And the beach is stunning.

Nice location away from noisy areas with lovely coral cove but close to main beach and restaurants — с Koy Eun Mun.

The room was nice and the service was good. A small private property not far from Sai Kaew beach.

Good place for rest. Very peaceful… Staff clean the resort from early morning to before sun down… They are kind and give me smile. And boss is good at English and has good character. But water pressure is low… I think woman or man who has long hair take a long time to have shampoo. You an go to Sai Kaew beach in 3min by walk. There is a short path. You can find it very easy.

Nice and peaceful view with the private small rock beach… Only 2 mins walk to Saikaew beach.

It's fine enough, with its own rocky beach and a 2 minute walk from the (crowded) main beach of Samet. You can walk there from the ferry pier too if you don't mind a little sweat. It'd be better if there was an on site restaurant, but it works fine for a few days.

Lovely bungalow rooms, quiet location right by the sea. Approx 5mins walk to main beach on the island and restaurants and night life. Private beach a little rocky for paddling but has some of the best snorkeling on the island, where the buays are floating (when water is calm). Sadly lacks any other facilities, no food, snacks, or drink options either…

Excellent location, great accomodation and staff.

Had to cancel late and they could have charged us 100% of the cost. They however offered to cancel at zero cost. Very impressed.

Very quiet place, chic views, can make an excellent photo shoot. But the beach is not suitable for bathing.

Wouldn't we book any more. Unfriendly. All around a lot of rubbish. No reception. Safe has not been opened. Plant unkempt. Chickens everywhere. Rooster crows from 4pm … Every 30 minutes. Sleep is unthinkable. Hard mattresses. Have left after 2 nights. Not again. Gives much better for the money on the otherwise beautiful island.

So much potential but it is not a resort — friendly staff, private beach & well located — the rooms are nice/basic but no ‘resort’ facilities are offered and the Wi-Fi hardly ever works — for what you get, it’s overpriced.

First of all I'm Thai and Bangkok woman. Having been to Samed Island so many times since I was young. 22-25 Nov 17 is my staying there. (Just back BKK by yesterday ^^) Selected this place because its hiding location, separate house with neat, clean, wide and overall facilities, ahead with small private beach even with rocks around but still having good view and also nice to enjoy the sea, just 5 minutes walk to Saikaew Beach (The whitest sand of Samed Island), Sunris…e can watch from small beach of this place plus from house beach chairs and all staffs are nice along with having service mind. Only one improvement for me is "Fare would be included Breakfast (BF) " as this place is soooo perfect for having BF at provided wide balcony of the house. ^^ In short, I'll come back to this place again and again once I'm ready to go! — _______^

Above average priced rooms with little or no amendities. The property is nicely located however it isnt well maintained inside or outside. During my stay the Wi-Fi was operating below 1 mps and the satelitte TV (300 channels) was almost worthless. No breakfast is provided and rooms have very little to make you comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the private beach area.

Larissa Same is a perfect resort on the beautiful island of Koh Samet. The apartment we booked was almost literally on the beach but in a quiet area and is just a short walk to many beach front bars and restaurants and the main town itself is within walking distance. The accommodation is clean and well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and they clean your room, change towels, give you bottles of fresh water, etc everyday. I would not hesitate to recommend this report to anyone visiting the island. We will certainly book here again on future visits. :-)

It is kind of a strange location, since you have to walk throu some other resorts to find the place. We stayed in the Resort for 6 nights. Most of the room was clean but the bathroom can do better. Also they could swipe the floor sometimes. The private beach has only stones but you can sit in chairs and enjoy the sunset and fight the mosquitoes. The staff is freindly and helpful especially the manager/owner. The resort for itself was alright compared to the island. The island lives for tourism there is nothing else. Much waste laying around all over the place and there are many motorboats and stray dogs at the main beach and its a little crowded sometimes. But you can enjoy some good thaifood.

Fantastic Customer Service, Clean, Great Location” My wife and I recently are so pleased we stayed at the Larissa Resort on Ko Samed on a recent vacation. From the moment we made our reservation, on arrival and during our stay, the professional, friendly and helpful manager Goi and staff helped make our stay fun, relaxing and enjoyable. The Larissa location is great because it is only a 2 minute walk to the main beach with all the restaurants, beaches and nightlife action, but they have their own beautiful private beach that is quiet and perfect for sunrises. I have traveled extensively in ALL types of lodging and remote locations worldwide. One of the most refreshing things for me to see is when the staff treat the facility and guests, like they own the property. The service, friendly atmosphere and smiles present everywhere are a reflection of the Goi's great management of the resort. I truly hope the owners give her the support, time off and accolades her leadership deserves. Highly recommend this property and Ko Samet.
