It's not very clean, floors and dust is not being cleaned. The service is rather not welcoming to the guests. And I am getting budget breakfast even that I am staying in the regular ibis. I can't recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel but very nice. Reasonable price. Room and bathroom clean and tidy. Bus stop to the airport literally right outside which was great. Hotel also gave us free public transport passes for the duration of our stay which we used a lot due to the good public transport in Geneva. Staff very friendly. Free Wi-Fi was also good. Room did smell like cigarette smoke one morning which was no fault of the hotel but probably someone smoking and it coming through the air con to our room.

Great space just a few minutes from the airport. We took Uber in from the airport with no problems. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is very efficient. Easy and free access to mass transit. We stayed in the regular side and it was very nice. Attached and shares amenities with budget version. Would come here again.

Hotel OK, check-in fast, correct price. The bathroom is clean but there is no ventilation that works. The air conditioning makes noise and does not really refresh.

Room on the theme of wine, the bathroom is barrel-shaped (alas too narrow to be there for two) … The view from the room overlooks the busy road during the day but the room has excellent sound insulation and we hear almost nothing… Very close to public transport stops, the bus 23 poses you in front of the hotel and the tram 14 to 50m approx… No complaints, we will return with great pleasure.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice bedding. Very friendly staff. Hotel in the outskirts very well connected with tram and buses with Geneva and the airport.

Staying at Geneva Ibis Petit for 2 nights! Free transport near the airport and nice clean hotel. Special mention to Cameila from the front desk for the excellent service. Will definitely my friends to stay here!

Very clean, very nice service and di clases de se to tram station. A lovely hotel for a short stay at Genève.

A classic hotel that works well, it is very convenient the fact that there is a own one tram stop and bus them in front to get to all the major points of the city. About the furniture is a little ' cheap and unwelcoming, the bathroom I have in the room is a movable plastic structure. About parking something in front of you is free, but it's not easy.

Now it's quiet in front of the hotel.

Very nice staff. Very clean. About 10-15 min away by tram from city center. Good breakfast. Hair dryer may not be available every time you ask for it at the reception. Overall, very good value for money.

The hotel for the price range total OK. However, the hotel should sometimes train German speaking staff.

The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. A short distance from the centre and the Palaexpo of the Geneva Motor Show. They pass the buses right in front of the hotel.

Comfortable Hotel to get to the city center, tram number 14 passes right there next door, every 5 minutes. Public transport included in the hotel rate. It was very clean and the room was very hot. I recommend it.

Conveniently located near public transport and between the city center and the airport. Clean and quiet. Our room had only one outlet, and it was in the bathroom. Luckily I brought my trusty travel extension cord.

Nice. Paid parking! But if you can find place out, you only pay the cost of public parking.

Very standard low fare hotel (still expensive since you're in Geneva), good breakfast and very clean rooms. Walking distance from a mall with two grocery stores. They will give you, for free, a tram pass for the duration of your stay so you don't have to worry about transportation downtown. The trams are clean, fast and efficient. Overall, a good quality and location for the price. Oh, forgot to mention… The rooms are tiny, like really small. Still comfortable, but very small.

The rooms are small but comfortable bathroom almost seems to be boating with a very narrow toilet and a very small shower cubicle. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Great value for money especially for being in Switzerland. Breakfast was not included in the rate so I wouldn't say how to the buffet.

With tram and bus at the door. 10 min by tram from downtown. With shopping mall next door.

A very clean, with a quality service (I go regularly). A big downside to the closing of the restaurant, which removes a star from my note.

Excellent room, comfortable bed, daily cleaning, adequate facilities, and the best breakfast, really worth it, very full and buffet style.

Simple but ideal Hotel. Well located, close to downtown, about 15min by public transport. All the staff have been very friendly to us, to note: They leave you free umbrella if you don't carry it, and they give you a card to use public transportation for free.
Not so good: CHF 17 Breakfast, I find it expensive for what it is (although in general all gin…)

Simple but good. Fully enough hotel to visit Geneva. Tram stop very close, in about 10 min in the center.

Tip tope rooms, clean and fairly new. Breakfast is ok, something of everything. Very friendly staff. Price/Performance fits fully.

Nice hotel. Clean, excellent access to the tram to get in to Geneva. When you check in you're also given free travel passes for the duration of your stay. Excellent staff. Good value for money although breakfast is a buffet for 16 francs each which seemed expensive. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room so when we fetched one up to the room it was 8 swiss francs! Very expensive!

Wonderful experience. Good breakfast, nice restaurant, lovely staff, so helpful, service lady very polite… to much to say about this hotel. Doesn't feel like a 2* hotel…

A hotel with basic but functional rooms. Excellent Wi-Fi and employee attention. Breakfast can be improved, there is little choice and the coffee is pretty bad.

Rooms are clean staff friendly to complain that you wouldn't be able to open a window to ventilate and thus sleep becomes almost impossible to sleep.

Clean, comfy and cheap. I stay here for business travel very often but I wouldn't recommend it for leisure as it is around 20mins on the tram back to Geneva city centre.

All great! Only suggest to ms. Lise receiving a bit of education and kindness toward all clients, regardless of their nationality or their language. Compared to their peers not worked or help us or understand us, our English is not the best but if she would have put a little more of us had understood. I think that your job requires empathy towards others. Thank you.

Perhaps this is not the fault of the hotel, but my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout the night. (It started sometime after 11PM). My eyes burned and I was unable to sleep, which is unfortunate because I am in town on business. It's something that might not surprise me at a cheap motel, not at a place of this cost.

Affordable, good breakfast and easy to go to on public transportation. Very very small rooms though.

Good hotel, nice welcome, staff of the breakfast excécrables! On the first day of my stay (5 days) I arrived to eat at 9.30 am, there was nothing left! I saw a gaufrière still plugged in, I asked at least a bit of dough for a waffle! An employee made me a semblance of dough that did not even swell in the waffle iron, put it in a plate and lightly throw it on the table to show her discontent!

Budget. The location is convenient. Transport is nearby. The center is near. Calm down.

Most choices on menu for dinner were out, but it was late, and what I did have was very enjoyable. Good nights sleep, fine for budget hotel option.

Polyglot, clean and comfortable service. No luxuries. All that is required for a short night for a set price for what is Geneva.

Nice and quite. Doesn't have safe box, fridge and good towels for shower. Bit far from center.

Great hotel with very cozy small rooms and bunk bed-downstairs 2 seater and top + 1. Simple but adequate breakfast. Be quiet. The main train station is a 20-minute tram ride away.

Dinner is served in the restaurant is surprisingly good. The breakfast buffet of less, hardly selection… At the prices I now not separately get out.

An IBIS (IBIS budget) you can't complain. Clean and comfortable.

Clean room and efficient use of space, especially the toilet. Good service at the bar. Also, for first time travelers to Geneva, hotels and hostels, including Ibis, provide free public transport pass within Geneva. Carry that with you as you take the transport, was told that there will be random check and fine ia CHF120 if you board without a pass.
