Was there for 2 weeks alternative state quarantine. Excellent service staff and nurses. Definitely recommend this place.

Room is clean. Vegetarian food is so yummy, on time and I’m very impressed! ASQ package is worth! 👍🏻 Highly recommended!

Wonderful staff, very clean nice rooms, the manager is unbelievable friendly (from Switzerland in case you need a german talking person) the food is very good, the pool on the rooftop is very nice,

Thought I would leave a review of my ASQ stay at Park Plaza. I typically never leave reviews on anything, but I felt inclined to leave a review on my stay as this place deserves the credit.
— The entire process from start to finish is extremely smooth. Miguel and his team have done an incredible job with managing the ASQ stays. Entire staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
— I choose the Deluxe room with City view for my ASQ. The room is spacious, the bed is a very comfortable king size bed, and the room has a very nice office desk set up with a proper office chair. I chose this place based on the workstation set up as I planned to do a lot of the work on the laptop and wanted to get the feel and having a proper office set up. The room had a minibar filled with snacks and a fridge with several different type of sodas and many bottles of water. Bathroom amenities were thoughtful and had you covered for your ASQ stay.
— The one big surprise for me was the quality of the food provided for all of your meals. I read a lot of negative reviews from other ASQ hotels regarding the food choices, and let me tell you this place will not disappoint you. Each meal is served hot and fresh and the quality of the food is equivalent to eating out at a local restaurant.
— Wi-Fi is very good. I watched on Netflix, YouTube, downloaded some videos and never had any issues.

Arrived in Bangkok last Friday and checked in at ParkPlaza. All very efficient, friendly staff, room well appointed and very quiet which was for me my primary concern.
The best about this hotel is the food! Very tasty, served in time, fresh and hot. Snacks and alcohol-free drinks in minibar complimentary!

I came here on vacation with my son for the summer! Aside from the staff being so attentive to everything, they’re incredibly friendly! I must that I’m very impressed with their dishes but what really got me was the dishes recommended by the chef! er me just say that as a burger fan from the U. S the burgers here ARE ABOVE ALL THE ONES IVE HAD! Such an amazing texture, balance in flavor and hits the spot! In my book and my personal experience I give Park Plaza Soi 18 FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of five!

Nice hotel… great location for a hotel…

This was my second stay at Park Plaza Bangkok and it was good to see that the great service and high standards have been maintained. The hotel is in a terrific location right on the Sukhumvit. Huge food choice for the breakfast. Really enjoyed the food and the staffs were very friendly. I was surprised at how nice and attentive the staffs were. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is well located off Sukhumvit Road, with (mainly) very friendly staff and good, well-furnished rooms. The lobby and pool areas were being renovated when we stayed, but the rooms themselves could do with some attention too. A few fixtures were coming loose from the walls, and our air conditioning was dripping water. The only really disappointing thing is the concierges appear to be running a racket with local taxi drivers, who appear from nowhere and refuse to use their meters, charging exorbitant fix-priced fares. Elsewhere in Bangkok, drivers seem much better at complying with law, and it definitely appears there is some collusion here unfortunately. Walk up to Sukhumvit Road and hail a taxi instead!

Park Plaza is an amazing hotel. The location is great, close to Terminal 21 for those who like shopping. The rooms are clean and spacious and there's everything you need there. The rooftop bar is nice, and so is the pool. I am really impressed by who knowledgeable the staff were about everything. Everytime we were going out they were asking us where we were heading to. And no matter what we said they always had some good advice on how to get there or what to do there. I would love to stay here again.

A great hotel located in downtown Bangkok. The hotel itself is modern and aesthetically pleasing. My room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were friendly and professional. The only thing I can complain about is that there was construction going on during my stay. Also, there were scuff marks on the walls in the hallway and a bit in my room. The hotel's location is great. Having previously stayed on Khaosan road, this place was a godsend.

Rooms are really nice. High ceilings. Beds are nicer than some of the other hotels we stayed at in Thailand. The hotel is under some renovations at the moment however it did not dampen our stay. Staff are helpful. Everything is easily accessible with Grab however traffic is crazy in the area. I would suggest the SkyTrain which avoids all that traffic. Rooftop pool is also nice. Overall a good stay.

Service is amazing, you feel like everybody is smiling, helping you, giving you exceptional experience! ) We stayed here 3d time, some people remember us and was so welcoming. Every year service better and better, it's very surprising! Nice small hotel, swimming pool on a roof (nice)! location is the best, a lot of restaurants around, but calm at night. Metro station 5min walk (very convenient in Bangkok). The hotel can give you even ride for free close to metro station. Thanks to staff!

You have a very normal room (deluxe)
And in buffet you will not find indian food. In breakfast whatever you find in vegetarian, it is just worst… you may eat bread and butter… nothing else.

The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The Check-in & Check-out process was quick and easy. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a comfortable bed. The pool area is nice and a great place for a cocktails & drinks. The breakfast was good, but options were limited. Vegetarian food wasn't available in the breakfast buffet. Overall location is good.

For the price-quality is too expensive. The three of us lived. On the 8th floor there is an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, bar and fitness centre. We stayed on the 7th floor. There was a problem-badly left water in the Washstand, later cleaned. For the daughter brought an extra bed (mattress is very hard) for a surcharge, although we wanted to use two existing ones. Between the room and the bathroom is a transparent glass that can be closed with a shutter. Breakfast was not very good… 300 Baht. There is a fridge, kettle, free water and tea/coffee in sachets. In the bathroom gel, shampoo, air conditioning, toothbrush, hair dryer.

It was about a 1 hour ride from the airport. Upon checking in, we were offered some non-alcoholic fruit drink. We didn’t get the breakfast buffet (believe it was an extra $10). When I swiped my card to enter the room, I noticed a laptop on the bed. They had given me an occupied room! Whoops. I went downstairs and they apologized and gave me a new set of room keys. The room looked fabulous — just like in the pictures. Amenities were included and it was pretty spacious. Bed is big and comfy and I love that there were 4 pillows. The pool is great with some lounge chairs/beds but the bar could’ve been a lot better. There were a couple things that irked me because for the price I paid, I felt it could’ve been better. 1. Bathroom lighting is pretty dim. 2. Blow dryer is very weak 3. The bathroom door would not stay ajar and kept closing on me. 4. The entry light wasn’t working and that’s the only place with a full length mirror. Maintenance came and fixed it and somehow it’s not working again. 5. After the shower is turned off, water still leaks from the shower head making a loud gurgling noise. 6. The toilet — to flush you have to hold it down long. 7. The clock isn’t even set up to the right time 8. And the biggest thing — I had the Do Not Disturb button on because I didn’t want the room cleaned — had all my valuables out and when I came back from walking around, they had cleaned the room. A big no no!

Nice 4-star hotel in a quiet street. Amazing staff; really friendly and helpful. Wonderful check-in experience.
The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We loved the rooftop pool, too. Breakfast was very good: omelette, vegetables, fruits, breads, juices, etc…
We had dinner twice at Mezzo, and the meals were tasty and reasonably priced. Restaurant staff really attentive and friendly.
We also liked the location. Many restaurants in the area, and Asok BTS station is just 5 minutes away on foot.
I used my Club Carlson points to book this hotel so I was worried if I am using my points wisely, but I am happy now.
Will definitely stay here again. :)

I love this little hotel. I have stayed here twice now. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. For the price you get a very comfortable room and the breakfast buffet is an excellent way to start your day in Bangkok!

Spent one night on layover. Nice clean modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Very helpful, friendly staff. Rooftop pool area looks great, but didn't have opportunity to use.

Stayed two nights at the Park Plaza hotel and couldn't fault it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms spot on! We didn't eat there as we like to try different Street food, neither did we use the gym and pool but checked them out and they look great. We are coming back in 10 days.

Greta place to stay, clean rooms and very nice employees! The concierge are also phenomenal, will always guide you right to ensure you don't get scammed, etc.

The stay was okay, it's supposed to be a rather new hotel but the equipment in the room seemed to be a little worn out for such new establishment. It was my birthday and my fiancé had to pay for the "surprise" he had pre-arranged with the hotel. While compared to Centara Watergate, where I stayed previously when I visited bkk, that hotel upgraded my room to a junior suite, gave me a birthday cake and drinks all for free. The location wise was alright, about 5-7mins walk to Asok BTS. There're some restaurants and convenience stores nearby but don't expect any authentic local cuisine here since it's a touristy place to begin with. There are also several massage shops along the road but I think a few of them are quite dodgy.

Great Hotel. I have no complaints really about this place. Decently priced and conveniently located in Bangkok. I would stay here again.

Superb hotel. Clean, comfortable and great to stay at. Very conveniently located near Asok BTS station (the sky train). You get as many complimentary bottles of water when you ask. Room service is timely. Their restaurant is alright, it's decent enough food. The Coffee Club across the street has great food!

The hotel was nice and modern, but the guest services is where it stood out among the rest of the hotels. A, Coco, and Nono were great hosts and were able to help us get to where we wanted to go. Definitely ask these guys for places to go eat, day trips, night life, rides, and traveling tips. The roof top pool and bar area is chill and a fun spot to hang for happy hour. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Bangkok.

We stayed there for 6 nights, but 120 CAD at night in low season is flight. Our mistake: book two weeks in advance. Like several hotels, they charge more expensive up to a few days before the visit. The hotel manager tells us that this is a mistake, but hey, it's still what we paid for.
In may, do not be afraid, book last minute (3-4 days before) and with trip Advisor you will find good hotels.
Otherwise the pool is fine, but being on the 8th floor, you don't have the best view next to the skyscrapers at 50 floors.
The reception is very good. Spacious rooms, large bed, modern facilities.
But I would not pay more than 70 CAD at night for Thailand in this season.
In a street with some claudots and full of cheap massage centers. But not too far from the sky train and the shopping malls Street.

The place to stay at Sukhumvit, Bangkok. Everything you want is right there nest this hotel. Be it Indian food, BTS, Sky train, street food or Terminal 21 mall. Staff is helpful in every aspect and offers tourist information to make travel ease. Rooms are neat and big, cleaned properly on daily basis. Location is quite and relaxing.

Value for a low price. Nice room. Comfortable bedding. Could be better soundproofed from the hallway. Room too noisy for a 4 stars. Breakfast was OK but like in the three stars in the end. Pool very nice and pretty. Do not judge the attendance as we went to 22 h everytime. Well located for District new city and well served by bts and subway. Focus on these means of transport for the tuktuk and taxi because permanent caps on sukumvit road… a little pricey but good.

Hotel is just average, spoke to GM regarding something and he is very very unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue with the staff he wrote an email back with impolite words. GM's is suppose to fix not to screw things up.

Posh, modern looking hotel with good facilities and really great rooms. Good location, within walking distance to train station and major shopping centers. Most of all, the concierge are extreme friendly and helpful; special kudos to Trai, and also to Nuno. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed for my birthday weekend 10 and 11 October. Good hotel but lets itself down by putting complimentary water in the bathroom/toilet… not an appropriate place and no sign. Drank very expensive water in the fridge thinking that was complimentary. Not happy when had to pay.

Nice service, especially security guards, kindly help to call taxi and always take good taxi. Like to introduce nice visit point. One day I lost Mobile on the taxi the security help me to find back, I appreciated for this. Good room, good place, clean room. Nice.

Super greeting helped me to check in early. Rooms are clean and specially if you opt for the club room it's quite luxurious at this price. Well located in the heart of the city malls and shop closeby. I needed a motorbike and they helped arranging for me. And the rooftop pool is the cherry on the cake.

Fantastic, new, clean and modern hotel.

We stayed there for 6 nights. A totally relaxing experience. Off the main busy street, the positioning of the hotel down Soi 18 enables you to have a relaxing time. There is a convenience store across the road, if you need anything. If you need anything else such as a hairdresser, nails done, drink at a local bar, change of menu or even a massage, it's all there within walking distance. The staff are very obliging and will even give you a tuk tuk ride if need be. Fast Wi-Fi was great, we were able to conduct video conferencing calls without any dropping or interference. It's a home away from home, with it's friendly atmosphere and central location you could not ask for more. Your stay is started with a welcoming smile, which is felt to be genuine and not because it has to be given, you're given a cooling drink, check in is painless and express, then you're shown to your room. The room is clean, modern and not cramped, with the beds guaranteeing a great, refreshing night's sleep. The air conditioning is quiet and responsive to any changes of temperature that you choose to make. Breakfast is a delight, with the staff greeting you and attending to your needs. We were looked after by Som, she was an absolute gem. The Coffee is the best we had in Bangkok, and that includes all of the 5 star hotels that we attended for engagements during our stay in Bangkok.

We stayed at Park Plaza. The location is good close to many department stores and next to downtown. The skytrain is distance walking. We also went to long table rooftop koppa wine restaurant and tailor pro custom tailor which is distance walking and recommended. The hotel is clean and we have great at the hotel.

Very nice and pleasant hotel to stay in BKK located in the district of sukhumvit with affordable price, closed asok BTS and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Very convenient for access to many location using the BTS within BKK. Highly recommended for everyone and will stay again when come back BKK next time.
