All staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is excellent. No qualms to recommend this hotel which has the best location.

Staying 5days/4nights that includes breakfast and to my surprise, complimentary in-room mini bar. Was attended to by warm and friendly receptionist Ms Mai. She escorted us to our room including giving us a quick introduction to facilities in the hotel. Their staff are professional, diligent, responsive and they perform their tasks with the renowned Thai smile. During our stay, there were a couple major events held in the hotel. They do not look overwhelmed. They have an army of staff visibly everywhere. For shopaholics, this hotel is surrounded by shopping malls and a few historical museums. They offer complimentary golf-cart shuttles to/from 4 pickup points. If this suits your budget, Siam Kempinski would be a good choice.

Awesome breakfast, staffs are very friendly, complimentary minibar and ice cubes are always there for us. Great services. Most important, good location, walking distance to siam paragon and siam station. I will definitely be back again.

I'm so impressed every time my family spent at the hotel. All the staff are so kind with the good service. Especially, my little girl like Harp performance so much… Great Experience and we came back again many times.

The staffs at Executive lounge are kind and full of services mind. Every request is fulfilled beyond standard service. They are friendly and take good care of us especially K. Dream for the amazing souvenir "Liverpool Gift box" that he made by himself. We are very impressed for warm welcome. So happy being here. We will definitely come back again!

Well, it was a great time that we spent at this lovely hotel in Bangkok. The hotel does provide everything that a guest need and you can enjoy with all facilities that are available. I would recommend to book a spa treatment session to relax your muscles and ease your stress. Mr. Sukolchai was a great therapist and really amazed me with his magic treatment. Pools are great and my little baby daughter enjoyed her time. Tea Time is a nice treatment and you can relieve your worries and enjoy your drink. I definitely recommend this hotel for families and couples too whom looking for great time in Bangkok.

Very nice Tea set and Snack, Nice Harp music. But my table was set up at sharing place close to the hall walk so many guests went though back and fort. Some times they said next to us. So we didn’t really enjoy tea times much.

This morning I had an incredible experience in the Siam Kempinski, From the minute of arrival all the staff is very professional and friendly, But first of all let me just say this hotel has an incredible location, you are connected to Bangkok largest high end shopping centres. It makes it so easy to explore if you want to step out of the hotel.
The breakfast was one of the best I had and served in a very fine dining way.
We then decide to enjoy the spa and that was yet another amazing experience. All the therapist are highly trained and the product is one of the most known in Thailand.
I really can’t fault this place. We will go back.

I love the food, fish with sliced cucumber with sauce. Lobster in red curry is also delicious. Dessert is originated from Norway and have been served in that state for 15 years wow.

Great hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the room’s size was decent with a nice view of the pool (pictures included), there was 7 choices of pillows just as you like them which is free!, mini bar free of charge and refillable, great service, and just across the street there is the beautiful mall Paragon … the mall has many restaurants and designer shops. It is very convenient and relaxing. Definitely would recommend it!

Arranged in the fourth floor corridor at the end, choose Dluxe room type is to be wider plus have a balcony should be a good choice, did not expect to enter the room to face a wall and sticky glass windows, said a good balcony? Call to the counter to change rooms, but said that are full room, to change the second floor only room, the present is not determined to change rooms, the next day the hotel has help to change to the second floor with balcony room, and told me that the hotel is not guaranteed that each room has a balcony and landscape, the hotel told me that this should be the wrong information of the reservation network, no balcony I can understand,
But there's no guarantee of a landscape, so why would I spend so much on the wall? In fact, once live in, you can feel the hotel room old, furniture wall was hit and broken, tabletop glass on the previous guests left water stains, spare parts box even have free, toothbrush box toothpaste seems to have been squeezed and put back, the bathroom hung two yukata after the handwashing table, in the middle of the night to go to the toilet when the bathroom was frightened by the white shadow,
Finally my thought is that Kempinski Bangkok is a perfect hotel for parent-child families, the swimming pool is many with children's clubs, but not suitable for friends to stay together, especially never book a twin room My room number is 452.

Beautiful hotel… the most amazing place in Bangkok. Staff are great, pool is heavenly and so relaxing. Sitting g in the pool with a cold thaiijto… location is awesome, attached to the shopping mall. Cant go wrong. Staying in premium room, comfortable and spacious and well worth the money. Would consider the pool rooms next time.

Surely the service and facility must be great considering the cost we pay.
More of that, our family is highly sensitive to dust (fxxxxk allergy), thus the most of hotels could not satisfy us at this point. But kempinski siam did it. Two thumbs up!

I were there for dining at Niche restaurant. Quality of food is quite good, but I think its taste is quite ordinary without any special dish that you will dream of it. They all have Great service minds.

Overall excellent but one thing needs to be improved immediately. Bed with a lot moisture in the smoking room where I stayed. All the facilities looked perfect. Customer service was also great in terms of rapid reaction to any kind of requirement from guests.

The Kempinski Hotel was a wonderful place in the heart of the Bangkok city; located near all important shopping malls the hotel was easily reachable through BTS. Albeit it’s convenience, the tropical garden of Kempinski was quite isolated from the hustle of the city. The brunch buffet in Kempinski was exceptional for first, its quality; and second, its long duration. The unlimited ordering of delicate main courses and the endless free flow of champagne, wine and cocktails would sound boozy, but spending a relaxing afternoon at poolside Bangkok was a marvellous experience rather than only shopping.

Excellent hotel in Bangkok, my family has been here twice. At this time, Nadia, the lady in red provided a big surprise for my boy: “she first asked the question so then that leads to there favourite thing, and she surprises them by giving them what they want”, this is what my boy wrote in his journal, this is the reason why we will be here next time and recommend it to all my Shanghainese friends.

Indeed a very luxurious hotel. Hotel has 2 wings for residence. The airport pick up service is highly recommended for guests who are solo travellers or first time to Bangkok. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rainshower pressure is excellent.

Best Location next to Siam Paragon the world famous shopping mall. I went to my friend wedding ceremony. Everything is so amazing inside the hotel when you look from the outside. You will never imagine the experience from there.

We had a total of four nights, and the breakfast was very rich, even live four nights with 2 lunch/dinner, hotel service staff cordial, room clean and tidy, Mini bar tea bag fruit drink snacks all free, eat every other day will fill, tea bag for organic tea quality, swimming pool luxurious and comfortable clean, In the Siam area of heavy traffic, such as a particularly independent island, relaxing. From BTS Siam Station get off, can through Siam Paragon the empty Bridge Direct hotel second floor, opening time is 10:00-22:00, very convenient. The last day of the hotel called by Meter taxi, the restaurant is not recommended I use the app to call the car, I use grab app please hotel personnel assistance, but also very kind to teach me how to use, let me very satisfied with this accommodation experience.

I have stayed a couple of times, too me its the best hotel in Bangkok, its location is great, being close to the shops in Siam, the best shops in Bangkok. The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. The pool side villas are cool. Food and restaurants are good, car parking is available. Can't wait to return.

One if the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was out of this works. We went to the Pullman Hotel in Phuket and it was not so good. This was a nice refresher. Definitely stay here! Breakfast was good as was the gym.

I love this place! Excellent location in the city: easy access & close to train station. Excellent environment: landscape and building. It's Kid's club is very helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent sheets and towels standard (it's really clean).

I don't know how you put this into just a few words… Perfect I will say. If you have the "executive" bundle, that's even better! I thoroughly enjoyed my whole experience, the only bad one being that the fruits were not so fresh on one of the mornings. Other than that, if I go to Thailand again, I will really love to stay here again!

Clean, excellent service, attentive & polite staff, extremely convenient location, good variety choice of breakfast. This time I was upgraded to Cabana room with direct pool access from executive room but I am still allowed to enjoy free use of executive lounge which has complimentary offers of quality breakfast, afternoon tea as well as cocktail. Highly recommended though a bit pricey. It is worth trying.

Unobtrusive and impeccable service. Very comfortable in a great location. Staff always willing to help. Food was fresh and seemed to consider most cultural desires and likes. Overall excellent.

Be warned that the streets around the hotel are usually the most crowded in Bangkok. Allow yourself plenty of time if you have to drive here. Once you arrive, there are plenty of parking areas available in two underground floors. The direction signs are rather confusing, however. Above ground, the facilities are first-rate.

Excellent hotel. The price is a little higher but the rooms are very nice and clean. The stuff is helpful and polite. The pool is nice. The fruit they offer everyday in your room is very nice also.

Excellent hotel. Near to an array of Malls, restaurants and BTS. Staff is friendly and always smile. Posh lobby with attention to details. If you are in Cabana room, the Swimming pool is just right at your door step. The only thing that need to improve is the evening cocktail at executive lounge. The operating hour is from 17:00 — 19:00… Which most of the people won't be able to enjoy.

Great hotel. Very close to Siam BTS station, Siam Paragon and Siam Discovery. They have a ton of choices for their breakfast buffet and the mains are really yummy. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

I have stayed in the premium room, size of the room is great and bed was comfortable. I rate Room service excellent for their food quality and speed of the service. The buffet restaurant was disappoint, I expected somethings much better than this. The big disappointment is when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my pickup, have looked up and seen the AC grills, see the photos, it seems they have not been cleaned for a long time. This not healthy at all and not a good sign for the hotel. It looks clean from out side but the real inside is!

The world is all yours. Services provided by staff are impeccable, with attention to every detail. Hanuman Bar is Luxurious, sophisticated and tranquil meeting point conveniently situated just a short walk from Siam Paragon. Although the place is located at the lobby of the Siam Kempinski, it doesn't have that sense of hustle and bustle of city life at all. For me, this is a superb place for an afternoon tea. There are various choices of tea accompanied by an array of tasty sandwiches and delicious cakes and pastries. Excellent services.

At first you're a bit surprised because you can't find the main entrance by foot. Then you crawl through this luxury mall that is siam paragon and finally you find the hotel with a nice staff smiling and giving you a warm welcome even if you're in your shorts and backpacks. The rest is amazing, pool is like a little oasis surrounded by white remparts keeping you away from the noisy siam roads and train station. There's not that much direct sun, which can be surprising at first but remember that Bangkok has a really warm weather and seeking shades is part of it. The breakfast buffet is more than nice, except maybe for the pastries which are in my opinion far from the French or Italian real pastries. The restaurant and the niche bar are both good, exactly what you expect from this kind of place, nice staff. Delicious cocktails, tremendous amount of teas and beverages of all sort. Our room was a deluxe one on the 8th floor with a balcony pool view and a bath. Room was clean and spacious with a flat screen and desk plus an amazing bed, comfy and huge. I guess the only bad thing I'll say is that the rotunda bar (the outside near the swimming pool bar) closes around 7pm, it could have been nice to keep it open during the night. I totally recommend this hotel, in family or couple!

The location is superb! Since it is in one of the top shopping malls downtown citi of Bangkok, where can you find the room rate is half of the price as in Hong Kong or Singapore? Less than US$300 per night one can have the full quality of 5 stars.
