La Fontaine Walking Street Pattaya Hotel

Budget hotel but ideally located at the top of walking street inPattaya for those that like to party all night. Reasonable rooms and clean.

Please confirm swimming pool started or not. Because I have book the room. After seen the swimming pool in pict.

We choosed a room in the new part of the hotel (which is actually fourth floor). And the room itself was ok except few things: during three days we were there, two of them were without hot water. What’s more water had a terrible pressure hard to set (also it didn’t pour down because of broken drain which was a bit uncomfortable). The next thing: they should buy new towels — it was fresh and clean but a bit old. Third thing which was the most disappointing: we lived on a construction site. Only our room was renovated so from the morning until late evening hours the workers did they job which is quite noisy. What is more it seems the workers were in our room when we were absent. We found it out because the foot towel was extremely dirty (seems they didn’t take of shoes) and we found marks left by their bucket. The last thing: unpleasant owner. But — the location is really good if you want to use the pier. It is also close to the walking street which is nice. Room cosy, clean (except the towels) and quiet (I mean — not from the street side, and as I mentioned we had the workers). I think it’s worth to go there but — firstly ask if they finished the renovation (we even didn’t use swimming pool because of it). If they did, don’t hesitate!
