Anybody please don't go there. I lost three chocolates bags and purse set what I bought from thailand while I was not in the room during 9.30a. M. To 11.30a. M. On 29th May (room no. 404). And they are not responsible about it. I also hate thailand from now. This hotel is near to lot of markets but I'm in disappointed.

Rooms are affordable and clean. Staffs are very friendly, offered to help us with the door and baggage. The lift is a little small though, but overall it was a enjoyable stay for a week. Its near to Neon night market and walking distance to platinum mall.

Location very accessible yet enough distance from main traffic; 24/7 staff at reception, everyone was nice & accommodating; room very clean & compact, great shower with bath amenities, free instant coffee & bottled water; providing an adapter for foreign phone chargers a plus; breakfast was delicious with a good variety for bread, cereal or rice eaters.

Location is good Clean room for reasonable price.

Very Wrose Customer Service after you rent a room you must take all of your things by yourself to your room there is no staff to carry your bags there is no toothbrush and then I ask for the toothbrush they said they don't give it and I must buy it at 7/11 i won't come back again and also first time I come to the room I rent there are two cockroach how gross very bad i won't come back again and I always told my friends not to rent this hotel.

Big and clean room. They have everything you need. Cattle, dryer, safety box, proper wardrobe and even plug convertor. Reception Mr. Song is very kind and helpful person. Near to Neon night market but a bit far walking to other shopping area.

Very old and slow escalator.

Standard dropped. No longer have massage service and room is full of ants, requested to change room but still there's ants everywhere. Not going back to this hotel again.

Staff were friendly and really treated every guest with respect. I felt like I was coming home whenever I returned after a long day out. The room was acceptable with weak Wi-Fi. A little negative was that the location is a little far from Platinum Mall (Walking of 10 mins) however for the price we paid it was WORTH IT!

Good place to stay. They are more flexible if booked directly. wi-fy not very sound.

This room is around $35 USD, 1200 baht (after negotiating for a bit), so for that price, you should never expect a large room with a gorgeous view and tons of amenities. You would, however, expect a clean and in working condition room, which you will not find at P2. Our room had an infestation of ants, the outlets worked about half the time, the Wi-Fi was so weak it makes 90's dialup look like fiber, and the air conditioner might as well be a decorational piece. If we brought up any of these issues to the staff, the simply said they would send someone to the room. Really? You're going to send a worker to our room to fix an ant problem and install a building wide wireless network? This place is embarrassing, and the management should be ashamed of the service they deliver.

Wifi signal is weak, slow speed. Room is small but clean.

Room was not clean and not well maintained, air conditioning was broken, refrigerator was off when you left your room.

2nd time stay here. Simple, clean and friendly staff. Very nice simple breakfast of asian food-fried rice, fried meehoo, porridge,. Fried heart shape egg, vegetable, good work to the kitchen staff,. Also a bit of western bread, butter, salad, fresh milk cornflacks. Etc.
