A nice little business class hotel that really stands out with regard to its friendly service. The staff here is simply exceptional, and the location is central to everything in Taipei.

The rooms are comfortable, the service staff is very good, the price is reasonable, and the rest can be reserved in advance, it's great! P. S rested for two hours without getting a condom, but had one for three hours.

The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the customer service was good. There is a lounge where you can drink coffee or tea. With a washing machine and dryer, very convenient.

Great value for money. Clean and tidy room with thoughtful interior. Love the common area/ eating space, even though the breakfast was average.

The location of the hotel is not far from the station.
There are also night markets around the perimeter, and the service members are very intimate.

Single room has a window 1800 yuan, breakfast component too little, less than the network pictures, at the beginning there is no meal package, with counter response to send.

This hotel is perfect for tourists, it has all the amenities you could need. The room was small but very clean and modern, with the shower as the highlight of the room. Some nights, when I was too tired to go out, there was a wide selection of free movies available. Overall, I would look forward to stay at this hotel again.

Nice place, clean and tidy, the personal is great, the room service is good too, the rooms aren't that big, but they are very comfortable, the breakfast are very simple and some times really doesn't worth to wait for, but there are several restaurants near by, the information and receptions is good and they are very helpful all the time, each floor has washing machine and clothe drier, is a nice average price place to stay… recommended.

Small hotel but friendly and nice. My air condition is not working but staff willing to help even in midnight. Staff also gave me his instant noodles when I was hungry at night.

With more than 200 hotels behind I would say this one is one of my favourites. Good size modern rooms with everything brand new and functional (like power sockets suitable for any plug or TV with video on demand and useful apps to check flights, trains, weather or Taiwanese sightseeings). Outstanding design in every aspect, play area for kids, free drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks and even apple juice), nice staff with excellent English. They have rooms with and without windows. Rooms with windows are a bit more expensive but really good.

Nicely designed rooms, Clean, best for 2 guest only, small but enough, bathrooms are clean, service is good … free breakfast are only a packed sand which and drinks.

Very functional hotel with helpful staff. But be careful, they have two Ark Hotels in Taipei.

They wanted to charge me 1500 twd extra for an early check in after a night flight. This is a ridiculous price for for something which should be a good will gesture. Do they give people a reduction when there is a late check in. No. The are just a bunch of money hungry parasites. I will never stay here again.

Actually surprisingly good. Price is high though so if you can get this sub 40 USD. It's pretty damn good. The hotel itself is situated strangely. It has three floors in a multi storey building. Check in is on the 3rd floor. That being said it's really nicely decorated and remodeled. Totally felt clean and safe. Probably one of the better hotels in the area. They have a play area for kids and free drinks in the lobby. I would stay again.
