Really friendly staff. Secluded place in a good location. Everything you need from a hotel at a good price.

Beautiful Place to stay at in Chiang Mai. Staff is very friendly. The main lady in the reception desk helped us booked a tour also help us with booking transportation. Hotel setup is quiet and relaxing and minutes away from everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Definitely would recommend. *Firm Beds.

Very nice hotel, owner Super Pleasant, nice rooms but noisy early in the morning.

Really nice and cozy place. Very quiet. Location is great, 5 minutes from the old city. Nice and helpful staff. Shower is a litle bit rusty and old, but you wonיt get a perfec place for such a price.

Very very friendly and helpfull staff. Nice clean room. Was worht the price. The breakfast was above average to good for an included breakfast. Walking distance from the city center. Excellent vegan and vegetarian restaurant Aum around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Chiang Mai.

Awesome staff. The young lady in the morning helped us to book a tour in the last minute. She made several calls and eventually one of the tour operators that still have some seats available accepted us. All staff was always extremely helpful and nice! Of our trip of 15 days in Thailand, they were by far the most nicer and helpful. The room was big, and clean. The building is quite old (old style Thai housing) but it's really beautiful with some areas to chill out and relax after a long day. Close to the city centre and markets. Totally recommended.

Very nice structure, clean rooms, very good and plentiful breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, quite powerful Wi-Fi, great location, just outside the city walls (5 min walk)

At the moment very quiet and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful common areas… it's still the first day so I'll have more opinions in a couple of days.

Clean, friendly, perfect location!

The reception and service is good. The bed is good. Thought I always can hear the noise from outside. There's no lift and the stairs are not easy to use.

Very nice staff actively seeks to provide tourist information. Room is simple but clean. Have to borrow air dryer from the reception desk and only provides shampoo and showergel in bathroom.

The surroundings are quiet, the equipment is simple, the breakfast is tasty and the staff is friendly.
The location is close to the old City and is within 10 minutes ' walk from convenience stores and snack vendors.

Nice little secluded Hotel beds are hard staff is very knowledgeable and friendly very quiet location but close to Night Market in Old City easy to get took took ride within a block to anywhere you want to go.

The location was excellent. Hiking the availability of shops and entertainment. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was clean. There's also a mini fridge. Breakfast is included in the room price. Staff were friendly.

Good value for the hotel. Breakfast options are limited. My only complaint was the floors. Every time we walked (and it was a long walk), the shoes would squeak so much.

Tucked away from the old city, it's located in a quiet alley way. Cute cafes within walking distance. Perfectly nearby the Saturday night market. Excellent welcoming staff who speak English. Koi pond, computers, library are available. Just be aware beds are firm and toilets have small pipes so no toilet paper. Otherwise a peaceful stay. Breakfast is a choice of eggs and unlimited fruit, hot drinks like coffee, tea and ovaltine, and toast.

Beautiful, quaint, tranquil, large rooms, awesome staff, great location, very economically priced. You will be pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend it.

From airport to this hotel is 120b. Luggage boy is nice. Room is clear.
