Good food and great service.

We went for the Sunday brunch. This was not a luxury St. Regis experience. It felt more like a cramped cheap buffet 99% of seafood was served cold and if you wanted it hot it was just cooked again (so you were then served over cooked seafood). No a la carte options Loud and noisy room Many of the food mentioned on the st Regis website was not included. All up. False, misleading advertising. Very poor.

A barista at the lobby and some of the staffs are not very helpful and only service well for some customers. Some of them are very nose up. I’m surprised how they train their staffs and the selection process. I will not recommend this hotel if you want great hospitality minded people around you.

Kudos to the St Regis service staff for their fast, efficient and fantastic service. The room is spacious, well designed and well equipped with amenities.

This hotel is just great! Immediately felt at home. Staff is super friendly and accurate. The rooms are super comfy. We had a room with butler service which was fantastic. The bar is one of a kind and a real great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive and really good. The Zuma restaurant is also really good (great food and great vibe) and Igniv is just superb. From the hotel you easily walk to the close by shopping malls around Central chidlom. Or you take the skytrain which is directly accessible from the hotel (ratchadamri station Silom line). Definitely visit again.

Thoughtful and great guest experience with the butlers.

Very very nice hotel and staff. Nita was very sweet and surprised us for our anniversary with fruit & treats in our room. Our butler Fah, surprised us by running a bubble bath 🛀 with rose petals. Enjoy the evening champagne 🥂 toast. Again the service was excellent. We had a late night flight ✈️ and they were very accommodating to let us freshen up in one of the rooms late afternoon after we already checked out.

Nelly, the Director of Guests Experience is amazing. The staff, from the minute you arrive is amazing. I have been here 5 days and have not touched a door handle to enter or an elevator button to go to up my room. The service from check in staff to the butler service, the turn down attendant and housekeeper are fantastic.
This is the place to come for exceptional treatment and a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire staff!

Most kids-friendly hotel ever! All kids stuff (high chair, bath tub, bath amenities were available in room. The butler team offered help cleaning my baby’s feeding items, which was very impressive. The room was so great with panoramic city view.

Stay at Caroline astor suite fl 19 no. 1924, great view with dark tone decor, not quite specious but large enough, very good bath room design and function, 24 hr gym with fine equipment, less choices of breakfast, well trained and helpful staff.

This time things turn out to be perfect. The room is so comfy and cosy. What I love the most is the service.

Very attentive staff with great mindset for good service, all were very helpful, prompt, and courteous. A professional teamwork.
Yet, menu were quite limited. Better to visit the full buffet line when it can fully opened after this pandemic effect.

The atmosphere is very nice.
The service is superb, but the food is spectacular.

Enjoyed a beautiful Tuesday night dinner and the staff were fantastic in looking after us thank you so much, we will be back again to visit.

Best suites with amazing spa and butler service. The service is impeccable. BTS station just located on second floor though we didn’t have a chance to try it. The walking distance to the main shopping street is convenient. High speed Wi-Fi was very good. The breakfast was very very good better than the Conrad hotel which we moved over from. Highly recommend this hotel.

My husband & I like to go to this fabulous stunning hotel for Sunday brunch. The service and staff are very attentive and friendly, such a huge variety of delicious food which is top quality. The venue is very opulent with amazing views… what more can you wish for.

Regarding to Sunday Brunch on VIU12th fl; Service is great! Staffs are hospitality and professional. Selection of food are not much variety. Cooking in brunch sitting area creates smell. Parking is reserved for visitors at 6th floor and above only, kind of inconvenient.

This is a very good hotel at BKK.
All the staff is friendly and helpful, the Butler made me feel a little bit disappointed because I expected he will dress up more formally, just like a movie that I saw but not.

Makes the Four Seasons seem like Motel 6. Top notch everything starting with the customer service. Nothing goes wrong here except having to leave. Location, location, location. Mellow bar with live jazz on weekends. Off the hook breakfast buffet.

Decided to book at a St Regis for the first time to celebrate my birthday. I had always been a bit hesitant to book at these hotels as I thought they would be too “old style” and too opulent for my liking. However this property completely changed my brand perception! Thank you so much for the birthday surprise and the amazing service — will definitely return to this particular St Regis! Our butler JJ was very energetic and very fun! Thanks for all your help.

Never stay a night but attended a wedding ceremony. The ballroom is too small for a wedding. I think it's best for a meeting or a small conference with about 200-300 attendees. Also, the air-con is configured at too high degree. I couldn't breath well around the hall. Even the waiting area at the ground floor is still too hot for me.

My stay at the St Regis Bangkok was beyond excellent. It all started from the airport transfer where the driver, was first and foremost a careful driver, and spoke good English, where we had a good chat on what Bangkok has to offer. As soon as I reached the hotel — firstly it’s beautiful and luxurious and everyone, from the concierge to the personal butler, K, was so attentive to every detail. My room was just beyond perfect and it smelled so nice too. And the breakfast buffet was just amazing. Loved that there were any so many choices, and the view was good too, overlooking the royal golf club. The pool was gorgeous and the pool staff were great too, helping with taking photos (which turned out great). Overall, everything was excellent; way beyond expectations. Truly pleased I chose the St Regis Bangkok and I look forward to coming back. Definitely worth the price, unlike the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.

We have a great time here with warm welcome from the staff, especially our Butler Mr. Leo. He wrote a lovely card for us and prepared the bubble bath when we were not in our room. The service here is superb. Thank you for making our time so special!

This is a very nice hotel where the buffet at the 14th floor of the hotel is very nice due to the lovely view of the whole Bangkok city. The food here taste very good and gourmet! I highly recommend you guys to try and eat their breakfast and dinner buffet at night which is very good and delicious! Totally recommending this hotel.

Crisp and professional service. English style which is not too pushy. If you like a first class carriage all to yourself you will like the st. Regis. Nice to see a decent negori at the lobby bar.

Went there with my wife to have high tea. It is not in our original culture yet we love it since it is a great way to enjoy small snacks and socialize in a beautiful environment. We loved the presentation and we combined it in addition with wine. Attentive and very helpful staff. Gave us great wine suggestions. We felt like that there were too many sweets compared to salty flavors. But again, all of the bites tasted great. Enjoyed it and will definitely suggest it as must visit and try it.

Love this place. I’ve stayed here 4 times and it’s always excellent. I’m often greeted by name when I return after being away a couple of years. The rooms are superb, the service is amazing, the food is amazing.

The 24 hour Butler service along with the hotel staff help you take care of the smallest details for your trip. We were greated with a warm welcome and sent off as happy guests, would definitely visit again.

Very professional. Good service, butler was efficient with swift response. Including pressing service was appreciated. Made to order items for breakfast was very good, buffet part was okay, but no fresh juice. Dining area was small, many guests had to wait.

Located in the vicinity of the famous attractions of Bangkok, surrounded by a number of old five-star hotels, and then farther away is the Siam Paragon Palace (Siam Paragon), shopping is very convenient.
Reception is on the 12 floor, the environment is quiet and elegant, the customer can sit on the comfortable comb to wait for the clerk to register formalities, do not have to stand, sure enough, the department is superior hotel.
Room ample space, decorate gorgeous but not vulgar, comfortable without any unattainable oppressive feeling, taste this thing, only know a heap of gold brick red one of the people of the iron?
Large bed soft hardness moderate, large to no LUN, net the bed is more than many people live in Hong Kong 劏 room …
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, the toilet is located next to the gate, a distance from the bed, even if the other half hotness night urine is not afraid of noisy wake up people.
The most triplets life is, the bathroom is not only large, but also sitting on the invincible horse scene, a broad field of vision, words, coarse eyebrows do not close the curtains bathing, will be people complained about the body?
Have to mention, is the room has two sides of the big window, in other words, guests can enjoy a 90-degree landscape, coarse eyebrow to so many times in Bangkok, or the first time to live such a good hotel.

Nice place to stay. Service ok, breakfast was hectic and confusing. Think twice about booking with kids as we were asked to leave the pool area because children were playing too loudly.

Good location, but I have to give a 1 star for the experience I had. Stayed here over the week and close to a hundred bucks was stolen from my room when I was out during the day. The cash was left in my pants pocket and wasn't just lying around in plain sight. When I contacted the front desk to try to obtain it back, I had a very unpleasant experience. They made no effort to compensate me for my loss and instead insinuated unceasingly that I had never left any money in the room in the first place. i was surprised at the lack of initiative from the manager and just the basic dishonesty of the staff.

Just finished an event for 180 people. This hotel far exceeded our expectations, incredible staff, great rooms and the food was exceptional. This hotel is definitely elegance personified.

Dave's "Free flow" verdict. Every Thursday from 17.00 till 23.00 the Decanter Wine Lounge at St. Regis offers a free flow wine and cheese promotion where you can drink as much as red and white as you can take, a taste a fine selection of European cheeses for 2 hours. Time starts counting when you have your first glass. The price is on the higher end of the free flow scale, 1500B excluding service and taxes, but if you're an SPG member you will get a nice discount. St. Regis is a great hotel and everything inside oozes luxury. Take up the fine atmosphere of this hotel alone is worth a visit. I didn't bother to make reservations, which was fine, there were only a few tables taken. The staff was very nice and professional and explained the details of the promotion. I was offered a South African white and red, of course I choose the red. The wine was very nice and fruity, but not too heavy so I didn't have any trouble trying to keep my glass empty all night. The collection of cheeses is very good, about 20 kinds. Fresh bread, bread sticks and such are offered as well. All in all a wonderful evening and my best free flow experience in Bangkok so far… My verdict: Wines 7/10 Food 7/10 Bottle service 9/10 Ambiance 10/10 Music 9/10 Value for money 6/10

Great Suite. Aircon was not good first day and was finally corrected by 2am. Service from bulters and concierge was exceptionally good. Restaurants — Breakfast room, Italian and Japanese where all great.
Italian restaurant baked us a fantastic customised pizza. I was sceptical before booking but will now recommend the hotel for all, especially if a suite is being booked.

Phenomenal hotel with superb service and gorgeous spaces. Rooms are bright, airy, modern, and handsome. Breakfast buffet is outstanding (don't miss the daily curry). Fresh flowers and thoughtful touches throughout elevate the experience. A true delight and one of my favorite hotels worldwide.

I love the golf course view, perfect morning view and night city view. I love great pool n spa with hidden onsen but it's relax and peaceful.! Experienced it.!

The service and people, especially my Butler were amazing. The only issue was when I arrange for transportation and the guy who was suppose to be holding the St Regis sign was no where to be found. I had to call into the hotel. And someone finally found me to take me to another area where he was talking to people. Besides the rocky start the stay has been great. I'm not going to rate the hotel based on my transportation issue but that is something you should fix since I did book it through you. The laundry service, daily fruits And Butler are great touches!

As always a fabulous stay. The St Regis lobster breakfast is superb, just asking for a regular plate or you'll feel like a Bond villain… Staff really does try to accommodate every need. Also the gym is pretty great for a Bangkok hotel, if gym is a primary concern however the W has a slightly better facility.

Great city hotel with outstanding views of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club golf course. The hotel is a sleek, modern high rise building but feels cold in terms of its design. It feels more like a New York than Bangkok which some may like but doesn't have the Thai influences that I prefer.

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. From the furnishings to the decoration to the food, everything was exactly as one would expect from a St Regis. What really made my stay amazing was the staff. There were so many staff members that would bend over backwards to help me during my stay. One person in particular: Atiphol Soonthornsingh made my stay truly memorable. Typically when I go to a concierge and ask for help finding things to see and do I am handed a map of the area and a few places are circled on it and I am off to figure everything else out myself; not with Atiphol. When I asked Atiphol about advice of things to see in Bangkok and also asked about going up in the mountains or doing a day trip he asked us to sit down at a set of couches and he would be right with us. He asked another member of the staff to get us drinks while he gathered some material and a notepad. He then sat down with us and we spoke for about 30 minutes about what we wanted to see and how to see it. This brief meeting was left with Atiphol asking us to go and enjoy ourselves while he booked flights for us, got a tour guide setup for us and even called their sister property in Chang Mai for us. He truly went above and beyond like no other concierge has ever done. He gave us more than a circled map, he basically planned our every move for us and it was AMAZING!

2nd home in BKK. And the best Mojitos in town to be enjoyed by the pool side.

Its my first choice in Bangkok, superior services especially Ms. Jovana, duty manager. If you be the guest, you can order Glass Lemon tea freely. I love it.

Always enjoy Afternoon Tea at The Drawing Room. The scones and assorted jams and clotted cream are some of the best in Bangkok. You also get picturesque views of The Royal Bangkok Sports Club.

Pros: Excellent location, especially if travelling to/from BKK airport. The St. Regis has its own covered connection to the BTS (Ratchadamri Station). From there, you're only a few rather reasonable transfers to the airport. Walking distance to Central World office/shopping complex. Cons: Fitness center could use more treadmills.
