Good service speaks melodic friendly atmosphere and great location and very good friends who come here, not to be disappointed.

A nice ambiance, very comfortable and relaxing venue for unwind.

Tell customers when they turn power off in the middle of the day hopeless communication with customer will never stay here again and will tell many people and friends never to stay here again it's a 1 star hotel not 4 star don't waste your money at this hotel never again.

Near beach road, in the middle of 2 shopping malls, yet the price is so affordable. from the security guards on ground to the pool staff on roof top, they are all friendly. the room is clean but not spotless and some parts have seen better days. The room also has a balcony for you to smoke or hang dry your clothes which is a big plus for me. at last, most importantly, this hotel is guest friendly :)

It's close to the beach, through the front alley, not 10 minutes, the top floor can see the Hilton and the sea, the swimming pool is very good, there is a gym, the treadmill seems to be broken, the room about 300, quite good, with bathtub, bath is also convenient, refrigerator has a drink, want money, in addition to air-conditioning has sound, everything else is good, Just entered a bit musty, but not very, can accept, service staff attitude is very good, overall quite good.

It's a nice hotel. Not a new, but very good location. On the roof of the pool, there were always loose loungers. Breakfasts are normal. The rooms are spacious. There are not many guests.

Big rooms with amazing bathroom, all as 5 star luxury hotel. Breakfast buffet is quite good and location of hotel is excellent (close to beach and Walking Street).

I really really love this hotel. I spend more than 250 night in this hotel. You cant find better staff in Pattaya, I feel that I am home and my mom taking care of me. I whant to live there.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. Very kind staff and good food. We stayed here for 10 nights this year. Made our honeymoon lovely! I am sure we will come again once.

Intimate Hotel was a very accommodating hotel. The service was top notch and the rooms were maintained to a good standard. The views weren't spectacular but that's not what the hotels for, or any of the others around it. Overall a really good stay.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Pattaya. Top quality hotel with excellent location, very comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff. Roof top pool is great. Centrally located but on a very quiet Soi so no nosie from surrounding bars and traffic. Would recommend it to anyone.

Once again I had a fantastic vacation at The Intimate Hotel this time for 8 weeks. The staff were fantastic so polite and always greeted you with a smile, and always helpful. The hotel is ideally situated close to many go to places. For sun worshipers you`ll have a fantastic time at rooftop pool where you`ll have all day sunshine, although the Hotel has a gym for fitness fanatics Fitness 7 is only 100mtrs away in the Avenue shopping centre. The rooms clean and spacious and value for money. Once again thank you for GREAT experiance.

Intimate Hotel Pattaya is a beautifully rendered boutique hotel, everything about this property screams style and it brings a new level of sophistication to Pattaya Beach Road. Walking distance to the beach, as well as Central Festival and Royal Garden Plaza the two largest shopping and lifestyle malls in central Pattaya, The Hotel has an excellent location to suit many kinds of traveller. Oversized king beds with bright throw cushions, thick drapes and large bathrooms with walk in rain showers are all hallmarks of this hotel. Well be back very soon!

I only visited the pool on the rooftop set awesome. I tried only swimming pool on the roof but fantastic.

This was my first stay here and we love our stay here, everything was so nice and welcoming, super clean and quite, friendly staff with nice smile, good breakfast.
We really had a fantastic time and will be back.

Great hotel in a good location. Access to everything on offer in Pattaya. Walking distance to the main road where you can catch a ride to where ever you want to go. Clean upscale rooms. All the furnishings looked new or at least very well maintained when I stayed (late 2015).
