As far as holiday inns go this is a better one clean friendly and good quality.

Great beds, great breakfast, nice staff!

Staff looks rude, not a tiniest spot of cordiality or smile on their faces. I asked for the iron. Instead of helping it to the room, I was asked to carry it to my room on the second floor. No toiletries at all.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, Wi-Fi, close to airport.

Everything worked. Convenient for public transport. Airport shuttle service. Don't think the kettle had ever been used and struggled to plug it in then discovered plug sockets that received all types of plug.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We were greeted by warm and smiley Benjamin at front desk. Benjamin was very patience and gave us all the information that we need for our stay in Geneva! We would Highly recommend Holiday inn express Geneva for its new, clean and chick design, the bed was extremely comfortable, excellent services and proximity to the airport!

And you hear a lot of noise from the room (the train and people in the corridors. )

Their Wi-Fi was quick and location is good. Close to metro. The staff were easy going and funny. There was a man at the reception desk with perfect English, it was a pleasant experience talking to him. Rooms were clean.

15 minute walk from the airport. Like all other holiday inns, disappointing for the price. I booked a queen size bed for 99 CHF, yet they charged me extra when I actually got there, and gave me a room with two single beds. Why on earth would you give me a room with two beds? I'm alone. Breakfast time is lenient, although their definition of breakfast is soggy cereal with pieces of meat and bread. Walls are extremely thin so I kept hearing other people walking around or doing stuff in their rooms. Room has no fridge or slippers.

As always… Holiday inn never fails to impress. Well located, airport free shuttle, 5 minute walk to Tram station & straight into town in 15 minutes. Excellent rooms, quite, large & very good breakfast. Very helpful check in staff. Highly recommend it.

It's something between 4 and 5 stars, but I gave them 5 stars because of very kind staff. Rooms are small (especially between bathroom) but they are nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Transport to the downtown is easy and close. Coffee on automat is always free.

Very clean hotel. We appreciate the shuttle from the airport. No bar or safe. No toiletries either. We can't open the Windows. Very average breakfast. Very friendly staff. Public transport ticket offered.

It's a crappy hotel. I don't advise anyone. Money asked for more than in armor, and the amount is already inflated. The bed is not comfortable, it is impossible to sleep. It is very difficult to walk to it, you can't find a way right away. They also took money from me twice.

The location for the hotel is perfect. Hotel shuttle was just an icing on the cake. Room was very tidy and in great shape. The only issue was the Wi-Fi in the room. The connection was horrible qnd wish is was more stable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with check-in and explaining how to use the city bus system. I felt like the room was nice but could have been cleaner. The hotel was under renovation during my stay and was a bit dusty.

Breakfast was not really all that good. Cheap coffee machine and cheap fruit juic. Only took breakfast one day during my stay and that was enough. Rooms are fine. Very basic but function.

Too many super bright LEDs in bedroom, especially TV clock, that you can't turn off. Bathroom door that won't latch shut. Comfortable bed, light and airy, quiet air-conditioning. Decent breakfast. Efficient and helpful shuttlebus to airport.

It's a convenient place to stay at with a really friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Rooms are clean and standard. A solid three star hotel. Last but not least :breakfast is included and thorough.

Rooms are nice and relatively modern furnishings. There is coffee and tea for your own cooking in the rooms. Unfortunately, depending on the room location noise is due to airport on the one and train on the other side. The bathroom is unfortunately not so clean, the tiles could be wiped again and at the door the water has already done damage. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choice. Overall, a good hotel with potential upstairs.

Overpriced. Poor beds. Non-regulating heating in the room (= brooding heat in winter). A real fair "booth" unfortunately. Positive: clean and friendly.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Unfriendly front desk staff. Shuttle driver didn’t stop for 10 seconds at airport, had to chase him down. Didn’t get room that was requested. Bed sucks. Would never stay here again or recommend.

Friendly helpful staff. I arrived very late but still got the same excellent service. Rooms are clean and warm. Hot drink facilities in rooms. Usually vending van selling hot food outside. Free minibus from airport with helpful driver.

Very convenient to airport. Shuttle arrived outside terminal with expected Swiss efficiency. Was hoping for a room away from airport, but needn't have worried. No noise in the room from airport. Reception was quick. Rooms are half the size of US hotel rooms, but clean and well organized. Bed was conventional and very firm, but not uncomfortable.

Perfect for a stay in order to catch the plane early. Access on foot to the airport in less than 1/4 hours. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Nice and very professional hotel receptionist.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and it is located 15 minutes from the center by public transport. The hotel issues a free ticket for public transportation. The Wi-Fi is free and has good speed. The rooms are well soundproofed as we did not hear any noise from the planes.

With this kind of staff, it is better to avoid it.

The hotel practices overbooking. Result, as a Gold member I was sent to another hotel away from the airport. What a shame…

I just checked in, gimme a chance to get a handle on this place. Feedback: very nice hotel, in good shape and the price is reasonable. The tram station is within walking distance and will get you to most places in Geneva.

It is exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. However, I was given a disabled room and not informed. When I requested the use of an iron and ironing board they handed it to me at the front desk! A first, usually it's sent to your room if not already provided.
Access is at the ack via building work and is not the best entrance.
The staff are very helpful though and fixed the problem with the TV quickly.
Price was the reason for staying here as Geneva is expensive so ok for a few days.

Booked a ‘Standard Room’ — forgetting for a moment that Holiday Inn Express have a different definition of ‘Standard’ to everyone else… It means 2 small single beds.
Realising my mistake I called Customer Services, explained my mistake (that is forgetting that they feel the need to be different to every other hotel chain that I spend half of my life in! ) and that I may be a little larger than the average bear and …so don’t do well in a single bed. All was fine apparently, “happens all the time” the nice lady said, “leave it with me and I’ll switch you into a double, no problems at all. ” I feel I can be forgiven for not worrying any further… That was a bit stupid as it turns out.
So, I arrived at the hotel, ready for bed after a fairly long day and, after being ignored for a good 5 minutes, was eventually checked in — brusquely I might add. Still, airport semi-budget hotel so can’t be massively surprised. That is, until I open the door to my room to find 2 single beds… Then I was most definitely surprised.
Back down to reception and as soon as I approached the desk I was greeted with “it’s about the 2 single beds, isn’t it? ”
I acknowledged that yes, it was indeed and expressed my disappointment that I had been told it was sorted but that I was still in the room. “Who told you it was sorted?

Really good beds, good internet, free transfer.

Clean and renovated room, good breakfast and good price. Good for one night near airport. Not a lot of restaurant around. The shuttle is serviced every 20 minutes.

Breakfast was good The door room is not so sound proof so the sleep easily gets disturbed. Bathroom door can't be locked and wash Basin doesn't drain properly. not recommended.

I recommend this accommodation. Excellent service, attentive staff. I'll be back soon.

Close to the airport 15 minutes walk or free shuttle every 20 minutes. Nice staff, small rooms, a very weak breakfast… it is a hotel with no frills or amenities. No gym, no pool, no bar. So, if you want to stay here, it is probably a short stay but you are expecting a decent bed and a very good sleep. I couldn't find it here. Terrible acoustic. While ok regarding the airport, the noise from other rooms are poorly isolated. Very hard to sleep with a noisy neighbor. Conversations, children playing and all the range of disturbing noises easily infiltrate the room. Lots of options are available in the area. Better look elsewhere.

Speedy, correct service, they knew the local area just as well as their hotel. Gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit as well as advice on which trams to take. The rooms were clean and organised, and the morning breakfast was brilliant. Check-in was quick and they spoke English fluently in a very understandable manner, unlike some others we have seen before. The staff were friendly, asking how our day had been if we had any questions or worries. They had a baggage room so we could travel in peace then collect our luggage and leave for the airport at a later time. Overall, a very positive place, nice rooms, fantastic customer service and a good location with transport systems nearby.

Friendly helpful staff. Explained the tram system to us and gave us free passes for our stay. This made seeing the city so much easier. This hotel is beside the airport and the trains. The location is fantastic as you can be anywhere in the city via tram in only a few minutes. Very close to CERN too.

Nice comfy hotel with complementary breakfast, free Wi-Fi and free shuttle to and from the airport. Best for buisness trips. Rooms have TV and coffee maker, but no refrigerator, microwave or locker. Overall cleanliness of the room and the bathroom is excellent. Front desk staff are helpful. Located very near (5 minutes walking distance) to Blandonnet tram station.

The receptionists were all attentive to their guests, extra helpful coz I asked them to make my tour reservation which they did. Breakfast is something to look forward too they have variety of cold cuts meat, colored bolied eggs, jams, butter, several kinds of cheese, fresh fruits, variety of juices, coffee. Their bread were tasty also several kinds. They are fast in replinishing food items. Cereals are also available. The room is clean, smell fresh all the time.

A hotel that looks like a hospital. In the hallways you can smell a disinfectant that certainly does not inspire a welcoming atmosphere.
The completely closed windows in the rooms give a claustrophobic sense.
I had arrived late, hoping to eat at least one sandwich, I was offered a small bag with 2 chips inside or to turn to the pickup truck "stadium style" outside that served fish and chips. My liver screamed No.

Great people. We were there to run the Geneva Marathon. It was raining so They gave us garbage sacks to run in. Black but dry.

The reception is cold. I don't like having to get out of the Blue Card and ID card before I even saw the room. (While it is the company that pays and especially if I have already come) The door of the room opens with a map and you have to repeat it several times to get there. The housekeeper told me by smiling that it was doing the same thing to her. But hey, the room contains everything. On the other hand, the breakfast is varied but the coffee is not good. This is the opposite of a friendly hotel!

Comfy hotel. Free shuttle service from Geneva airport which is like a 5 min drive away. Hotel seemed relatively new and clean. Service was great as the hotel provides you with a transportation pass and directions on how to get to old town. Would recommend if you're at the airport for an overnight layover.

Friendly staff, new decor very nice, hearty breakfast. The only problem is that the drink distributor was not working.

Too bad there is no real restaurant there, just a bar. Otherwise rooms are nice and mine was just renovated apparently, so that was cool!

The place is very clean with very modern decor. It's definitely not what I'd class as a cosy place to stay but it's nice none the less. Do your self a favour though and skip breakfast.

The rooms are as small as jail cells. Two people literally cannot squeeze into the bathroom at the same time. Had to stack luggage on top of one another due to the tiny room. Needed redecorating 10 years ago. An absolute dump, even by EUropean standards.

Without a doubt, the worst hotel where I've been. The smell of the carpet just opened the elevator gives to think. Room had a sofa where he gave me fear sit, had spots really worrying, as if they would pick up the landfill. Unfortunate service — ordered a taxi and I not warned when he arrived. Bed very uncomfortable and the thermostat does not work (never came out hot air).

Just ok. Near airport and busses to anywhere got want to go. Rooms are small and Internet is flaky. Decent price for a short stay and easy access to the airport.

Another typical Holiday Inn Express: and seemingly quite far from most places. But, it did the job: a comfortable bed and a decent enough room.

Internet is veeery slow. Youtube videos cannot be viewed. Hotel is clean, but that's about all.
