The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and efficient. The front is also very friendly and willing to assist at any time. Nice pool and outdoor bar area.

Tiffany Diamond hotel&Spa is very good and you best for your life and no one in Tanzania.

Your music is too loud man — every Friday and Saturday night it starts from 8pm and does on for hours. It’s extremely annoying and disruptive. Very inconsiderate as well as useless staff who act as though they do not understand our complaints.

The hotel tiffany was an amaizing experience. I toured the karaoke club, the restaurant and the rooms that were so amaizing. Unfortunately could not get shots but I'm hoping to be there again, wait for it!

I really don't think I have all the right words to describe my disappointment when I stayed at this hotel last month. Although I can start by saying please don't be fooled by its name and ratings. According to the Amex agent who was assisting in the room booking, this hotel was the best option available to me within the area. I was totally in shock when I stepped in my room considering several factors. Let's just keep it short. This place is nothing but a dump. I was disgusted of the smell in my room and the corrosion in the bathtub. I am just glad I was there for a few hours before catching the next flight from Dar Es Salaam to my destination. All the door men were very courteous and professional.

Lovely Karaoke rocks. Great place to be on a Friday evening to start off your weekend.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Deserved a four star but I was disappointed with dirty marks on the tiles walls at the bathroom.

They have very good rooms, very friendly staff at the restaurant, security led by Mr Msingu who is very helpfull all the time. Rapid bus is accessible around 100m away, Kisutu stage. Strongly recommended.

Service was exelant and there was no language barear. I will visit again.

I haven't really been to their rooms and spa but the cafe is nice… The menu is quite short but the bakery down does a good job with their baking products.

Had issues with almost every aspect of this hotel. Lights that flickered when turned off, difficult to use shower, cockroaches, the list goes on. Pretty good food, and nice staff. Not worth anywhere near the price.

Perfect hotel with great breakfast, Internet by Wi-Fi & LAN cable. Difficult parking outside but in floor — 1. No alcohol shopping in the area but 1km away. A huge mosque at 100m (waken at 5am). Morogoro Rd is bus lane only.

The place is nice and fantastic, nice, big enough and clean rooms! The good Quality foods and soft drinks! Served by highly trained servers with good communication skills with communication network as well. The gyms, spa and other service which I could not mention here make Tiffany Diamond Hotel a home of HOSPITALITY.

Great place n I liked the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Had problems with my Wi-Fi but overall, the service is very good and food is really good. I loved and enjoyed my breakfast.

Not such good standards for a four star hotel.

Probably was an amazing hotel, ten years ago… Although the staff is very kind, the place could use a renovation.

Not too bad… Rooms are comfortable. I am a frequent guest at this hotel, but I always avoid dinner at the hotel's restaurant to avoid disappointment… Catering standards need a lot to be desired. The catering standards are heavily influenced by the local culture of the country and hence falls very short of the basic international standards in catering. Waitresses and waiters often forget what has been ordered and bring incomplete orders several times and it is frustrating. There are hotels and restaurants in Dar es Salaam with amazing catering standards… I would suggest management take there employees to these so that they can experience and learn better ways of doing there jobs. It does not cost any money at all, but it gives excellent exposure…

Lovely hotel. Great service and Free Wi-Fi. We got a router placed in our room when we didn't have better access. Breakfast is super.
