A great place for a quiet holiday. Downtown is close by. A hotel with a 19th-century history, for a larger entourage. The staff are very polite.

A charming and quiet place on the shores of Lake Geneva. The rooms are comfortable, the staff nice and the food delicious. Little park space.

Smiling, friendly staff, most helpful with all our luggage, took it all to our room. Absolutely fabulous view from our balcony of the lake and the French Alps. Generous sized bathroom and bedroom. Excellent location. Brilliant breakfast. If there could be one improvement it would be a small Swiss chocolate on the pillow. Otherwise could not fault the hotel or the staff. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It's just so great to stay here~ if not considering the location and the price… Staffs are great. The view is great. Food is ok. Yet, it's too far from the station. It takes at least 15 mins via the main road, and 25 mins along the shore. If you carry heavy luggage, please find some other hotels closer to the station. Or you'll find it's hard to go anywhere either from or to the hotel… Everything inside is very antique. Despite the price and the location, it's very enjoying to stay here.

There is a staff here who discriminates Asian people. My family and I came here and we got six people. There are six people in our group; my boyfriend and I, my parents and my grandparents who are very old. We rented three rooms. One staff is not respecting my dad. We asked to rent three umbrella but they allowed only two (there are some umbrellas left. ) The staff was not rejected politely. Also, he did not say sorry. I have traveled around Europe and this was the worst experience ever. Very disappointed. (If you are the manager, I am willing to tell which staff did this to my family. You can contact me personally. )

Nice hotel. The view from the balcony is amazing. Rooms are quite big. Breakfast is ok. They are trying renovate the rooms and sometimes smells not very good.

Excellent Hotel Very well located at the water's edge in Montreux. Room overlooking the lake with a tasty kitchen for half-pensions.

I was in Montreux last summer (2017) and had a great time! We were given a room with balcony and lake view magnificent, spacious and comfortable. Too bad because it lacked the air conditioning and having gone in August was really hot in the room. Apart from this, wonderful view, beautiful place with a small garden where you can sunbathe and in front of the lake, where there are ladders and you may enter to bathe in summer. The staff is very friendly and the hotel very close to the centre. You can take a relaxing stroll along the lake and visit Chillon Castle, a short distance from the hotel.
I would definitely go back and highly recommend it! A Dream Place.

A hotel of a certain standing but a bit "old-fashioned". The view of the lake from some rooms is beautiful and restful. The bedding is correct and the service is friendly. The hotel does not have parking spaces but you can park on the road and ask for a parking sticker at a preferential price at the front desk.
The location of the hotel is good, not far from the center and with direct access to the flowered promenade.

Hotel in the lakeside, the environment is good. Far from the train station, you need to take a bus, a 1-minute walk to the bus stop. The hotel has a free bus voucher for passengers (2017, which I have in montreux, luzern), remember to inquire.

A beautiful view of the lake! Flat for the courtesy tray only supplied to our arrival and the breakfast not extraordinary but as it is included in the night it can go.

The view from My lakeside Room was Fantastic. Bon port Bus stop is 2 mins walk from the Hotel. Rivera card is free of charge. Wi-Fi works great everywhere. Bathrooms are neat and Clean. Beds are spacious. Fans provided on Demand. Helpful Front office and Lobby members. Directions on Google map very wonky. The floor is old and Super Creaky. The Vegetarian options are breakfast are sparse. Very Strict Check-in Times. A little far from City Centre.

Beautiful lounge and lake view. Breakfast was amazing — lots of delicious food on offer. The rooms were spacious and comfortable though my parents had an issue with noisy neighbouring guests. This was resolved though.

Wonderful location but the hotel needs to be renovated. It’s not a good option at summer because all rooms are not air conditioned.

Good hotel where we stayed during the Montreux Jazz festival, the room was overly priced because the event. Very clean, good service staff. Amazing view to the lake and the breakfast area is well served.

The location and view is amazing. Do your best to avoid a standard room on the road side due to the traffic noise. Lake views are amazing. Service is good and the breakfast is very nice.

The problem is that there are very many black in Montreux! There can be so equal to Africa! Never again.
