Location is really strategic, next to the mall. Room looks really cozy and the staff are friendly too. The food from the room service was actually amazing, tasty and great portion too.

After traveling halfway round the world during COVID restrictions it’s just like being at home but much better. The amenities are excellent and the staff are very attentive and friendly… you could not ask for more. We will be coming back in the new year!

One of the best restaurant at Centara Ladprao that I truly recommend this restaurant to bring your family enjoy a wonderful meal. I decided to celebrate my mom’s birthday here. The food was so excellent and really testy also a lot of various menu recommended. The service given by Khun Atjita and Pattamawan were efficient and very professional especially chef Puchong and team made a special birthday cake and red wine garnita for us that completely fulfilled our birthday celebration.

Highly recommended. All our guests love to stay this group of hotels in Thailand. High standard with great value. Accomodation are great so with the food served along their buffet breakfast. Staff are well-trained & very polite.

Great location. Attached to Central Plaza shopping mall which has heaps of shops, cafes, restaurants and Tops Supermarket. Close to Chatuchak Weekend Market and train stations. Staff at the hotel are great and rooms on the Club Floor are roomy. Well equipped gym with full weights room.

Fabulous hotel! Staff is friendly and accommodating as soon as we walked in. The rooms are updated and hallways are visually pleasant. And most importantly l, the elevators are quick and so far we haven’t had to wait long at all each time we used one.

Beautiful! We had a great corner room with beautiful view. I loved the tub and how you could open up the bathroom walls, then I could see the view while taking a bath. The bed was comfortable and service was perfect. Our a/c leaked twice during the night but the front desk sent a handyman and housekeeping twice to repair and clean it. Everyone was polite and courteous. The lobby, art, jazz lounge, other amenities at this hotel are all so beautiful. Definitely recommending to all our friends and family!

Decent room. Nice view. Great service from my hotel porter (+1 star). But terrible service at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was full at my breakfast time because maybe some government personels had convention there or something, that's okay. The waiter asked me and some other guests to wait. Standing. For about 30 mins. Meanwhile the govt personels keep coming in as they please. The thing that disappointed me the most is that the waiters don't even bother to look for any empty seat for us while we're waiting. I get that it was a busy morning, but come on you can do better than that. Hopefully these unpleasant experiences won't happen again to other guests.

Good service mostly and clean rooms. The food at chatuchak can be improved by adding more variety. Also adding the halal option will be very helpful.

Lovely hotel, quality fits the price.

It’s one of the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok and the staff are always so professional and warm to welcome me back every time. Very convenient to walk to nearest shopping mall (right beside with connecting bridge) and to PahonYontin train station (exit 3). Highly recommended for those who want to skip the jam as this hotel is right next to the highway. Will not be delayed when you are rushing to airport.

Good location, good facilities, good accommodation, and good service (Big improvement than last time)

This is one of the few places we wish we had not stayed at. The first problem is the difficulty in accessing the rooms. You have to get an elevator to the 23rd floor reception area, in order to walk to a second elevator that takes you to your room. It is along way from the street to the room. The hotel is very poorly maintained, our shower was full of mould. The towels were horrible and scratchy. The rooms are poorly designed and outdated. The service was below average, with staff forgetting to bring things to the room. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, and the room was small. We have previously found better value for money elsewhere in Bangkok and would not stay here again. It is however well located and has an amazing roof top dining experience.

I love them they are very humble and clean.

About 15-20min (at most 30min) to/fro DMK airport. Situated right next to malls which was convenient. However, the bed was not comfortable, pretty 'springy'. Also, the fridge wasn't cold at all. My two small tubs of yogurt did not manage to survive. The night lights will lit up the toilet as well, the room and toilet was separated by a translucent glass, thus it would make the room bright at night. I had to switch that off manually in the toilet.

I've only been to the restaurants. All the restaurants are good. International buffet is so-so. Japanese is very good, Vietnamese is very good. Services are very good at all of them. Prices are very reasonable.

Immaculate accommodation, superb levels of personal service. A beautiful five acre hidden garden with huge pool. Amazing gym and spa. Seven gourmet level restaurants. A great base for a Bangkok holiday break.

Definitely the best hotel I have ever stay in bangkok, staff is helpful and friendly. Food is good, nice hotel. I get surprise when they upgrade my room from deluxe to deluxe suite, hopefully they can bring more surprise to customer in future.

It was the second time I stayed here. Unfortunately found cockroach in my room. The first time was fine. Hope the hotel can improve on this. It is close to a shopping mall, very convenient.

Rooms are in reasonable condition. Though the cleanliness was sub par on 2 of my 3 stays. Restaurant food is good and service from staff was great. Hotel is in a great area with lots of amenities near by and also short drive to the famous Chatuchak market.

Its a totally different world compared to the surroundings outside! The mall is very well designed and well maintained… easy to find the store you needed. Lots of good restaurants on the top floor.

Amazing hotel, very helpful staff, superb service and amenities. The breakfast is multi cultural so you can taste a wide variety of delicious different cuisines if you have an adventurous streak in the mornings. Coffee is excellent. The club suites on the 22nd floor are luxurious. Two television sets! Free standing bath tub and a range of toiletries. I would certainly go back there on business or for a holiday. Good value for money.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Adjacent to a mall. They have an incredible buffet. Wonderful massage at spa. Rooftop bar has great view and drinks.

Great place with good services. The staff is very nice and friendly always helpful. The rooms are very large and clean equipped with flat TV screens, safes and minibar. The restaurants are great and the spa is worth popping in for a massage and different other relaxing options. There is an outdoor pool with a good looking garden and a fitness centre available for the customers. I had a pleasant stay and felt very welcome during my stay here.

Nice hotel and optimal location. I love their breakfast. It's a bit old but in the complex a nice place to stay.

Excellent breakfast buffet! Reserved a standard room and was upgraded to a larger room, with separate living area and bathroom. Location is good for those that want to explore the city since it's nearby train stations. They also offer free shuttle services to markets. Definitely recommended!

Hotel email booking confirmation with 2 room both King size bed. During checking in told me no king size bed available. After my superior got angry, they quick find a king size bed room for him. It's because I never make a fuse they give me room with 2 single bed… If they can put such trick to a corporate booking, it make me wonder if they still want to countiue do business with us.

Location is average, has a direct link to a shopping mall, but it is difficult to find the hotel. Rooms are great, water pressure is good and temperature is constant. Service wise its marvalous.

The service is very good from check-in to check-out and food is excellent. Buffet breakfast provides many choices from Thai food as well as continental dishes. The hotel is also adjacent to shopping centers and a supermarket which makes it convenient to buy Thai products and souvenirs.

This place is amazing. Located at the center of Bangkok, the mall is located just around the corner. Beautiful rooms, Wi-Fi works great, staff is perfect. The breakfast buffet here is beyond incredible with American options and delicious Thai food as well. My favorite hotel! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room was cooled down to 16 degrees, bathroom moldy, breakfast buffet extensive (Continental & Asian), atmosphere not a 5 * hotel according.

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated because all the reviews complaints did not happen to any in our 40+ group. Our stay was amazing. The room was great, roomy and the shower was huge with an amazing overhead showerhead. The AC blasted refreshing cold air and with the lights were controlled by a controller on left of the bed. Staff was great, connected to a mall for all your shopping needs and there are several restaurants within. The breakfast buffet included was pretty good compared to others in Thailand. The pool water was quite warm, wife liked it, I didn't. The exchange rate they give was better than most too. Very happy stay.

We use the valet parking here whilst we go shopping at the adjacent Central shopping plaza, however this hotel has a couple of lovely restaurants, one which is a kind of walk in café and does brunch and breakfast but also a lovely Italian which is only open in the evening. Take care though long trousers only in the Italian!

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. A/C in rooms needs a little bit of time to cool down but the sky bar is great. Connected to a great (if not busy) mall. For long term stays there is a supermarket on the bottom floor of the mall. Try the chicken pad Thai at the hotel. Half price beer by the pool 1500-1700

A large hotel with a range of dining options, connected internally to a large multi-level shopping center with movie theater. I found the room to be clean and fairly spacious. Staff were friendly and professional both at the front desk and onsite dining venues. Food at the cafe restaurant was good and the menu varied. Drinks at the lounge bar were reasonably priced for a large business/ tourist hotel and service was prompt and friendly. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is nice, but my room is crap. The bulb in the corridor of my room mostly burned out. And the ac is weak in the morning and you feel hot even turned into 15 degree. Location is not good as its far from public transports.

Professional service n high standard.

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days in Bangkok. Out of all the other resorts we stayed at during our vacation, this was our favorite. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and courteous; the ambiance is rich and simple, and the hotel amenities are high quality. The Chatuchak cafe had great breakfast. Both asian and american-style, the thai restaurant outside by the pool was fabulous (recommend the pad thai, pork w/basil and chilis), and the spa was pretty awesome! Rooms are very nice, all with great views. Centara is situated perfectly, right near chatuchak park and the mall. There are plenty of places to walk from the hotel and the subway is only a couple hundred feet away, which can take you anywhere in Bangkok and the airport if necessary.
