If u would like to have a really nice panorama 24 hours per day, then Unit with sea View are preferred, or one of the corner Units gonna be a really win-win option, just not below 15th floor, but assure, if to stay in Units with Sukhumvit View and even if Lower than 15th floor, it will not be a big disappointment, cuz of its are also nice, and beautiful view is anyway available for everyone due to cozy lounge and green gardens which are located on the Penthouse Floor, and as a little bonus an empty roof top with green grass… Undoubtedly great Location, especially cuz of Rattanakorn Market is just straight opposite! :) Night market Thep Phrasit is just about 15 minutes to walk… Foodmart, TopsMini, these 2 Super Markets are also in a walking distance, and Bus Station to Suvarnabhumi Airport is nearby FoodMart!. Not too far Sukumvit Road with Hyper Markets, such as Big C Souths Pattaya and Tesco Lotus, actually and Makro too far from Lotus… approximately same 15 min is a distance to Jomttien and Pratamnak beaches… Next to Supalai just opened contemporary Cinematic Theatre D’Luck, and Cabaret Show Colosseum which located next to Rattanakorn Market, opposite Supalai Mare… ok, I can endlessly list the positive sides such as Gym, Sauna et al. But I think is quite enough.
