➜ Next to Chiang Mai bus station. The manager is very professional, we offered water on arrival and is very available. The room was very clean with air conditioning, instant water heater and comfortable bed.

I have stayed here any time I am staying in Chiang Mai a short time. The rooms are affordable and the beds are comfortable. Most importantly the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Chiang Mai Arcade bus terminal. If you are staying a short time before going elsewhere, this is a great location. It is also near Central Festival mall and Star Ave. My only negative is that sometimes you have to do 3-4 flights of stairs and you are some distance from old city/night markets.
