Good location and the restaurant offered reasonable price for the food.

Location is near platinum mall but it is in a crowded alleyway that's hard to walk in, so note that if you have kids or the elderly. Prices are decent, but the rooms are okay. The door on our toilet doesn't close, and we had to call reception for our hairdryer. Other than that the place is clean and tidy.

Very cozy and Unibicado place in the heart of Bangkok.

Good location but too lousy, could not sleep.

Beautiful hotel. Convenient. Clean. In short, except for very very slow Wi-Fi in rooms. Need upgraded.

First time staying here because my son’s opinion on this hotel is not bad as he stayed before. However, I am unhappy as their service is no good, Wi-Fi is so terrible, unable to access and even sometimes can, is often dropped off. No hot water on basin area and the hot water at bathroom is on and off, resulting in some minor burns because water suddenly turned hot! Called itself a non-smoking room but had an ash tray in the room, so what does that mean?

Unsee Hotel is here in the street and many other hotels! There's something going on here at night! And there is also a German restaurant here! super…

The hotel is very nice for the place inside the pratunam night market, room is more big but need to go up the stairs to lobby and the 5th floor is not convince to the carry big luggage.

This is my second and final stay in this hotel and will not stay here again. Service has dropped tremendously. Stayed in 2nd floor and the worse of my nightmare. House keeping started before 6am and made a lot of noises. They were talking loudly and kept banging doors outside non stop! We were woken up several times in the morning as a result.

Extremely clean & well mannered disciplined staff. Excellent location as shopping is just at the doorstep. Lots of amneties nearby. Everything within 2 minutes walk. I just say WOW!

Good location, clean room, good breakfast, nice bar. there are three 7-eleven opposite this hotel. 2mins walking distance to pratunam market. 10mins walk to platinum fashion mall.

Rooms are spacious and clean, travel point shop food in general. Around there are selling clothes and selling food stalls, overall good.

Be sure to keep all your things in correct and safe place. Lost my belongings when the hotel staff cleaned my room. So sad.

Had dinner there the food was very simple and not hot enough. The service was slow and not many customers in resturant. Also the fumes from the cars and tuk tuk was bad because of grid locked traffic in small soi out front of the resturant.

The hotel has a clean single bed. The water in the shower room is small and needs to be improved. Like the sprinkler near the bazaar, Night market, morning markets are available, convenient to eat and shopping. Not far away, there are air-conditioned shopping malls, Zan.

Nice hotel. Have only spent one night here. In 7 min you are here at the Airport Raillink. In the evening there is a lot of hustle and bustle and a night market. Located here in the middle of the Indian quarter. The hotel itself is average and has already experienced its best days.

Room and service attitude is seriously poor!
Room is not very clean and air conditioning is not cold staff have made the same! Another point to note is that the room door has been hung card instructions do not Disturb! Or come in and clean up our room!
Luckily, there's nothing missing. You should pay attention to the valuable things in the safe! As for the service attitude is poor! The face at the counter in the morning stinks like I owe her a lot of money like this! Talk like you're going to fight like this! Damn it!
The people at the counter at night are a lot better, very smiling and very nice.
Convenience is the hotel down around there are 7-11 more convenient and a lot of things can be eaten also a lot of things can be bought Hotel downstairs has a massage 93hotel service attitude is also very good and smile will not be very expensive:)

Enjoyed my stay very much. Near local market, so amazing to stay here for shopping. Also food and service is very good.

Air cond superd cool very good. But toilet shower water stuck inside. Serouding night and morning market.
