Good location but too dirty
I saw cockroach inside the room,
And my skin was itchy after laying on bed BAD BAD BAD.

Highly not recommend this hotel due to very poor customer service. The staff is very rude attitude and not helpful ask customer to solve problem some more. So disappointed!

The place is good locations because opposite of platinum mall. But it makes me so DISSAPOINTED while get check out, I got charges THB 300 for marks on pillows as we NEVER and NOT doing that. The first day we came the pillow cases is lot of yellow spots also black spots. We are not complained it as I think this is like old marks/ stains that cannot be washed, this our mistakes is not being "nag" as others as the hotel staff said. (Hotel in Indonesia better quality than here guys! Bali is recommended services as International services even boutique hotels). We are not used the pillows as they give 4 pillows. The bathrooms curtais pole is not attached well on wall. So when I take shower, the curtais fall on my head everytimes. Be careful and beware! The staff is not polite and rude also.

A bit hard to find… it's on the 7th floor of a shopping centre. The staff is helpful. The room is not that soundproof. I stayed at the room and the bathroom was flooding.

When my friends and I first reached the hotel, I realise that actually they don't do things like reservation so it is all based on first come first served basis. The room layout is simple and minimalistic so it is quite pleasing to the eyes. There are no windows here but it is not stuffy. The staff are approachable and acts in the situations quickly. E. G Room allocation; my friends and I want our rooms to be near so we feedbacked to the staff and they managed to get us what we wanted. Aside from this, some of the items are replenished daily like the water bottles, bath towels and toiletries. During my stay there, I briefly tuned in to the shows. I realised that most are in thai but there are a few chinese channels which might take a while to scroll through the channel list. I like that it is just situated opposite Platinum Mall and there are some alleys nearby that sell street food. 7-eleven is also just a few lanes away.

We book a double room but get a single bed room due the reception tell us subject to available, but stil ok because she say if any problem we can call agoda and ask. When we ask for washroom in lobby she told me no washroom, but when the guy behind me ask for washroom direct they bring him, I don’t understand why this things can happen (they say the washroom need to use access card so can’t bring me in) everything in counter they wil ask the old lady in counter, so when she say no mean I can’t use the facility. Location is good room is new, but service is so so.

New hotel. Very simple. Good location. No windows.

They’re not ready to open Some place was still under the construction I paid for breakfast but there’s nothing No windows like a cave Attitude of staff who’s woman was not that kind.
