Fantastic view, rooms were well done and great staff.

Super dėcor. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food but not quite copious. We're hungry by leaving the establishment. Shame.

Superb location, and when the weather is as awesome as when we went for lunch, you'll enjoy the terrace. Pure heaven. Of course it is not a cheap place but great menu, very tasty and with some originality. They like to try something new on the menu. Service was according to the standing of the place, just excellent. I love to go there from time to time.

The meal was not as good as hoped…

Very good restaurant with great service! The fish was really good. And the terrace is always worth a visit in the summer. The menu is versatile! And thanks to the surrounding vineyards you can buy the favourite wine directly in the vicinity, preferably by crates.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable. The toiletries that they put in the rooms of the hotel were of known brands and the breakfast buffet was not lacking of anything. Besides, the view of the hotel to the lake of Biel and the island of Sant Peter.

There are even free e-bikes for hotel guests.
The terrace is just the hammer.
Highly recommended will definitely go again.

Very good hotel with great views and good food. Staff is very nice and accommodating (both restaurant and hotel) only the size of the portions is somewhat small update: After a visit last week, the first real overnight evaluation follows. Room was fine by cleanliness although there were a few problems here. As a couple you get 2 separate beds despite the demand. Air conditioning available but no cooling… and that at just under 38 degrees outside temperature. Breakfast is very good for the breakfast buffets, which are normally offered in the region. The location is nice but the windows can not be opened as you will be visited by a swarm of mosquitoes (due to the location on the lake). (update after visiting 01/2018)

I'm not sure whether I should give it 4 or 3 stars. My experience was worthy of 4, but my friend's probably only 2. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is great. The quality of the food is very high! Due to a mistake by the staff concerning the availability of rooms, my friend's belongings were moved from one room to another without being notified before coming back to the hotel. We were with a group of 9 and his luggage was moved to another person's room from the group. The staff a simple sorry and a shoulder shrug were enough, not showing any will for any type of compensation, even though they could have expected some kind of discontent from our part. That was quite a shame as it is a really good hotel. Hence 3 stars.

We are unconditional of the place! The restoration part is refined and sought after, the food is delicious with exceptional products and a lot of creativity. The room staff is very knowledgeable and really very friendly as well as discreet, a dosage that is difficult to put into practice. The hotel is in the image of everything else, very classy, with modern facilities, comfortable bedding and high quality, the décor is sober and warm. As for the customer service, the staff as well as the owner of the premises are incredibly approant, competent and make you want to return with their only behavior and professionalism. How not to recommend this place?

Stayed here for a corporate off-site for three days and absolutely loved it. The hotel is exactly what you expect in Switzerland: clean, well-maintained rooms, friendly staff, and quiet location with great scenery. The food deserves special mention. Every meal was a perfect delight: excellent quality, perfectly prepared, and well balanced. Highly recommend this place for a stay or a meal. You will not be disappointed.
