We were disappointed. This hotel was overpriced and a poor value for our money. It’s generic inside with an Indian restaurant on the first floor that overflows into the lobby. Management wasn’t very friendly or flexible, and 1 load of laundry cost us $20 — just to use the machines. We wouldn’t recommend.

Reception service was very good. Able to deposit you luggage even you checked out which is very convenient for travellers who need to visit around the city.

Great location and best facilities. Good value for money. Go for room with balcony.

Restaurant is delicious, the front dish is delicious, especially two dessert cake, will not die sweet, delicious, it is recommended.

Best restaurant for pasta. Authentic flavors. Great ambience and amazing staff. Must go in interlaken.

This is an affordable place to stay in the middle of town. There is a bus stop within a minute of the entrance. Our room was small, but the place was clean and the staff were very helpful.

A very good three star hotel situated in a quiet street in the center of interlaken. Quiet, tidy and helpful staff.

Our experience was very average. The city is so breathtaking that really the hotel doesn't matter much. Location is very good. But right at the check in we started having niggles. Food is average, but then being a pure veg, recommendation should not be counted. Except at the time of check in the staff was courteous and hard working. Pricy compared to what they offer.

In the middle of the town. Cozy and value for money.

A hotel that has come into the years. Some masses clean. Breakfast OK. Price for Switzerland OK.

The places was old and the staff were unprofessional, the cleaning maid was also the breakfast manager and the reception person. Also the staff were not appropriately dressed, one of them was wearing a Mickey Mouse shirt. When we checked in 10 or so staff were chatting in the main lounge. Also the bedding was terrible as the pillows felt like there was nothing in them and were the equivalent of using no pillow at all. Would not recommend this place. I also had trouble sleeping due to loud excessive noises in the early hours of the morning.

Only two bathrooms with only one having a shower. Neraby restaurants are a little bit loud and the floor and walls could use some cleaning and fixing. Not a lot of parking space either. Bur overall a good place!

Old, no service. Tryed to charge us way more.

Nice hotel in city center closer to West end train station. Received visitors card for free bus and local train service. Clean well kept rooms, efficient, nice service, OK breakfast. Interlaken is not a real big city so foot travel from end to end is possible for the avid Walker making this a good location.

Pay Attention Wi-Fi! Hotel Service a little slow and not englophone.

Spent 2 days last week. Great little hotel! It's not fancy but functional — the rooms are sparsely decorated and don't have much character but are very functional. We were a group of 4, we had four separate twin sized beds and they were quite comfortable. The location is great with tons of restaurants and shopping close by. Bus stop is 2 minutes away which is super convenient. Free breakfast was amazing. The Wi-Fi was free but very slow which was frustrating. Also, we couldn't find a way to regulate the temperature and there was fluctuations in the room temperature.

Very Helpfull, Best service than other Hotels, Definately should give a try. Effective and Worthy Not at all Regretfull. Hotel is 3Star But they service is definately 5Star.

Trattoria Toscana we can not recommend any restaurant. The service was very poor and the food also. Although not very many guests were present, we have waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Instead of the ordered children serving we got a normal portion. We drew attention, the service to which the plate was brought again to decrease the portion. This again lasted 10 minutes. The Cordon Bleu contained just a measly slice of cheese and the hash Brown was very greasy and not seasoned. Instead of Cola, beer was brought us instead of tap water a mineral water.
We have not stayed at the hotel, we can not judge that.

The restaurant is OK, reasonably priced, with good service. I didn't stay in the hotel.

Two days before we were to arrive, my daughter had a bicycle accident in Germany with a concussion and broken collarbone. I called the Minotel Toscana hotel and told them we would arrive a day late due to the emergency. The lady at the front desk told us that it would be no problem, that we could check in a day later than we had planned and they would cancel our reservation for the first night. When it came time to check out, she insisted that we pay for the night we missed, and denied that I had called and changed our reservation. With a straight face she claimed that they had held the room for us and were never notified. Because I was traveling with my family and had three rooms, it was very costly. The hotel was below average, though bearable, but the way we were treated by the owners was inexcusible. I cannot recommend this hotel.

In the hotel "Toscana". We had not reserved, because we were in transit and were very glad that we have such a nice hotel to a relatively affordable for Swiss conditions. We were very kindly received and very well advised by the "Junior Chef", what came on for example the excursion destinations. We had only a room overlooking the backyard, what has disturbed us but not in the least, since we most of the time in the beautiful and sunny weather outside have spent. The room had everything needed. It was clean and bright. For my friend, the breakfast was not as he would have liked to :-) — he likes such as butter had. There were only diet margarine. To drive the tip of the junior chefs to the Trümmelbachfällen we went to — and have not regretted it. For 11 CHF admission, you get a breathtaking natural spectacle. But: who is a "Frostködel", should take a Cardigan is.
