Excellent location. Very close to the train station and shopping mall. It is on the main street hence no issue for single traveler. There's a 7-eleven in the hotel which makes it extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

Good location, near the department store business Circle, next to the MRT station, the price is not expensive. So the room is small to accept. Business or shopping trip to live here is good. Can come and patronize again. Remind! General room only shower room, double room shower size about: Enough adult one-handed waist rotation.

Perfect location, perfect rooms, perfect place. It is near to TWO 7-11, one of which is right in the building, you don’t even have to take off your hotel robe. It is also right NEXT to the city rail. We came with a Silver Accor Hotels member and was invited to the bar for a complimentary drink. Perfect way to start our holiday in Bangkok. I will admit it is more of a “business” hotel. There are hotels with better and more interesting interiors in Bangkok but are for the price and location, it is unbeatable. Will be back for more!

Excellent price-quality ratio! Very nice staff! Very well located in front of a mall and a sky train station. A 7-11 convenience shop at the ground floor. Comfortable beds and tasty restaurant. Will surely come back!

Very nice hotel! It's well located (just next to the Metro and the Jim Thompson House). Rooms are functional, quite spacious and tidy. Everybody is very nice and doing the best to help the guests. There's a nice restaurant and a 7/11 at the entrance, which can be quite convenient. Room service is fast and not too expensive.

6/3/18-9/3/18 Bangkok to stay in the Ibis Bangkok Siam Hotel is located in a moderate location. There is a large department store opposite. Goods are everything. From clothing and household items. Jindian. Cell phone store and so on, the hotel is a beautiful elegance. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. With a smile on his face.
Willing to help others. The rooms are clean. Bright. Buffet early dining food diversification. Delicious good dish. The hotel has a convenience store downstairs. Very convenient.

A good hotel in an ideal position in the city. If you like shopping there are a number of large malls nearby, including the massive MBK mall. There is a station to the city rail system at the front of the hotel which is a clear and effective way to get around the city. TukTuks and taxis are also easy to access and if you would like to access a water taxi, it's only a short walk to the nearest stop. The breakfast is good quality. There is also a 7Eleven shop in the lobby which is very useful. The only downside is that there is no bar, but the Mercure has one in the same building if required, but is a little pricey (260baht for one beer! ).

Very good location located right next to national stadium bts. Very easy to get around the city. Clean room but insulation is not that good. Can hear people talking when they walked past our room.

Good location near National Stadium BTS sky train. The room is not so big but cozy enough for a stay. In room there is not much amenities but still have necessary things such as towels, bath cream and shampoo, hand soap, shower cap and two free drinking water. No rope nor slipper as well. The bed and pillow is comfortable. Room is clean. Small bathroom but it's ok. Fast check in and check out. Good service and nice staff. There is also a small convenient store on the ground floor. Value to stay.

In a hotel you should be able to sleep in peace. On the 17th floor it roars all night despite the air conditioning turned off. A quiet sleep is not possible here. There are other positive and negative points but they are not relevant to me since I will not come back. Overall the price/performance ratio is poor. In Bangkok there are other hotels that offer much more comfort for equal money.

Weak Wi-Fi & small bed, The room is not really clean at all. Staff have nice services & polite, that’s cool This is a “green hotel” so there is no toothpaste, no shampoo no conditioner so you gonna buy it yourself. All in all. I prefer adding 30-40USD to have a better hotel. To me, This hotel is more suitable for budget travellers than relaxing in Bangkok.

Bit in the MRT under the super convenient, next to 7-11 room space or use, public equipment is also very comfortable price is also very cheap, CP value is very high Backpack Inn is very suitable for backpackers Oh!

Decent Hotel except for the evening buffet which is really overpriced and you will be cut off the Wi-Fi as soon as it save what time you leave.

The Ibis Hotel is within walking distance of the big malls Siam Paragon, Siam Center and MBK, making it easy for shopping trips and of course sightseeing. The hotel is easily reachable from Suvarnabhumi Airport via Airportlink to Phaya Thai and from there by MRT via Siam to National Stadium for about 75 THB per person.
Check-in is quick and easy. The rooms are decorated like any ibis modern and clean.
The poor noise insulation is extremely negative. Sounds of any kind from the hallway and the adjoining rooms are audible. Therefore it is possible to wake up in the middle of the night by an alarm that is not in your own room.

The location is great very near department store. Easy to access via National Stadium BTS Skytrain. Staffs are very helpful with professional skill of service. I am appreciated. And overall is satisfied.

Everything is great. I loved this hotel in term of location, the room is a bit small and lighting is a bit dim but in general is good for the price. However during check-in I requested a late check out and granted 1 pm to do so. Due to rain, I was caught at Siam Discovery and when I got back was about 12:45 pm. I called the reception that I will need another 15 min to 30 min extra and she put me on hold for 3 to 5 min to checked and that responded NO CAN NOT have to check out by 1 pm. I spent another 5 to 7 min talking/arguing with her and FINALLY reluctantly she told be OK — — 1:15 pm Latest. So I guess in that sense, Ibis has given me THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE by extending 15 min where I spent 10 to 15 min on the phone getting that. So I hope Ibis can look into this or at least train the staff to handle it diplomatically and that when I checked out at 1:15 pm the two ladies in the reception was speaking in a language I do not understand and with she checked me out with a 'Best Smile in the world which is NONE'

I was on a business trip and checked into the IBIS Bangkok Siam on the 6th September for two nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful, friendly and always smiling making one feel welcome. The room was well equipped with clean facilities. I could not fault the hotel and is highly recommended to all travelers to Bangkok. Importantly also the hotel is very well located, close to many restaurants and shopping centers nearby all within walking distance. To the staff at IBIS Bangkok Siam, well done and keep up with the excellent service to your guests!

Excellent place for a family break in Siam Square location. Ibis rooms are small but clean, everything works and service is excellent. Hotel is well located next to BTS station giving access to good public transport. Hotel also has a 7 — Eleven located within lobby which is useful for snacks and drinks. Special mention to the 2 gentlemen working in concierge. Very helpful and give good recommendations especially chicken rice restaurant near Platinum Mall. Nice touch when we got back yesterday and discovered hotel had place a birthday cake and card for my daughter.

The hotel was just next to the station which was very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We got a room with the view unblocked and overseeing the national stadium which was great! A wonderful place to go back to after a long day of shopping. There's also a convenient shop at the lobby which you did not have to worry about missing out any toiletries or needing to go hungry in the middle of the night. The only setback was perhaps the small shower place which might be cramped for some people. Other than that, highly recommended to anyone.

Very good hotel to explore Bangkok. Central, clean and with the standard in the service and cleaning of other Ibis. It is worth to stay here.

What we chose to be very well located and in the commercial area, a good
price, although the beds and the room too small in comparison to the Ibis Bangkok Riverside.

Location is very strategic with valuable cost. Close with MBK 5 minutes by walking. Madame Tussaud, central world shopping mall and platinun also can reach by walking 10-15 minutes.

Rooms are small but using interior design to make you feel not too bad. But the bathroom is so compact.

This hotel is all NON SMOKING and I was informed about it only AFTER I paid and signed a document concerning a 2500 bath fine in case of smoking in the bedroom, so no possibility to change for another place and forced to respect the rules. As a faithful customer of Accor hotel, I will trace the information and monitor that changes will happen! Outside at the ground floor, there is a smoking area BUT, talking with other customers, everybody complained about it! The smoking area is in front of the hotel, very noisy and extremely polluting place (in the middle of the traffic jam) there is no possibility to seat, I suggest to put at least some tables, chairs, sunshades so as you can smoke your cigarette "peacefully" and seated in a nice place (so far, it is not a pleasure smoking in this area! ) No, instead, you have to stand up in this sad space … I suggest to put in any floor an opened smoking area (like a terrace) in order to avoid customers to go down and get dressed every time. It would be easier and more comfortable for customers to have an opened smoking space at any floor, instead of having to put on clothes (as in my room, I don't wear clothes), to take the lift, pass through reception and finally arrive outside. There were also painting works so it was noisy, same thing for the ground lift, there were doing some works so it was very noisy (using drill, hammer drill…) No swimming pool. For a hotel like that, I think it is not so good.

Hotel went out of circuit (blackout) twice in the day. Lobby lift was faulty. No toothbrush provided. The good thing about this hotel is that 7 eleven is conveniently located at the lobby & BTS station is just right outside. I like the efficiency of the hotel staffs. Walking distance to MBK, siam paragon. But probably not my choice of hotel the next time round with the price I spent booking. Was a little disappointed.

Basic room at a good location for a fair price. But was upgraded to the other hotel in the same building for a single night because they were overbooked. While upgrades are nice, having to check out and in again in the morning was annoying.

Amenties are rly good and its worth the stay :)

Great value for money. Friendly helpful staff and fantastic location. Rooms are tidy, clean and noise-free. I enjoyed the adaptable electrical power sockets meaning you don't need to use adapters for your phone & computer chargers.

5 day stay at Ibis hotel. Was able to get early check in and adjoining rooms. Hotel room is clean, room service is efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful. And most importantly it's near to BTS (mrt) and MBK for shopping. Very easy to move around using BTS (mrt), tut tut and walking distance to many places. The only sad thing is no halal food.

Worth value and very very good location.

I was in this hotel for 5 days on level 15. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the hotel and my room were extremely clean and well represented. The shower in my room was a bit small but useable. In a good location close to Siam centre and Siam paragon, as well as national stadium skytrain. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all visitors of Bangkok. Bone Voyage.

Great location. But taxi often doesn't want go here becoz traffic jam.
