Great place, easy hiking routes, good number of bbq spots, but most importantly the views are stunning.

Spontaneously booked 2 days in the hotel after returning home from Italy. Since we liked it so much, one more day extended. The view from the rooms with lake view is indescribably beautiful. The staff is very friendly everywhere but the lady from Slovenia in the reception is particularly noteworthy.

Beautifully located hotel. Modern and rustic décor. The menu menu offers a good selection. The food tastes great. Also, there are not only 0815 menus, but also special items, even if only a dish with cognag sauce. I highly recommend.

Very beautiful wooden furnished hotel with outstanding view out of the hotel room (see picture). Friendly and help personnel. Food and drinks delicious. Can absolutely recommend this place.

Falling asleep while enjoying a view on a beautiful mountain range and mountain lake. Here you feel to be part of nature. Good hikes, good food, just a very good place to stay!

Incredibly nice hotel, very friendly service, nice rooms, great food (had pizza & cordon bleu). Only thing that could be improved is to have at least as many layers of toilet paper as the hotel has stars.

We only went to the terrace for a beer. The part of the hotel we saw (entrance, lobby, restaurant, terrace & bar) was beautiful. The design and furnishings are perfectly thought-out and coordinated. It is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels in the Alps I have visited so far. The gentleman at the reception as well as the service at the bar were very friendly and professional. I will definitely book an overnight stay there.

Wow! We had the most incredible experience at this lodge. The views are out of this world. It feels like you have it all to yourself. The staff is extremely friendly and we got to know some of them during our stay. The food was incredible and we enjoying using the gym and bowling! Yep they have a bowling alley! 100% recommend this lodge to anyone wanting a unique experience in Switzerland. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The place is beautiful quiet without a quiet car and the hotel is amazing the excellent food. The spa is worth a visit. I particularly enjoyed the modern style of the hotel dressed in noble wood well prepared.

Very friendly staff, beautiful décor, good food, but rather pricey.

I just used the terrace cafe. Ordered a cup of green tea, and couldnt finish it eventhought it was from a good brand. Tea leaves just were sunk in the cup, and some were floating. It came without a tea drainer and I had to spoon them up. The server didnt know how to serve a tea. Sad. The rest was good. Nice scenery, and great choices of drinks. :)

Service, hospitality, kitchen and bedrooms and, above all, a dream to compensate for the price challenging. But more important are the different activities that you can do in the area. Even with the bad weather you can enjoy the living room, letting yourself be pampered. Not to be missed:

Very pleasant, great location, friendly service, a facility to relax and enjoy. Expected prices, sometimes remarkably expensive drinks. Definitely worth a trip!

I was totally overwhelmed by the morning scenery which was offered to me when waking up: snow-capped mountains, illuminated by the morning sun and a perfectly blue Sky. You forget what could have happened on the evening before in the hotel bar. The rest of the hotel is just as Expected. Only big minus: after two nights my body was dehydrated by the dry air.

Just heavenly. A wonderful view, beautiful room, a small but fine well-scented wellness facility.
The menu is also ideal for vegetarian/vegans. The wine selection is also unsurpassable.

Super beautiful rooms. Very nice staff and a wonderful spa area. The food also tastes very good. At Halppension you can choose from different restaurants and there are 3 menues to choose from at each restaurant.

Given the level they're aiming for and the expense they're going to pay, here's what I find can be improved:
Restaurants don't change the menu during the week-long stay, too bad! The restaurant staff really very courteous, as opposed to the one at the front desk which is quite grumpy. Some details could be solved better, for example there is no space to leave luggage if the room is not ready yet, with the result that it sees a vase that occupies the small entrance. Even the ski depot is tiny, a continuous clash!
The location of the property if you ski is very uncomfortable, you get there only by racketing from all sides, but still the ski air is poor, it is not worth if the focus only the slopes.
Staying at this hotel makes sense to relax, it has a nice spa, as well as the one accessible to kids in the family hotel.

Family friendly hotel. Staff are very hospitable and kind. Always ready to assist. Great spa (one for adults and one for families with small children). I had a great massage (thank you Barbara). Lots of choices for breakfast. A very good list of wine to with lunch or dinner. Ski in-ski out. What else could I add? But THANK YOU for such discovery. We hope to be back soon!

Recently we visited the Frutt Lodge. There we were allowed to enjoy hospitality for two days and experience a magnificent winter landscape. We have experienced a lot, ate fine, were able to switch off wonderfully and can only recommend the whole package. As an alternative to the weekends, we recommend a visit during the week. You have the mountain world even more for yourself. And the hotel also.

Was a wellness day guest on advance booking, reservation has worked out great, except for the info that bathrobe, towels, slippers are delivered from the house. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The massage was very relaxing & attentive masseur. At the end a Fruttburger price performance fits. Proud that we have such a great facility in the heart of Switzerland. Why wander in the distance?

The highest located 4-star Superior Hotel on a lake in Europe, really a beautiful hotel in the mountains, very good service.

Hotel is amazing, huge rooms with all the comforts, view is amazing to the lake and mountains. Food is excellent, huge breakfast, all the products from local producers. They have huge 900 squared meters spa and wellness centre, it is also divided in 2 section, one for family and the other child free :) ideal for ski lovers, hiking, country ski, nature lovers.

Even if it makes the architecture at first glance, suspect, and guests can expect a very warm and welcoming ambience in the Interior. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast room could be bigger, there you sit a little cramped. Otherwise, just a wonderful place…

Luxury hotel and spa. Great accommodations, good sized rooms and clean. Staff is professional and friendly and multilingual which helps. Restaurants and bar are good.

Had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. The room was huge and very comfortable with everything you need and more. Everything was well made and full of quality. Excellent friendly service. Great food. Lovely location and really good facilities. Highly recommended. I will certainly come back again.

Modern hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms are spacious and kept in Alpine chic design. I highly recommend that you upgrade to a lac room. The spa (coed, textile free) is very relaxing, including view on the lac and free tea/fruits. Breakfast is included in room rate and delicious.
