Would give it a 4.5 if I could… really cosy boutique hotel which is quiet, peaceful and not intrusive at all. Food offer for breakfast looks small but they cook lots of different eggs to order and pancakes and waffles. Recommend this hotel For location as easy to get to old city and loads of really good independent restaurants nearby.
De chai is in a very good location in the nimman district. It is a short wall from a large mall. Around the hotel you can easily find a range of food uncluding vegetarian food. The hotel is self is clean and veey modern. The rooms are incredibly small. The elevator is conpletely useless. The "gym" is not ac'd so good luck working out in the thai heat. The pool is small and nice but I never used it. The staff here are incredibly friendly and will help arrange anything you need. The free breakfast in the morning is not good, however its free and its hotel breakfast.
