Great hotel. Very nice and comfortable room. Amazing staff. Best hotel I have stayed in Taipei.

It’s the details that count. I booked a quadruple room for 4 people. I was very excited to arrive after reading all the amazing reviews online. The place looks and feels great, but you can slowly see things starting to go bad because of poor cleaning and maintanence. Welcoming Experience: Poor, the girl showed no enthusiasm at all when we arrived and explained very little to me about the hotel and the amenities. I was only asked to sign a form and given a room key. She did not tell me anything about the 24hr cafe, shared public computer, breakfast or anything else that was important during check-in Good: -great location close to many shops and restaurants, as well as other hotels -room smelled great, no bad smells -24hr cafe with free snacks and drinks Bad: -poor welcoming experience -curtains were stained (should be replaced) -bathroom showers are showing a mildew -bathroom walls had boogers and snot on the sliding glass bathroom door I really enjoyed staying here, but these small details really negatively affect the experience. It’s sad to see a hotel as nicely designed as this one start to go bad so fast and I hope management sees this message to save the hotel from getting any worse, and I would love to come back in the future to stay here.

Great clean rooms, free amenities, drinks, icecream, breakfast and a central location.

Small but extremely modern and somewhat upscale rooms (complete with Japanese style electronic toilets, super fast in room Wi-Fi, and more charging ports than you'd ever need). Great staff, free snacks and drinks, and conveniently close to Taipei Main station. If you take 1-2 night trips to other destinations in Taiwan you can leave your large bag with the front desk for when you come back.

Great hotel for the price. Clean and just about enough space. It’s a 10-min walk to the train station. Good central location. The dining area on level 1 is tiny and the breakfast selection isn’t great, but it’ll do.

Counter staff (female) to people feel very cynical and negative face without expression, deep fear will offend to them not like before the male counter staff very intimate, will take the initiative to ask guests demand so before the evaluation on the booking is also very good but this is really quite disappointing alas.

Love the hotel stay. The rooms are tidy and clean. Loved the morning breakfast as well.

Few minutes walk for mrt station. Free 24hr drinks and snacks. Free massage chair in basement.

Probably smallest hotel room I've ever been in. Choose another hotel if you have big luggage. Luckily we were traveling with hand luggage. Location was good and the hotel was affordable. Not too far from the train station.

Well situated between Taipei and Xemending. Good interior designing to save space yet not cramp. Highly recommended.

Rooms may be too small for some, but it is clean and has everything you would need. The bathroom is also small but nice.

For starters, it is incredible in a modern city such as Taipei that I'm told to deposit used toilet paper (both & 2) in waste basket and not be allowed to flush it with the human waste. The only other country I encountered this was Romania! Second, you have to turn sideways to get around the end of the bed. If you have more than 2 pieces of luggage, good luck finding the space. Finally, when a guest asks for an extra pillow, you don't point out that you already have a pillow. Only reason for 2 stars, shower head had good water flow.

We decided to stay here due to a reccomndation from a friend. Things we are looking for in a place to stay in taipei are cleanliness, amenities, price and location. Cleanliness: lobby is modern and playful, looks slightly small but it's Taipei not much different than others. Room size is small but also very clean and layout is well thought out. With a lack of a window it's would seem a little closed off except that the hotel lighted the room in a way that slightly negates it. We also came during a typhoon and afterwords the hotel looked spotless and provided excellent customer service (added plus as I don't expect any customer-service in asia). Overall for cleanliness, it's a super plus. Amenities: very close to American boutique hotels, fridge, free water and snacks in the room, lobby has microwave, big fridge for sharing, milk tea and lemon tea on tap, and coffee machine for everyone. When it was raining customer-service allowed us to borrow umbrellas. We put please clean our room magnets on the door and within a hour it was clean and taken care of (I only know this cus I left something and came back to see the cleaning in progress). Overall this is a beautiful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Taipei. Cost: we expected to pay over 120usd a night but this place came out to around 99usd night. That being said we booked through adoda and it seems we were charged more per night than the hotels own rate.

I dont think Im gonna stay here again. The staffs aren't really that helpful and I could totally hear the neighbours chatting in the middle of the night.

Very clean, neat, comfortable, and near to the Taipei station. Also, A free snack bar is available. Highly recommended.
