Worst hotel ever in my life. Everyday house keeper forgot to close our door after cleaning. No shower curtain, no window curtain (mini blinds only), super noisy, broken handle cups in room, A/C direct blow to our head when sleeping and can not be adjusted. Hotel staff refused to apologize for leaving our door open for two days and kept making excuses. Saying House keeper was busy or maybe the door lock is broken. Already reported to Taiwan consumer bureau but Hotel didn’t respond. Beware! Beware! Beware!

A penny of goods, cheap is not big. Room is small, poor soundproofing, decoration rotten, bathing to use the station.

11/23/17 to 11/26/17 our family four mouth stay three nights, continuous daily cleaning staff after sweeping the room after forgetting to close the door, until we come back at 11 o'clock in the evening to find. Front desk attitude arrogant, excuse a bunch, no sincerity to improve! It's the worst restaurant I've ever lived in. And the air-conditioner is set up incorrectly, blowing directly at the bedside, causing us to sleep for a night, the head hurts. The cup attached to the room, either with a cracked hand or a raised hard object, caused my son to have his hand cut. Bathroom does not have shower curtain, take a bath, water spray toilet and towel are all wet, there is no place to change clothes.
Soundproofing is very poor, the next room voice and the sound of the car on the road are clearly heard, to the road window only blinds, the light is also poor, so that we can not sleep at night. At 11 o'clock in the evening, we waited at the counter for 5 minutes, also did not see the front desk staff, even if the room keys were all stolen, there is no one to reason. When I returned from the second 11 o'clock in the evening of my stay, I found that our door was open, and the light was still on, and the cleaners had thrown away my daughter's hair ornaments. After complaining early the next morning, I didn't expect to come back at night and open the door again. The door was open for two days in a row, which really drove us mad.

Price is cheap but facilities and hygiene are just average.

The hotel was very clean. The beds, pillows & comforter were so soft comfortable. The bathroom was also clean & they replenished the bathroom amenities like the toothbrushes, soaps, shampoos, gel, slippers, etc everyday. They also gave free water bottles everyday too. The hotel was small & quiet — just the way I liked it. Staff was helpful & knew english. Its walking distance to the train station, underground city mall & ningxia night market. The location is very convenient for me. The only thing I noticed was the shower head needed to be replaced. It works fine but water was also running down the nozzle. There was hot water & mini fridge. All in all I had a very good stay. This is my 3rd time to stay here & i'll cone back here again on my next visit.

Twin room is small but quite. Doesn't provide shampoo. The cooler is strong and blows directly over the bed. Not very close to the MRT station. The neighbourhood is quite not prosperous. Shops close very early. Cannot find many restaurants nearby. Service is good though.

We arrived from late flight with no problem checked in past midnight. It was the three of us with one room. It's small but we only need a space for sleep at might, so it's alright. Room was clean, make bed and change tower daily. Down side was only one mirror in the bathroom, no shower curtain, paper thin wall. And breakfast was crab. However, there were lots food shop within 5 mins walk, and this includes Ningxia Road night market.

Activities before December 31, 2016, double room 80 percent, 2080 on weekdays and NT $ a night, rooms are clean, and Ningxia night market is more convenient to the train station. No Windows in the room was stuffy.

Friendly experience boutique hotel.
