Nice beach to hang out and enjoy the holiday, but priced the resort is very expensive because after paying more than the normal amount.

Staffs speak English fluently and take a good care of us in every detail. Our room is perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable, we wish to stay there longer.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful. The setting is splendid, only downside; The waste that litters the ground on the beach. Wonderful stay at Sai Kaew!

I love this place. Best beach (and busiest) on Samed. Easy walk to town. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. You can't go wrong here.

Nice hotel But the so-called private beach is not the only hotel guests from other beaches to play a lot of holiday beach people are very many.

I love the location and atmosphere of this resort. Be aware as it is always a bit more expensive in the beach area around the resort (bars, restaurants). The breakfast was quite big and provided a variety of meals which were also tasty. I had no problem communicating with the staff at the reception, although I had an issue with the aircon in my room and it took the staff 2 visits to restore complete functionality of the aircon. Since I am a patient person this will not affect my rating and impression of this resort. The pool area is not so noisy. If you feel like getting a snack at night don't hesitate to ask the security guards for a flashlight and walk down to the 7/11. They were glad to give me one as long as you return it of course. In retrospect of the beautiful moments I had in Sai Kaew Beach Resort, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and cannot wait to return here.

Service staff friendly, the room of water is large enough, hot enough. Get up early to see the sunrise met the Manager come out to ask the guests, the hotel All whether the problem can be to her reaction. Great accommodation.

I only had a drink there but the bungalows look amazing. If English is your language, you'll have hard time communicating with the staff. Perfect for Chinese.

Their premium rooms are very good at least to Thai standards. However it is hard to find someone who speaks english at the reception desk. Pools are ok, but the beach is crowded and noisy, full of boats. If you get a good deal it might be worth the price.

Tonight the last evening before we were demolished we were still received royally. This hotel knows how to appreciate guests.

Only used the beach and the bar. We stayed in the much cheaper Samet 99

The best service I have ever experienced. 1a. Very friendly, very attentive staff, very accommodating. Had to carry my bag only at the airport itself, after that everything was perfectly organized by the hotel, if you so Booked.
Selection of food is very large, the preparation Excellent. Never Magenpropleme or Anything. On the last night before leaving, we were even invited to a traditional Thai dinner. It's just Great.
The beach is very nice, there is a "closed" Beach section only for Hotel Guests. In general, you will not be in the hotel complex if you are not a Guest.
Hotel complex generally very well maintained, every day the lawn is freed from the LOAF. I would definitely recommend this hotel to Anyone.

You're experience here will vary greatly depending on the room type you choose. But overall very pleasant experience with friendly staff, nice restaurant (more contemporary style) and lively DJ on beach with tasty late night food grilled fresh on the beach.

The service and care, gardens, is more then great. The bungalows are not first class and the beach both sides is not cool, the rooms at the new building are good, but it's not a Vila. A lot to walk, and not much to do in the evening, the streets are noisy. Anyway, if that's the island you need to be I can say it's the best hotel there. Expensive, but I would go again.

Good hands jobs in the private cabana. Just ask about it. The eagerness is overwhelming!

Sai Kaew Beach Resort is a perfect gateway to the paradise island of Koh Samet. It’s located on the beach and has a private beach area. In my opinion, Sai Kaew Beach Resort is the best choice in Koh Samet Island. They will delight you in every step of your stay here. We went there walk in without any prior booking. As their quoted price on sport was higher than Agoda we booked it through Agoda mobile app. If you book earlier they will provide both way transportation from the pier to resort. The resort is very clean and modern. View from the room was breathtaking. We enjoyed the food here. Clean beach. Not crowded. Worth visiting if you want to have quite time. I will definitely come back here if I come to Koh Samet.

Beautiful resort, friendly and with clean rooms. There are three pools besides the beach which is just a few meters from the resort. Outside the residence there are no attractions… only shacks (unkept and smelly) in which the locals live.

Fantastic location right on the beach, excellent rooms by the pool with beautiful, spacious bathrooms. Beautiful atmosphere and excellent food at dinner in the Restaurant.

Service and amenities are the best I've seen. The entire resort is meticulously composed. The views are perfection. The resort is laid out and operates in a nature centric way that really helps with the overall experience. The staff is spectacular from the dock at Rayong, to the entire resort. It's clean, modern, and very enjoyable. A higher end resort that's definitely well worth the trip. It's the only resort I'll go to.

Just stayed there with 7 colleagues and had an outstanding experience. Winaporn the Food & Beverage Manager took great care of our food needs. Looking forward to returning soon!

I am so glad we ended up staying here at this particular resort on the island. It is right next to the best spot on the island, and has great amenities and restaurants. We got there by the ferry to the island. As soon as you get off the ferry, the beach resort staff direct you to there transportation vehicles. Once you hop on, its about a 5 minute drive to the resort. The check-in process is pretty quick and they take your bags to your room. The room is well air-conditioned. It might not feel it at first, but when you come in and out of your room you'll notice how awesome the A/C is running. The rooms have plenty of space especially if you stay in the Premiere Seaside (totally worth splurging it a bit on these rooms). They have all the typical amenities in the room and they provide you complimentary waters everyday as well as a bowl of local fresh fruit. Did you forget flip flops? They have a pair of green flip flops for you to use while you're there! It is so close to the best parts of the beach and where the beach front massage therapists are! Great perk :) We tried a couple of restaurants on the island and the restaurant in the resort might have been the best! We enjoyed the duck salad and the wagyu burger! I'm definitely coming back here to relax and enjoy the scenes!

Be very aware when selecting hotels from this chain. I have just lost 800$ to them! I made a reservation about 3 month ago, and they withdrew the money from my account immidiately. I wasnt able to travel because of work, so I cancelled the flight-ticket, and then try to call and write to the hotel to cancel that too. I got no answer at first, then I tried a week ago, where I was told to call another number regarding cancellations. After that, I just got an email that they wouldnt refund my money at all. But of course would like me to pay for another trip later so they could cheat me twice! Awful customer-service! I will never recommend or visit any hotels in this chain again!

Great day at Paradise Island. How perfectly we spent time on the island. Cocktails in coconut nut, fresh grilled fish, fire show. Recommend on 100%

The statues are right on the beach. And the beach is perfect. Prices on the island are a little expensive (compared to mainland) but you do get access to the wonderful beaches. Unfortunately many boats arrive to the island right on this beach, so make sure you stay out of the way!

Phi phi more beautiful spot but this is the nicest hang out I have been to in Thailand. Loved gardens and the little beach. Big beach had lots of zing but small area buoyed off for swimmers was too small. Too much obsession with mega power boats. That said, nice view, nice sand etc. Pricey of course. Depends on what u want to spend. Plenty of cheaper stuff but I would happily use it again.

Been here with with my family 3 times and it's a great place to stay on samet. Rooms and villas, Pools in great conditions.

Sand and water are beautiful, mosquito spray there in the shop around the corner, watch with children because of mosquitoes. You fly early and in the evening.

An excellent hotel. The staff of the highest class. Lived at premier seaside. Only positive impressions.

Was here one week in November 2013 and everything was really good and all the service was as good as you could expect. Everything you need is within the hotel from massage, barber, bars and restaurant. The hotel is near the beach with a little bar on the beach. Helpful staff on the beach fixing sun-chairs and parasols. The restaurant and breakfast was good but lacked the fresh fish and seafood which other restaurants had further down the beach.
