Clean. Air con and frig. Great management.

We stayed four nights not consecutive here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The first morning the girl in charge of the breakfast had day off and Phat the receptionist took care of it. We went to Pai for a few days and they took care of our backpacks. The owner also very attentive.
Comfortable rooms, fan, refrigerator and a small and simple but enough bathroom.
The only bad thing is the bedding, a bit old and in one of the rooms you would notice the arrangements that had been made to the sheets. Still the beds very comfortable.
Very good location, in the center of the Walled city, in a quiet area.

Good place, there are basically two buildings with two kind of rooms, basic with bathroom, fan and balcony and "fancy"with air condition, the prices start from 300 thb a night, not so bad but nearly you can find the exactly the same room for 200… Your choice.

For little money a real racer located right in the old town of Chiang Mai, it is perfect to explore. The rooms are spartan, bed, shower, toilet, closet, chair and a small table. The bed was very hard, the receptionist was very friendly, a room cleaning takes place only on departure.
We have explored Chiang Mai and surrounding areas for 3 days and were just there to sleep and wash, for the price really good.

Good budget accommodation with long term rental.

I stayed here for a month in November 2015, it is in the old city, close to the Sunday walking street market, a fresh fruit market is 200 meters away, and a fabulous breakfast place is only 20m North, a great location. The staff speak English well, it is quiet, the room I had was a great size with a comfortable bed, Western toilet, shower, Wi-Fi, TV and a/c basically a great place to launch your exploration of Chiang Mai. It's not a Sheraton but it's great value for what you pay.

We stay here few month every year. Great location, clean, great value.

Great place in the middle of the old city we stayed 2 weeks and they gave us a great discount on their biggest room. The best place to eat is just 50m up the street!
