Good location, high C/P. The owner is nice and can speak well English.

I only had an iced latte, did not book a room. They don't sell food here, but the late was very good! The lady who took my order was also very, very nice. Plus, free Wi-Fi! Iced latte was 45 baht. Which I think is reasonably priced. Would have given 5 stars if they had some snacks or something to eat! Very cute place. Update — I decided to give 5 stars. The coffee is so good at a decent price that I came back a second day to get a mocha.

Very nice little hotel. Just three rooms, very good location, the owner is super friendly and helpful, speaks English very well. If you take a room to the street, might be a little loud because of the traffic.
