This hotel is very hip. Also its interior is outstanding (and clean as well). However, food menu at the restaurant has a room for improvement particularly for price value.

As a traveller, cleanliness is on top of my list when it comes to choosing a place to stay. I am happy to say that Chez Nous is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. I feel really comfortable the 5 nights I stayed in it. There were some cons to it but the cleanliness offsets them all. The amenities are great, the staff were friendly and we were surprised by the upgrade to our room and a balcony is always nice. Thank you, Chez Nous! My Pros: — Very Clean and new. — Convenient location to MRT station and Bus Stops if you do not mind walking 2-3 minutes. — It is quiet and located away from the traffic and bustling city noise. — free laundry! And Nespresso is a nice touch to my mornings! My Cons: — No convenient stores close by, at least 2-3 minutes walk away. — Breakfast has no options. If you do not want to eat eggs and bread every breakfast, leave it out. — If you are a light sleeper, take note that the walls are rather thin. I can hear my next door neighbour and the one on top of my room showering. And it was loud. And it can get pretty annoying if they come back late at night. Definitely not the type of hotel which you would choose to sleep-in a lot. — The bed size is short even for Asian standard. I am 5'3" and my feet touches the edge of it! Tips: — If you are using the MRT with luggage bags, alight at Daan Station and take exit 1 or exit 2.

Pros: 1. Free laundry 2. Bath tub 3. Free drinks and mineral water 4. No carpet on the hotel room floor Cons: 1. Light comes through the frosted glass in bathroom despite having blinds 2. Section of the wooden floor creaks 3. No hangers in the bathroom 4. Water drainage from the shower is not satisfactory 5. The water from the bath tub flows out and goes into the hole for the shower water into of the hole for the bath tub water 6. Breakfast was so-so.

Price unreasonable meal very ordinary call said all about 5-6 hundred/person to the scene of a package one thousand or two thousand Take-off single point 8-900 take-off no other choice feel very bad focus is not how the meal is not recommended to come here to spend.

Very nice boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood with great helpful staff.

A Japanese friend came to Taipei on business, and their Taipei office booked the room for him, quite a new hotel, low-key, but the exterior and lobby décor are elegant and reasonably priced.

I had an absolutely incredible time attending a new years eve party at Chez nous. The location was easy to find, close to the MRT station and the view from the rooftop was gorgeous. Staff was extremely professional and a pleasure to converse with.

1, the Normal university attached to the playground side, and the commander of the separation around the mutual glow.
2, ribs fried good, biased towards the Japanese-style approach; the downside is that the outer skin is too crisp, bite up quite hard, asked the store said is added cereal. 3, commercial lunch a guest 300 Yuan plus a service charge, in the rib rice I have eaten the most expensive one.

Participate in the make a block booking activities of the office, a buffet-style meal is unsatisfactory, the meal on the speed is not smooth, the venue is not more is not suitable for to do large-scale events. Basement bar decoration atmosphere good.

Great hotel, good amenities. Free laundry, well appointed bathrooms, nespresso and tasty breakfast. Definitely very good value compared to other Hotels we’ve stayed in Taipei.

The whole is very good, clean and quiet, suitable for a person to travel or like him together ~ ~ Good choice.

The classic crisp fried pork ribs rice is very good to eat fried very well but because the flesh itself has not been pickled and not attached with seasoning to eat meat is tender but less than blindly.
It's good to eat mushrooms and gravy with vegetables. But the service staff's attitude is very careless, not we request too high, but the meal is not cheap roadside booth, moreover has the service charge, such quality is not flattering! (The service staff gathered to talk but the coffee was delayed after the meal. )

I just love the Lou-rou-fan (braised minced pork sauced rice) here!

Room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The breakfast was so good. They have 2 different types of breakfast, western and Taiwan style. Both are good. Big schoolyard is next to this hotel, so the view is opened widely.

Great food with reasonable price and adequate service. It was surprisingly busy during lunch time rendering the dining area irritatingly noisy. Apart from that, I recommend it.

We only visited the restaurant. For such a trendy and upscale place the lunch price was quite reasonable. The food was delicious but the wait was a bit long and it was a tad noisy. Would definitely return.

Only comment on the restaurant part, just opened the first time, the point of cutting bags, fried ribs, vegetables, taste common, row of flesh and blood completely bite constantly, vegetables are completely melon off, the impression is not good. The second time to drink afternoon tea, tea drink is OK, but just up the cappuccino is incredibly cold, should not patronize the restaurant.

It is a surprise place. We never know this is not only a hotel but also a good restaurant!. We don't know anything about hotel, but for restaurant, it is great! All my friends were satisfied with their dishes, especially Taiwanese stewed pork rice!
