This small hotel is really ideal for me as I do short stops. The rooms are in the clean kept well. The bathroom is also good. The negative notes are: the water in my room was just lukewarm; The lights in the bathroom are poorly positioned (in front of the mirror remains dark and shave or make up becomes difficult). But the real only totally negative note is the breakfast. Given that for what costs I would not claim, however, I must say that already there is to be assessed, coffee and derivatives (cappuccino ect) are made by an automatic machine, the quality of coffee is really bad (more blame the brand of coffee than the hotel) and It makes the cappuccino also undrinkable. Conclusion who needs simple nights but in clean and well kept rooms I recommend absolutely, taking into consideration that the room is not spacious and maybe avoiding coffee (of course there is little choice then consider outdoor breakfast or Self-made). I will definitely be back at the next. In the photo The machine coffee dispenser, modern is beautiful (so the fault is of the quality of the coffee really bad).

The location is very convenient to look around other places in the city such as wualai walking street / walking street on Sunday. The room is quite new and clean. The queen size bed is suitable for two persons to stay together. Nice to have easy breakfast and coffee to serve customers all day & night. Highly recommend to stay in this place for the next visit.

Despite it being a new build. It suffers from a lot of noise. Both from the restaurant next door and the road. Utterly pointless Juliette balcony as the windows do not open and there is no access. Staff are ok. There are better value places to stay in the old city. I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Wonderful New hotel with free delicious breakfast. Coffee machine is available for free flow of coffee latte cappuccino and pineapple biscuits. Had a very good stay here!

The location of this hotel is great because it is close to everything, a few blocks you can go to the night market on Saturdays and Sundays, you have restaurants nearby and beautiful temples very close to the hotel. In addition, the hotel treats you divine, the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious and noisy, breakfast is plentiful. And the super comfy beds.

Good location, walking distance from Sunday Walking Street. Excellent restaurant next door makes it very convenient. Clean and new. We ran out of tissue paper and bath soap, they did not replenish the amenities during daily cleanup. No Elevator!

This is a great option for cheap accommodation in Old Town. The rooms was clean and bright and the bathroom was spotless. The TV had many options including English language movies and TV shows. Breakfast was nice, I enjoyed the sticky rice with meat, though the boiled hot dogs weren't really my favourite. The staff was helpful and kind. Overall no complaints! A great place to stay.

The hotel is very new, also very clean, just next to the bar the night some noisy. Opposite is the cover of the house facing the street, like the quiet friend that needs attention.

This hotel is very nice and clean. It located in the heart of Chiangmai city. We can walk to Wat Phrasing in a very short distance. Breakfast ia great. It is more than our expectation. It includes eggs, hot sausages, breads, milk, fruits and juices. We also love the coffee machine which we can grab coffee and hot chocolate all day and night.

H Hotel is located in the middle of the old city. 100 meter-walk to a convenient store. Magnificent landmarks such as Wat Phra Singh, Wat Chedi Luang and Chiang Mai Walking street are all in short walking distances. The room is new, clean and fully equipped. This is an ideal stay for tourists!
