Good interior design but quite noisy at night.

The place is better than I thought. Breakfast is not so good compared with the near by hotel such as bed nimman hotel which is almost same hotel price but breakfast is so nice and iconic.

Wonderful staff, great location, comfy room but VERY BAD acoustics. My Dad of 72 years and I had a very hard time sleeping soundly because we could hear the doors being shut late at night. And the wall that is shared between room 708 and the next is thin… Could hear switches being turned on, safety deposit box keys being pushed and footsteps in the room next door. **AVOID this hotel if a light sleeper.

Well equipped house near the historic old town, the beds are top, the deluxe rooms very nice, soft and harder pillows, breakfast also class, fresh and tasty selection. The cleanliness is decent for Thailand but improvement for the relatively high price there are from US 4 star ➕

Very relaxing place, nice pool good food.

Nice hotel with a lovely pool. Some people come for the co-working space, which is in a cafe setting off of Siri Mangkalarn road. A day at the co-working space is 200 baht and provides access to the pool!

Semi-good location. About 10 minute tuk tuk ride into the busy part of town. Room and bathroom are nice. The hotel also have a great selection of activity pamphlets if you're looking for things to do (some great cooking classes and massage places close by). Overall good experience.

We didn’t have the most comfortable stay, the hotel was quite noisy. However when we spoke about our challenges with the owner of the hotel — he took our complaints very serious and made the adequate amendments and efforts to leave us with a more positive impression. We appreciate a lot the efforts he made. And the night crew is also very adorable.

Location is great. A bunch of good restaurants and bars around. Much appreciated the free upgrade. Highlight of the hotel is the design and service. Breakfast is OK. What you could expected are there. But the sound insulation is horrible. You could clearly hear what's going on in the next door. Still, a wonderful hotel worth coming back.

Hotel appears to be rather new and clean. Pool is next to a busy street, otherwise the location ist great. If you want a remote and relaxing pool check somewhere else, otherwise this is a great pick in western Chiang Mai.

Love new deal on use of pool, Wi-Fi & drink for 200 baht. Upmarket Restaurant not so cheap but then Duck rarely is. Duck salad pleasant. Loved the Duck leg, not always available. Only used as visitor, never stayed here. Smoking by the pool spoils it for me but will go back with laptop to work and have a swim but Wi-Fi is a little slow. Lots better in area.

Great hosts and accommodations, with a classic Art Deco ambience and minimal flare.

Good quality hotel for the price and all room rate comes with breakfast included. “Do not disturb” doll is up for sale if you ask the reception.

Central, smart and clean. Lovely sized rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to stay here every time I come to Chiang Mai.

Standing in the middle of Nimman Hemindra rd. The place is luxurious compares to most of the hotel in the area. The room is small but we'll decorated. Plus the pool is super cool.

Great hotel! Rooms are clean, well serviced and feature air con, TV with HDMI, and mini bar. Breakfast at the restaurant is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is excellent, and overall the location and standard of hotel is perfect.

The place is clean room are small good location only one thing dislike noisy from the busy street and the beer bar nearby especially during the weekend. Good breakfast Thai foods lover and friendly staffs.

My room was a little small, but it met my requirements. Overall, the hotel makes a very good impression, everything is good in shot and quite new, the design is noble but reserved. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast OK. There is a nice pool. Recommended!

The place is divine. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. People are very friendly, but sadly there is not a person who can help you. No one speaks English.

A great place to stop for a quick beer and watch the world go by. As salubrious a surroundings as you'll find in CM.

Very pleasant British Colonial feel. Simple decor but not in a negative way as you can see a lot of attention to detail. A great ambience particularly with the lighting & fixtures. Very friendly, helpful staff. Definitely return here on next Chiang Mai trip.
