nice touch that the security staff and front desk were quick to help us with our luggage as soon as we got off the minibus outside. The pool is also really nice with towels being available free from the bar. They do have a no drinks by the pool policy though which is kind of a bummer. Overall would definitely recommend.

It's a nice hotel. Would not be much cheaper in price, it would be better. Of the drawbacks? Talking in the hallway, and the feeling that you have in the room. Near the mosque. At 5 a. M. Service) and your morning.

Excellent hotel! We upgraded to a large sea view room. The staff are all super helpful and go above and beyond, especially Arnip! Breakfast is great too and the chef made special dished for us since we are vegetarian. Great location too!

Really terrible Wi-Fi. The toilet had a strong sewage-ish smell and nothing was done to rectify it even after notifying the reception multiple times. Had a really uncomfortable stay thanks to the smell.

Oh gods! One of the best hotels I've visited, the room was with access to the pool, the bed is just dreamy thanks to her slept through Breakfast) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) great bathroom, robes, towels, all bath accessories! The gym. Near the hotel has everything, restaurants, shops, sea, boat trips to neighbouring Islands! You can order food in the room, peace and quiet! This is the real top five! If in Krabi, this hotel is Super, the Delight and Admiration!

Our room is okey, but TV on my friend room is broken when we just checked in. So our friend move to another room with no good view. But, when we checked out they told us my friend’s TV can’t turn on… just because cleaning service do something wrong with the wire, but they told its our wrong. Very bad service.

Terrible Management We booked this hotel for 3 nights and prepaid. When we showed up at 11AM to drop off our luggage, they told us they had no rooms for us that night. They told us we could stay at an older hotel across the street for one night and then move back to Ava Sea for the second and third night. This was extremely difficult because we had to spend extra time checking in and out of each hotel and the older hotel had 4 flights of stairs to carry our luggage up before arriving at an elevator to go up another 2 floors. The Ava Sea hotel paid for the cheaper rooms at the old hotel but never refunded us the money we already paid for 2 separate superior rooms on the first night. Ava Sea made money, $113, by putting us in the cheaper hotel. The only concession we were offered was breakfast and 1 preselected dinner. The rooms themselves were ok but not all had western style showers. Some just had bath tubs, no showers. Don’t bother looking at this hotel.

Reasonable hotel for a stay in Ao Nang. Good location and nice facilities. Some minor issues with maintenance but nice service and helpful staff. We're able to help is booked several excursions and accommodate requests. Great pool area, balconies, nice views and relatively quiet.

Honestly this was the worst Christmas dinner I've ever had. The buffet was abismal there were about 5 dishes manned by about 20 staff who had apparently no idea what was going on. For 599baht this was probably the worst decision I've made in my entire overseas trip and I burnt myself on a motorbike. I would recommend everyone stay away from this place for food. The staff outside and online pictures were very misleading. I'm sorry if you've already booked this place and my deepest condolences but if you can I'd cancel the booking right now. Good luck.

Great location. We stayed there for 2 nights and the room was perfect, the service amazing and breakfast was really Good! Highly recommended!
