Old equipment but location is excellent, and friendly staff.

This hotel is quite nice.
I don’t have any complaint but I want to make a recommendation for more comfortable. — The reception staffs should speak English, because I see many customers in these hotel are foreigners, it will be helpful for them.

— The rooms, we booked 2 rooms which can connect, quite old furniture but it’s ok.
I was hearing from the staffs, they said it will be renovated next month.
— Breakfast, pretty good. Many kind of food such as Thai foods, con-flex, bread, porridge and etc.
But I think it would be nice if they can add more American breakfast.
— Pool, quite big, wide and clean.
— Restaurant, not really expensive but very fresh.
I’m a wine drinker, they also have it but not much for choice.
Ahhhh, I was really impressed by the chef, he is really eager, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I’ll come back again.

Sea view room as you can see from my picture was a building view. Room is ok. Building needs a paint job. Swimming pool is nice Beach is private but dirty water and mangy dogs.

Old hotel but has a private beach, reasonable price both room and food. Can stay and eating with hotel restaurant because it the same local price.

Good last minute purchase on Agoda. Great location on beach and the restaurant was perfect and one that we frequently visited. Overall the hotel could use a good power-washing but don't let it deter you from the beauty that's beyond the entry. This place as a little diamond in the rough Beds are slighty too hard for my liking but overall good experience at the hotel. Best tip: Across the street is a little market for toiletries and little items. Think mini-mart with less amenities. My ending thoughts are this: if you want to take the family to get away from the craziness of a city this is a perfect place to slow down for a couple of days. :)

Worst Wi-Fi in Thailand! The service, the location and the outside area is very good, particularly it is a nice garden and clean pool — also the beach is nice! (although some staff might be more friendly) Climate runs and Windows close, cleaning up the room also fits very well. The staff what this makes is totally nice.

Behind an inappropriate picture is a hole in the wall, in the bathroom there was a water problem on the ceiling and it is mouldy and there are also at some corners of the living area… The blanket is so badly painted as if you wanted to draw a tiger pattern like that. The staff is top! All wishes have been fulfilled:) A star is missing because the photos are more beautiful than reality. The hotel has come in the years.

For budget family travellers, should choose this one. Online price is vary according to their room availability. In my case, booked through agent at bangkok so got cheaper rate breakfast including 1600 B on peak season plus free upgrade to delux room. Have big swimming pool and sea front is nice view.

Pretty clean and comfortable. Noticeably old and the beachline is not so clean but the food is pretty nice. Staff is friendly and hurriedly complies requests.

We spend one night during the opps trip which. And enjoy the beech next day. Many local students and some internationals complain abt feeling spooki. Not to mentions abt the roomers of ghost. But non of us see the ghost. … I would say it was so fun becouse we were expexting to see a ghost. It was great sevice from the hotel.

Nice beachside location. Affordable room rates. The only downside is the bathroom which has a bad smell.

Very nice hotel right on the beach with nice pool and garden. Hua Hin with taxi approx. 400 ThaiBaht. Quiet location. Next village with restaurants and massage about 10 minutes walk. Small supermarket directly opposite. Very friendly staff. Breakfast Thai and European. Some old furniture but clean.

Old hotel good for group vacation, very low price.

The best part of it is located just on the beachfront. The beach is peaceful with hotel's restaurant as a nice view. Food from hotel is pretty ok with fair price. We spend 2 nights of dinner at hotel's restaurant. But the room and hotel itself is really old one. U might need to bring your own face towel. Beside the old room, and antique decoration with less hygiene at some area, everything is ok with fair price for the beachfront hotel.

Poor/ bad / in everything you could imagine.

I give this place one star for having a decent breakfast, and another star for being right on the beach. Also, a star for the staff, although the English skills were a bit lacking, they were otherwise rather competent and friendly. However, nothing for the sleep experience, if a hotel has a king size bed it should have the proper size sheets to fit said bed. I recommend that you do not stay in a king size bed room. The air conditioner was rather noisy but it did cool the room. There was a bit of a smell to the air when we first arrived but that was due to the electric system cutting off after the key is removed from the room. That is annoying, but very common as all places need to conserve power these days. Overall it felt like a solid 3 star hotel that I wouldn't pay over 1, 000-1, 500 baht/night, which means I paid twice what I think it was worth and that was supposedly on promotion.
