Just checked out after spending a beautiful few days in Interlaken. My wonderful hosts, Armin and Beatrix run a lovely B&B with its great location, wonderful views and lovely warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great accommodation in the Interlaken region.
I have stayed at Arnolds' BnB for 3 weeks in July-August 2023 and can't agree more with the other reviewers: it's excellent in every aspect.
Location is unbeatable: the house is located in residential area, so it's very quiet, but at the same time very close to all of the Interlaken transport links (buses, Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West train stations). It's also a short bus ride (buses are free with the guest card provided by the host on arrival) to the Wilderswil station, which saves both time and some money if you travel in the direction of Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen.
I was staying in room A (double with ensuite and the view towards Jungfrau mountain). It probably would be a bit small for a couple on a long stay, but was perfect for a single traveller and I think would be alright for a couple on a short visit. While not large, the room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped: comfortable double bed, a table with two chairs, kettle with cups, clothes rack with shelves; towels, soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom (there was no fridge in the room, was using the fridge in the basement, but fridges in BnBs are more of a luxury item so not complaining, though it would be really handy to have one). Water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent (just what you need after a long day of hiking) and Armin (the host) immediately switched the heating on when it got colder (yes, even in summer! ).

If you have a question about anything in the Interlaken area, ask Arnold and you’ll get a very pleasant and accurate answer. The home is perfectly located for exploring Interlaken as well as the beautiful countryside nearby. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the alps. Check in and check out is a snap, again because Arnold was there to take such good care of us. This is without a doubt one of the most pleasant lodging experiences that we’ve ever had.
