This was one of the best hotels that I have seen with one of the best staff. One of the staff members, Pat, was really helpful with all the information he gave us on arrival. Also, he tried really hard to organize our tours. The breakfast was good, although if you stay more days there is the same variety of food. The rooms were good and comfortable. The only downside is the location, and it is a bit far from the inner city and the train station, but it is close to the airport.

Clean, minimalist style but complete hotel. Great light lunch. Location could be easier to reach.

Location is not ideal. It's hidden in a alley, and 3 Uber drivers could not found it. The room is all right. They provide all basic and necessary stuff. Simple, and concise. Profit margin is actually better in this way. All u could expected for this price are there. Associates are very nice and efficient. However, there was an obvious stain on the bed sheet.

Modern looking rooms, which while not completely sound-proof, are air-conditioned and very comfortable to sleep in. The beds are clean and quite firm. Cold, bottled water is freely available at any time, and personal food items can be stored in the fridge. Delicious free breakfast which consists of various snacks like chicken, rice, bread, coffee, tea, and juice. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, speak English and Thai. They even helped us with arranging our following stay at another hotel when the staff at that location only spoke Thai. Overall the hotel is brilliant for the price, and made the first part of our trip into the country that much easier.

Reasonable price. Room size is quite huge with clean and comfy bed. Breakfast is good also even not many choices. The downside is no fridge in room.

My regular hotel in Chiang Mai when I'm there twice a year. Friendly faces and good service always.

Decoration here is so comfortable and relaxing both inside and outside, really a joyful experience living here as if it's at your own home, there's a refrigerator fill with free bottle water every floor.

The Rooms were of good size with huge glass windows and great views of a Mountain and greenery. The bed was super comfortable and Wi-Fi was good. We get unlimited refills of water bottles and free coffee and Thai snacks. Also the breakfast was great even though it was limited in variety. Over all a great Experience for a very small price of 950 Baht.

Reasonable price. Clean environment. Good location if you rent a scooter. Nicest staff! Definitely recommend it and will come back again.

Great hotel for the price. Awesome location and friendly staff. The breakfast was my favorite part of the hotel. Water got cold really really fast though so showers were usually cold.

More relax with mountain view and cities view. Not too far to grab foods and drinks by walk around Nimman Area. Free tons of water in a modern bottles and fruits around the hotel. Never miss this place and of course will be my first choice for next visits.

Worth every single Baht of money. Minimal room style. Separate bathroom & toilet. Love self service breakfast. Free unlimited water you can take. Excellent service from staff.

Absolute recommendation. Very modern design. Very young hotel (approximately 3 years). So everything is new. A small free breakfast is offered.
Also very nice: on each floor and in the lobby there are refrigerators with free water bottles. Ideal to cover a trip.
The rooms have ceiling-high windows, which looks very noble.
The staff is very young, super friendly, professional and has helped us a lot in our travel planning. We were also pleased to know about the insider tips about bars and restaurants in Koh Chang.
Only drawback:
The location. The hotel is very quiet in a side street. However, it is a little further away from the city centre. It is therefore usually 5-10min walk to the main road and hahen us there by one of the many red collecting taxis to get to the city. Go, too.
We would love to come back.
PS: If you want to take a few more euros in your hand, I recommend to visit one of the two bed hotels in the centre of Chiang Mai. They even have a pool. However, as a bed Changkian visitor can also use the pools of the other two hotels.

The staff is so friendly. Room is clean. Price is reasonable. Provide free bottle of water, it's convenient but not friendly for environment. Anyway, it's totally recommended.

Very good room condition. Neatly furnished. Sparkling clean. Good staff and services. But my room shower doesn't have a shower curtain and can be a bit messy, Water was splashed all over the sink and everything. A bit hard to find hotel entrance road, Very easy to miss it.

A nice and clean budget hotel. The staff will have some conversations to see if they can provide some help.

Best stay in Chaing Mai. Breakfast best, water bottles unlimited 24hr. Coffee and tea unlimited 24hr. Very very helpful staff. Also Good for family stay.

Room was spacious. Bed very comfy. Although location was subpar as hotel is away from the prime tourist district.

Brand-new hotel with new concept and design. Not in the best location but good enough especially for bikers. Just a few minutes ride to Niman road. There are compimentary coffee and snacks all day down the lobby.
