Room rate is fair with all essential daily supplies like bruthtooth/shaving kit etc. Two free bottles of water is a nice supply too! I prefer bed is hard but it seems the bed here is not that supportive, you may ask for change. Location is good just few steps away from the subway station, however there are always taxis waiting outside which is very convenient to business travllers.

The service staff at the drinks shop is unflattering.
Service aside, we ordered latte and snow cover drinks. Latte is in good hands, the snow cover part is too strong, resulting in drinks to drink less than half a cup when there is a feeling of greasy, drink more than two bites will feel nauseous, so can not finish to lose.

Clean and convenient, right next to MRT.

Rooms and bathrooms are quite small, soundproofing slightly poor, and the walls have obvious scratches, but the bed is very soft and hard moderate very comfortable, shampoo shower gel is very good to wash.

Rooms are quite small and very noisy. Occasionally there were power outages. Breakfast was not very varied; There are always 3 hot dishes to choose from, with all the chips and salads – including French toast. Since we stayed 8 days, we have therefore waived breakfast from the 5th day.

The rooms are nice. But we had a horrible experience with their car service. The immigration line was a long wait when we arrived at the airport. By the time we got our luggage and came out the driver that we had hired through the hotel had already left and left us stranded. AND the hotel still made us pay for half the car service fee plus we had to still pay for our own transportation to the hotel. It's already unreasonable that the driver wouldn't wait for us to come out, and then they still made us pay. Beware that their "90 minute" policy starts the minute your plane lands. Service — Check in was a breeze and reception staff was helpful with our travel queries. Breakfast was delicious as well. Room — Small but functional. Room has everything one will need; well thought through design and in-built room speakers was additional plus. Location — Plenty of eateries around but major malls nearby. Train station entrance is just beside the hotel which gets your to just about everywhere in Taipei Overall, a great no frills and stylish hotel at a wallet-friendly price.

Hotel is right beside the MRT station which is brilliant as you can get anywhere from here. The rooms are really clean, beds super comfortable and the sheets are cotton. The rooms are small but with everything you need. Wardrobe space is limited so maybe more suitable for a short stay. Shower and bathroom are small and clean, shower is powerful! Breakfast has a limited selection of 4 options. It was okay but I'd say the weakest element of my stay. I would recommend the check in for any traveller looking for good location and clean super comfortable accommodation. Reception staff are very friendly and he's good English.

Amazing place to stay. Very near the train station and near to the city. It's also nearby 2 night markets. Great for business travel.
