I am renting a washing machine room, but after washing the shirt, found that there is no place to hang clothes!
Even 30% of their own waves can not be put to dry clothes! The other staff felt unfriendly, as if with a face. There is no shuttle bus or tuk can go downtown. Every time you have to go a long way. So I won't think about it for the second time.

Great hotel. The only hotel I found with ultra quiet washing machine in rooms. Swimming pool Well maintained though not great. Spacious room. Cleanliness acceptable. Concierge service 24/24. Safe in the room. Satellite Tv with various channels. Great location. 5 minutes walk to the Beach road. I would definitely go back.

The hotel is fairly new only 2 yrs old about friendly staff. Room is very spacious with washing machine, microwave, and hob cooker. The location is 10min walk from beach but get motorbike taxi you'll be there in 5mins. All in all great hotel for the price.

Paid £500 for 3 weeks room only… so about £24 a night. Superb room… very large with small balcony. Fridge, microwave and even a washing machine Room service excellent. Reception friendly. Pool and gym area. Pool is narrow… fine for a few lengths… not suitable for families… mote business like. Have eaten once in the restaurant and it was very good… reasonably priced. Location fine… sometimes I walk sometimes hop on motorbike taxi… 40 or 60 TB. All in all very satisfied. Would consider using again. Value for money superb.

The room is great, the washing machine is the advantage but the clean is very bad, the floor sweep or very dirty, book a big bed change two small bed, his bed has wheel move will run, toilet flush water will spray to foot is very funny, the shower can not fixed, very bad experience.

Room is old, distribution side room is small, but also comfortable. Hotel finishing a bit casual, tea bag coffee bag did not make up, the waiter is not enthusiastic. There is good parking space, as well as 24 hours of security. Breakfast was good but it was urgent to collect it before 10 o'clock. Overall is not bad, but there is a gap with the imagination.

We are currently staying in this hotel. Extremely poor and horrible customer service. Front desk staff rude and discriminatory. Facilities are good but behavior of staff is atrocious. Some hot food was left cold at breakfast. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Doesn't deserve even a single star.

The night manager at this hotel is the worst hotel manager I've ever been to Thailand, and I've seen the worst of Thais: I came to this hotel on my first night, I was in a taxi, my driver opened the door for my father, accidentally hit him, the driver has been the first time and he apologized,
He did not talk in black, our family can he apologized, he also ignore us, nor welcome us, all the time black, ignore us, we all count. When we got to the door, reception staff assigned us two floors, we live 1218 (in fact, 2 floor), my father live 1517, because my father needs people to take care of, so I went to the reception desk asked him to help me to turn the same floor, he said I, tomorrow two days there is no room to change, I live three nights, he means,
That is not to give me room, do you think there is a possibility of a hotel, there is no possibility of 3 nights can not house? Already this manager we met him three nights, we tried to greet him, but he did not pay attention to us, you say this is what attitude, really do not know the so-called.

Room was very clean and new but the bed and pillows where like a rock. 5 days here and my back and chest are so uncomfortable. The matress was like a concrete floor and thats an accurate count. Wont stay here again sorry to say.

Good hotel with great facilities and in room technology. Great amenities. Shame that a lot of the front desk staff were not very good English speakers. Apart from that would recommend.

The best value in Pattaya, great rooms, good lap pool, friendly staff, can walk to most places, quiet soi.

Generally a great experience staying here. Well equipped and furnished. Only takes 1 bad experience to alter one's opinion and future decision process. I will not be going back again.

This hotel is very nice… its more like home but it's still a hotel. Only bad is that the building opposite has too many Indian tourists that comes in groups and causes noise pollution… but this hotel is excellent and I will definitely stay here again…

For the price you pay you get more than many hotels in Thailand: small kitchen washing machine king size bed bathrub and separate shower. Quite modern design. Good value for money. No view but far quieter than Pattaya sea front.

Limited parking space. Nice customer service. Room was clean but there was cigarette smell in the room. At pool: it should be smoke — free area too since there was a small corner for kids. Because that day some tourists smoked at the pool. Breakfast was excellent for the price. 5/5 Price : as of June 16: $35-40

A very good exchange between the money and the amenities which you find in the rooms and at the property, including a pool, gym, washing machine (in the room), microwave, smart tv, kitchenette having a flat top stove, basic utensils, daily housekeeping, key card locks, toiletries, slippers, hangers. That's a long list which is only offered at most the places charging double than what you pay here. The only con (if you consider that to be one) is it's location from the main place of action ie walking street which can easily be compensated if one finds a bath taxi, excessively plying on the main road which is hardly 200 m from the residence. Definitely a deserving recommendation.

Nice, newish, clean, in a relatively quiet location. The pool, gym and rooms are well maintained. My room had a small kitchenette with washing machine and a rather small balcony. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is guest friendly if booked for two pax. It's a 5 minutes walk to Pattaya Klang and about 10 minutes to soi buakaoh or Pattaya sai, for shared transport options. A motorbike taxi stall and a seven eleven on the door steps.

Modern accommodation for affordable price. It has a well maintained swimming pool, gym room and two sauna rooms (Ladies and Gents). The property surrounded with restaurants, convenient stores and travel agents. Big C Extra superstore is about 10 minutes walk and the beach is nearly 15 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay.

Great value and excellent rooms. Having a washer in the room was clutch.

Great value for money — and we've been staying all over Thailand in the last 5 weeks sampling many highly rated Agoda booked propereties but this hotel tops out as the best yet in terms of bang for our buck!. The staff are friendly and helpful, a pro-active management and a great product make for a perfect stay. We are staying 6 nights so got an unexpected complimentary upgrade from superior to deluxe room. The rooms have evreything you could possibly want from a suite including cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine, safe along with HD 40" TV and blisteringly fast 15mbps wireless internet. The pool and fitness centre are generous for this type of hotel and the onsite restaurant has a variety of promotions to keep you trying the food. Beats Centara Pattaya and Centara Azure hands down on product and price where we stayed on both previous occasions and will be our go to hotel from now on.

Good room… Near beach… Peaceful place.
