Missing home? missing good food? missing your friends abroad? the only hotel I've been privileged to stay for a month more. Room was clean but cleaning wise, who can complaint much at these critical moments the staffs are still working!
staffs are hospitable from carpark>temperature check-in guy>reception (cute ladies) >mini bar bfast/lunch>lift. Staffs smile and wishing you welcome sawadee melts my heart.
food wise bfast I would always bought two pax as I love their fried rice +muudaeng spaghetti kheemao aroii makmak! hope these will continue.
without the help of Kelab malaysia Thailand I wouldn't have met the GM Pauline. Very professional attitude towards handling things with my own eyes.

No service of staffs, lobby with no conditioning, no room service available, everything must be done by the guest.

I m one of the long stay guest. Hotel provides one of the best lunch at only 99 baht. Although is not a full buffet but I can find varieties of dishes for the main meal with white rice including a soup on a daily basis which also include noodles, salad, dessert with cakes and fruits plus drinks all in 1 price. The best thing is everyday the food is different. I have even invited some of my friends who is not living in this hotel for long term and they also commended the lunch is super excellent for the price of 99 baht per person. Keep it up Eastin Hotel Makkasan.

I like that the staff was very friendly and helpful, they upgraded our room for free because they could not give us a double bed as we wished/asked for in our booking online. The really made me feel good and where always happy to help me with information.

Nice Hotel, Breakfast was good! They had some options for Indian food along with American breakfast! the staff was very cooperative and helpfully always! the hotel is beautiful and located near the Indra market! There are some Indian restaurant also located just nearby along with 7/11 stores. overall Nice Hotel with Good Rooms and Good amenities.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The views from our room and Attica Sky Lounge was amazing. The food was the best we have seen in a very long time and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and stay here again.

Really good hotel. This seem to be a fairly new hotel Rooms were spacious and modern. Location is really good as it is from walking distance from Indira market with several Indian food joijts. Staffwas courteous and best part was amazing spread in breakfast buffet which included Indian as well. To add to delight the Indian stuff was amazingly delicious. I would definitely recommend it to friends traveling to Bangkok.

Nice hotel and a friendly staff. Check in and check out took a while. Good breakfast buffet. Nice swimmingpool. There is a restaurant with a cocktailbar on the 23rd floor. Worth visiting. Good comfortable rooms. The location of the hotel is fine for visiting the important places in Bangkok.

I’m a pretty easy to please person, but the room wasn’t very clean which I shrugged off. Breakfast was a constant struggle dirty tables everywhere. But what I really can’t get over is when I used their baby sitting services. I was really nervous using something like this overseas and this has turned me right off. The girl that watched her couldn’t speak a word of English though she played with my daughter and she liked her. Luckily I got sick and came back early to sleep it off because my daughter came back telling me she got lost. I asked her how she got lost and she told me the baby sitter let my 5 year old daughter come back to the room by her self to get some Oreos. My daughter can’t even reach the button of our floor level in the elevator. She told me she knower in another hotel room door crying telling them she didn’t know where she was. Thank god a lovely couple watched her and called reception. What gets me that the hotel never told me she went missing I ended the care early as soon as she told me. I’m not impressed I would never use one again and families need to be very careful!

Its a good budget friendly centrally located hotel with a lavish breakfast layout! Its perfect for a city like Bangkok where you're gonna be out and you want come back to clean rooms. Even the bar overlooking the city is a sweet spot to unwind, sadly it shuts early by 10pm/11pm I guess. Certainly, ticks all the right spots!

Love everything here. I am quite happy with the service been provided by the friendly staffs. I am suppose to give the hotel 5 star rating but due to noisy guest from the next room. It ain't not only on my level but also my friends whom they staying here too on difference level. Even this matter been resolved but the following day it happen again. Hopefully the hotel management should handled properly with due care guest from India and China group. I am not racist to them at all with due respect but we needed certain times to sleep properly.

The hotel is not new, but in the city center is very convenient. The room is not big, clean, has everything you need. The window offers a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast was good. Recommend!

Nice Breakfast Spread. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful service. Spacious rooms and great view. Close to Palladium, Indra, Platinum malls and the neon market. A lot of Indian and vegetarian restaurants near by.

Great hotel. The service was excellent right from the start. Momo was fantastic! They helped us get checked in and recommended a cheap way to get to the airport. The facilities were fantastic, clean, neat, and elegant. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was dated but well maintained. However it has a strong smell in the toilet. The wall not really sound proof so it might get noisy during night.

Located downtown. Nice facility. There is a pool but never got to use it. Did not take breakfast-too expensive. 350 bhat per person for what? Got it through travel agent. No value for money on my opinion.

Quite good hotel with convenient location from airport, metro and train line. The flyover road behind the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and the traffic noise noticeable from the pool and the room. It did not bother me much but light sleepers might find it annoying. Clean rooms with standard equipment. Might be a little outdated but that helps for a well priced stay. The food and breakfast is international and quite good. Staff is very polite and friendly. Not intrusive at all. I recommend the hotel for the price and location mainly. But if you want to be a short walk from main attractions, you should probably consider somewhere else.

In general, the hotel is average, nothing bad, but wow no. From the pleasant is the presence of a pool for those who still did not buy) ), a good variety of breakfast and a good bed — slept perfectly. How to spend a night for 1-2 days will fit.

A normal lodging in the center of Bangkok, small rooms, low ceilings, but clean and tidy. Breakfasts are good.

This is an excellent hotel. It's very high class. I really like the rooftop bar. You get a great view of all of northern Bangkok. And they have a great international menu, including some Indian food. The people who work here are pretty friendly. They have a great coffee shop, too. It's in a kind of rough neighborhood where it's really hard to get a metered taxi, but that's the only drawback.

We stayed at Eastin Makkassan On 10 & 11 January 2018 on the 25th floor. Lovely hotel to stay. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing specially at night. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast was a great experience with good food and huge selection to choose from. The Glass Room situated almost next to a busy road was vso interesting to experience while having breakfast. Not noisy at all. Rooms are also quiet and private. Amazing experience. Thank you Eastin Makkassan and staff!

Beautiful place. Nearly as good as a 5 star property. Very good service with excellent in house restaurants. Centrally located so easy access to good nightspots and restaurants.

A bar with a spectacular view of Makkasan… That doesn't take credit cards. Decent drinks for a reasonable price. Questionable clientele.

Corets have arrived at the Aestin Hotel Today. It was a very helpful reception. We would recommend this hotel to any Tourist. A Super Hotel.

Magnificent hotel. With my wife and two daughters and a small child we had most amazing time. The hotel doesn't look that great from outside but it is spacious from inside. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. We got authentic Thai food and beverages. Lovely place to stay in Bangkok.

Rooms are good and clean. The hotel is maintained well. As usual it was difficult to communicate with some of the staff member which is common in Thailand if you speak in English with them. The lounge inside the hotel is also good. The vents in the toilets were not that great, the smoke in our room or others rooms use to circular inside the room and passage area. Complimentary breakfast was also good but could have been better.

Comfortable bed and great view. Check in and check out took a long time. Check in took more than half an hour. The room may seem a bit dated but for the price we got it it is very good.

The rooms and ambiance are very nice. The best part was they serve Indian breakfast which tests good even. The only thing they don't serve a single glass of water after breakfast hours.

The hotel is very near shopping centres and the breakfast is great there is everything.

Perfect location. We did upgrade and we stayed 2 nights in an executive suite is huge with living room, bedroom, two bathrooms and spectacular views. Everything was clean, the bed huge and very comfortable and the service from the staff perfect.

The rooms are clean. Very big beds. Conference rooms need improvement with sound management (we can hear the discussions in the other room). Helpful staff.

The hotel was wonderful. All the staff is very friendly. The restaurant food was very delicious. The glass house food was yummy especially bamee pad. Attica sky lounge had the best lamb ribs.

Best hotel to stay. Indra square (shopping mall) is at walking distance. Dont miss pool side happy hours and swim in pool.

This place is amazing. The staff are so sweet and helpfull. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We jave been traveling in Thailand for some time now, by far the best service we have recieved yet!

Been here in mid of May 2017. The hotel is beyond my expectation with the price I paid. We were greeted by a welcome drink before our room is ready. The room is so spacious with some great view of Bangkok. It was a short stay with them but I feel so warmed staying here. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I travel to Bangkok again.

Skybar super, pool and pool bar with beautiful view, very friendly staff, nice rooms but a little small, view from the room on the City (bay window). Not far from trains and subways. I recommend!

It is a big hotel. It has clean rooms and nice breakfast. The swimming pool is good too. Many Indians stay there so it can get noisy at times. Check in and check out takes time.

It was good stay experience in this hotel for 4 night vacation trip. Nice hotel rooms, good service. 31 floor of hotel and try to get room in higher floor to fantastic view of Bangkok. Walking distant for Indrani Super market. Also good Indian restaurant near by. In fact we eat Gujarati thali at pure veg. Restaurant neat by Eastin. We didn't found good Indian Breakfast and Indian tea there. In fact so many Indian guest there at time so I give only 3 start. Rest of Breakfast all is 4****.
