I stayed in the hotel for 15-day quarantine. The service was superb. The meals that was served during the 15 days are great to say the least. The room is roomy and quiet. I will definitely stay in the hotel I. The future.

What a lovely hotel and it’s great access to the different local spots! The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful during the stay. The room was really spacious, tidy and clean. Strongly recommend.

Very nice hotel for the price. Located right between two major highways, but you wouldn't know from the inside. Breakfast & dinner are buffet style with almost to much choice. Dangerous as it is very close to some major electrics mall & many pc shops (my first thought this will get expensive). Great service, but why do pool maintenance on a weekend…

Very friendly and nice hotel, the slogan confidence like home, feeling like with family makes sense, 100%, we have had a wonderful week there, the gym is great and easy to handle and the pool, you really can swim in it. All the best for the future, we will be back soon.

It may have been too long not to go, to see the secluded dining environment of the whole people relaxed up. The quality of the meal, the freshness of the ingredients and the service are very attentive, in addition to the sushi Table chef response is slow, there is really nothing to be picky about. So recommended to want to have a high-quality dining environment, but also have a satisfactory meal of you Oh! (The best time to dine at noon, less quiet, no one to grab a meal)

The lobster with the fare increase is very bad … Even if only $199+10%, should not introduce this quality, others are not bad, dessert delicious. And the game function to play … Hit the whirlwind, the Thunder …

Very bad experience! housekeeping staff took my ２ pairs earrings! Two pairs earrings which zipped in a small black travel bag, lied on the room desk next to my hair brush (also zipped in another bigger travel bag) and all other stuffs. I found it’s disappeared immediately when I back to hotel at 17-May because I always picked my dress for next day after shower. When I try to setup my next day dress in advance with earrings color, and I could’t find my earings anymore. Why I’m so sure it’s been taken, not dropped somewhere by myself? not possible to be dropped somewhere because it’s hand-made by my husband sucks I hate this hotel! Their night-duty-manager didn’t pass my claim and seems not willing to check what happed. I called again and their day-duty-manager seems not clear about my case. They treated my case carelessly like they don’t think it’s important to someone. It’s not luxury brand accessory, neither ruby nor sapphire nor diamond. But shows my husband heart to me. It very disappointed. I have no more words to comment their sevice and people. I’ll not recommend to anyone to stay this hotel for business or for fun. Thir management also disqualitied as a 5 star ranked hotel. Always have more choices in Taipei city.

Very happy with this hotel. The pool was good, Upgraded our room, the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Edit: the manager, upon seeing this comment immediately apologized and sent the concierge to talk to me about this problem. They very kindly took the criticism well and thoroughly listened to our complaints and apologized. They also asked if I could give them another chance. Because of this I am changing my review to reflect on this act of professionalism. This was a very classy move on their part.

This hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. When I checked in, I kindly requested for a nonsmoking room and if possible, a room with a decent view. The concierge immediately turned down my request and said that guests have no choice in their rooms and will have to deal with whatever they receive. Check-in is formally at 3 PM but I arrived hours earlier, so I then asked if I could leave my luggage with the hotel and for them to notify me when my prepaid room is available. The concierge immediately stated that they do not call guests and to expect that there may not be an available room for me. The concierge then condescendingly asked if I knew any friends or relatives in the area in which they could house me. This is an unbelievably unprofessional and ridiculous way to treat a customer. I PAID in full for this hotel online in advance and was treated extremely poorly the minute I arrived. To make matters worse, they asked me to pay a $75 pre-authorized fee on top of my already paid bill.

Okay location if you don't rely on public transportation; decent breakfast with a variety of choices; room is big and comfort.

Love the place. Try the bar, they have the best beef noodle soup! Its the best!

Rooms are clean and comfortable, house prices are very pro-people, high house prices in Taipei, but also located in the city center, convenient transportation, good living function, really worth your stay outside the window landscape is ordinary, can only see the viaduct and high Batel building. Service personnel are courteous, gentle, careful and serious also dedicated, super praise! The main 㕑 of beef flour, is an extreme product ~ Beef Tender is not greasy, Tangtou sweet back gan, bread QQ Smooth, absolutely make your teeth cheek fragrance. Paired with bright red tomatoes and verdant greens, plus chili peppers, but can make the bread color and not spicy, awesome! Cherry blossom shredded rice cake is also the same extreme, shredded good taste, delicious! Thank you very much for the chef's heart, to fine delicate kitchen art, deeply won my heartfelt satisfaction!

Very home feeling, breakfast delicious, did not enjoy three warm good pity (repair), from the MRT station a bit far, live in the room to the left of the road can see 101 Oh! The Hall of the flowers is very beautiful, very fragrant! I'll be back next time!

First stay, yesterday called to confirm the accommodation with the hotel, also did not inform in advance to receive a deposit, to the scene did tell me to pay 5000 yuan deposit, the so-called deposit is because your room biscuits to money, refrigerator drinks and wine also want money, watch TV also want money, meaning that the whole room can only drink mineral water, spent more than 3, 700, Got such an unpleasant experience.

Today, December 29 morning, the gate waiter's attitude \ is very poor. It doesn't sound good either. That's lousy. It's good for a star. Rotten Friends don't spend money to be angry ~

Nicely located at almost center. Most of the commercial places walking distace. Nearvy to Digital Plaza. Nice staff very polite and courteous. Very specious rooms with sitting area and a dedicated work table.

Wedged between two elevated motorways and busy roads at ground level, but it’s all sound proofed and the staff are nice and it’s pretty central.

Very spacious room and awesome hospitality. Just only the lift is kind of slow and a bit further away from the the shopping belt such as Xi Men Ding (西门町), cab fare about +/ — NT$150.

Had deluxe room with breakfast twin bed. Room was big clean comfortable beds and option of feather or foam pillows. Very well kept and modern furniture adequate table. Good bathroom with shower and bath. Western buffet breakfast and cafe with few Taiwanese food and full bar service. Inviting pool which is well maintained and enjoyed our swim. Gym well equipped with staff ever ready to help. Reception and concierge staff very attentive and really helpful. We booked directly with the hotel.

This morning, I saw an employee found there was some noise from the elevator door. She was proactively trying to contact people to come over and repair it. This is a good practice of safety first! I recommend this hotel because customers' safety is their priority!

A great hotel in Taipei with very courteous and attentive staff. Made to feel very welcome and pampered with every request taken care of efficiently. Sit back and enjoy the facilities in great comfort. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so pleasant!

I have stayed here a number of times. It is very clean and well appointed. Staff are pleasant, efficient and helpful. Location allowed for walking, subway or cabs easily to most of the places we wanted to go too. Breakfast is very good. Japanese style spa/showers/ relaxation (hot-cold) pools and sauna were a great place to relax. Adjacent to the outdoor pool is a well equipped exercise area with a glass wall facing the outdoor pool. Note: all pools I used in Taiwan required use of a swim cap. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. I have really enjoyed this hotel and would de delighted to visit Taipei again and stay here.

Well maintained hotel with great central location. In the center of Taipei, it's easy to get anywhere you need to go. Friendly staff and a solid breakfast.

Came here for the pool and gym, which offers a great view from the pool.

Don't use the pool. I think they want to be a high end hotel but they have weird rules. I was told that I need to wear a shower cap to use the pool. If I did not have one I have to buy one from them for US$10. You can say at nicer hotels and not have to wear a goofy shower cap.

Quite a good place to stay.
