When I woke up and went to the bathroom, I found the floor was wet. I thought we forgot to turn off water but it was not. I found something dripping down on my shoulder, looked up and found it was from the ceiling. The water was yellow and really dirty. We immediately called them, but even after 10 mins no one came. My wife called again and finally a lady came. She just checked the situation and said she will bring a repair person and left. After some time came back with the repair man. They somehow kept the room door open and work on repair. After around half an hour later, they said the repair was temporarily done and left the room. To us, that is not the point. We pay for the comfort and relaxation. This incident ruined our time. Yet, there was no apology from their mouth. When we checked put, we told the manager about it and she did not even know the incident. Is this really 5 star hotel? it was a big disappointment. It was my birthday and my wife spend money as a birthday gift and they ruined it.
