My check in experience was effective and fast. I was assisted by one of your Front Desk Agent who was proactive. Yet, I could not remember his name. The same goes for my check out. I believe that you can trace his name by my check in/out time + room number. My flight was early morning and directly doing quick business meeting, he really was a savior for me. Yet, you may want to ensure that this kind of helping culture is enlivened by all front liners. On my checking out date, I booked green taxi. Then I came earlier than my booking time. Asking the service to one of employee in the counter. Yet, the person seemed and gave impression: I am not Bell or Concierge, you just go to them. I got that impression because the person pointed out the desk near the person's working location. I believe this could be improved. I also acknowledged that your hotel was busy and understood that employee could be tired. In Concierge/Bell/Entrance, the smile could be improved more. Some are smiley, friendly and effective. Some are just average. You could monitor from your CCTV re: your staff smiling culture. Breakfast was good, you can see all the main and most wanted breakfast menu served. Having a Fresh juice counter would be good idea to explore. Gym was small and after 2KM in treadmill was too hot, yet swimming pool was relaxing. Love it. Overall, I had a great time, the front desk who helped me in check in and out process were amazing: friendly, warm and effective. Thank you for ensuring that my business + weekend trip was running smoothly.
