A charming place and good food in the restaurant. The rooms are modest but everything has a very affordable price. Quality/Price is very good.

As expected the rooms were not very clean, specially the bathroom… as disgrace! No A/C in the room, only a poor and loud ventilator! The swimming pool is nice but only 3 long chairs for more than 100 guests… well let’s say that the only good thing about this “hotel” is the price!

I was here the 3rd time, so it was good for me. Simple, clean room and nice Pool. Unfortunately no better price for longer stay.

Really great and superb. Chiang Mai is a big city there is a lot of diversity of scents flavors and also the Chinese market.

The air is not fuincionaba and the beds were poor.

Rooms were nice but dated. Hotel staff was not the friendliest or did they speak good English. I booked a bus ticket through them and it was supposed to be vip bus with dinner included and Wi-Fi and reclining seats but it was none of the above very disappointed because I asked 4 or 5 times about Wi-Fi and food!

Good value for the money, good location, a little old but clean room, clean pool, very beautiful and cared garden, very nice staff. I will book again here next time. I highly recommend the place!

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and have very good quality price. Is clean and the staff is friendly. In the same hotel you will be able to book Tours of the city and the North of Thailand. There are also a couple of kittens very simpaticos that sleep in there so acordaros give you a few caresses Is very well located and from there you can easily visit all the center by walk. But a few steps there are 2 sites where you can hire a bike or Motorbike. What if we missed was a hairdryer and shampoo but in the 7/11 near you can buy a bottle for less than€ 1… And to enjoy the swimming pool if the weather is good!

Nice food. Lovely courtyard setting. I didn't stay here. Had dinner here with a friend. The food was very good and cheap, at around 80 Baht per dish. A large Chang was only 65 Baht. Lovely courtyard setting. Free Wi-Fi and good service. I'll be back for the food.

Very competitive rates, clean room, Wi-Fi in the garden and restaurant, staff little smiling but helpful and available, Western breakfast, street and pleasant surroundings, I recommend.

Inexpensive, attentive staff, quiet street close to everything. Got a free ride from the train station. Decent breakfast and coffee. Good Wi-Fi, mine actually works in the room. Easy to book day trips and further travel with the front desk. What more could a backpacker ask for $12/night fan room no ac.

Nice pool, clean room, I have not found along or cockroaches how in some comments before, c true q reception they are not very good but they his Gentiles in all, they have to ask them to clean the House and take back the servilletes to hear from own. I choose here cos no more rooms all the town. I been Loy Krathong festival day. Pay 700 bhat. Anyway I feel just normal as others. A bit small room and door is not open 100%. I get the room near the swimming pool 3rd floor. No bed bug. No Wi-Fi. No refrigerator. No parking place. Feel like a bit over price for festival. Expect that, good for me.
