Great hotel great staff central location.

Great so far, a classic Hotel and a huge contrast to the modern Nash Suites which we just left!

Location of hotel is too good. 2 min walk from station.

Comfortable room however temperature control did not work. Room was quite hot.

The hotel surprised me, looked like any other US hotel. Was nicely located, easy walk to historical area of town, visitors center, and the Lake. Did not use any of the other hotel facilities.

We were in a penthouse suite so our experience should obviously be fantastic. On the whole it was, but we found the remnants of presumably the previous room occupant's take-away meal inside the minibar fridge, which was creating a pretty bad smell. It took housekeeping over 20 minutes to come and sort it out after we reported it. The room had plenty of useful facilities, and a balcony with a great view over the station area and city beyond. Auto-tinting windows and double glazing made the traffic outside impossible to hear and the bright sunshine no problem! Over all this was a very enjoyable experience at a hotel very close to the station. Staff were mostly very helpful, and a wide range of breakfast food is available in the hotel restaurant for a reasonable price. We would have given this 5 stars apart from the poor housekeeping that allowed things from a previous guest to remain in the minibar when we arrived.

Clean and tidy but it's on the main road so it can be a little noisy. Very comfortable.

Front desk had problems with the reservation, witch was previously made online, the payment on-line didn't worked so we had to do it again. Rooms are very nice. Big enough and clean. Better than other more expensive hotel around town. The location is really convenient, 100m from the train station that connects you to anywhere you want. There's also a mini shopping mall in the same building accessible from outside by the sidewalk.

Nice location and close to the train station as well as some good restaurants. But the neighborhood is not great, and the rooms were good but not more than that. Next time I'm in Geneva I will likely try somewhere else. Breakfast was pretty good though.

I have never been to the hotel. A friend of mine (from abroad) left a personal thing at the lobby. Lionel from the reception desk has sent the same to my address without any charge. Just one call has been enough. I really appreciate this kind of special service.

The only very good thing about this hotel is its location, if you need the train station. The rest is either average, poor or even not acceptable like toilet seat that is not attached to the toilet or a dozen of mosquitoes sharing the room with you (fortunately, they did not bite us, perhaps were fed up in advance by the personnel? ). The hotel itself is quite shabby, but the bed was large and on the comfy side.

We had brunch there. The quality of service and food was impeccable. Pleasant moment.

Right in the centre of Geneva, one minute walk to train, tram and buses. Highly recommended for business meetings within the International Organisations. Service is good, rooms decent.

Clean and comfy rooms, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Steps away from the train and bus station that can take you everywhere in Geneva. 10 minuets or less walk to the lake.

Wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. A single minus a very large window on the entire wall-it does not allow to ventilate, it does not open.

Go every Sunday for a small breakfast express. Very good value for money for CHF 14. Good service from a nice smiling receptionist.

Service is great. I had to change my dates and they were very flexible and worked out a solution that I was super happy with. Location is just outside the train station, so super convenient. Rooms are a bit small, which stopped it from being a 5-start, but that is quite typical in that party of the world.

They give you free public transport card, good detail. Well connected.

Ideally situated near the central station of Geneva, the bar is the perfect spot for business meeting if you need to take the train.

Really solid hotel for the price. A bit old round the edges but clean and crisp. Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. It is RIGHT next to the train station which is amazing. But heads up, there's no gym although they do give you a pass for the gym down the street.

Great hotel, one step from the train station. Clean and comfortable rooms, ultra-equipped bathrooms (including bathrobes and slippers). Quality breakfast, with the possibility to opt for a more moderate and cheap breakfast but still more than satisfactory. The price is reasonable for Geneva, but of course it is affected by the euro-franc change.

Appalling second trip to Warwick Geneva. I was downgraded to a room with a tiny entrance where I could hear all my neighbours. Stained old carpets, really dated and poor value room. And when I politely asked for a new room, I received an extremely rude response. For a corporate customer who was due to return many more times on business I was appalled. I travel regularly and have never received just poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel very well located next to the train station Cornavin in the centre of Geneva. Ideal place for business appointments between two trains.

Good hotel for the price. Staff is absolutely excellent. I don't think it can get any better. Truly exceptional. Emily is a star. Location is good, and is really close to everything, but it is not too say that location can t get better. Rooms are a bit small but we really didn't mind it.

Location is great. Emelie in front desk is very helpful. But, when we first entered the room there was a piece of food with a stain on the bed, I called to complain and they sent a guy who's supposed to be responsible for cleaning, he came angry like what the hell do you want and then assumed we were lying and we caused the stain. I have no idea how we'd make it and we just arrived? The stain was dry which means old! Moved to another room and my blanket had a big orange stain as shown in the picture, I asked for another blanket and got one after an hour not even folded! The housekeeper who cleaned the first room came angry too and while trying to explain to her what we found she literally said "bffffft" ignored us and left. All of that in our first day only! I give the stars for the location and emelie.

Good location, especially if you planning to use public transport. Hotel gives you a pass for public transport. Everyone is very helpful, Emily took extra time to explain us Geneva in details and the best way around it.

Perfect location, staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size, AC actually works! A bit noisy, but they are replacing the windows so that will help. Showe is a disappointment though, plastic tubes coming from the bath taps. Wi-fi OK.

Really loved the location with the train station right across the street within walking distance. Just around the corner you will find the mart, including one run by Bangladeshis which offers some ethnic stuff too. If you like long walks, you can also reach the parks along the lake as well as the United Nations HQ, WTO offices, a science history museum, botanical gardens, and light house. The accomodations offered are decent, the breakfast is nice too. Staff treats in a friendly manner.

The location is great. Near to the public transport and main train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are good. And I liked the breakfast, especially the cheese.

Hotel makes a charge of room when booking, if it is subsequently voided, manure occurs at 7 days and less if there are francs currency conversion to Euros.
The hotel has by custom block 100 fch or 200 fch upon check-in.

All I can say is that the buffet breakfast is one of the best I can find around the main station.

Very good hotel great location in Geneva. I especially love the rooms on the top floor that have large terraces. The breakfast is also really good and everyone is super friendly. In short, I recommend it.

Close to the train station. Hotel recently renovated but style a bit old school. Very nice breakfast buffet. Even excellent Wi — Fi in the rooms.

Very nice hotel conveniently located across from the train station. Staff is very helpful and rooms are well maintained. Rooms are not large, but they are big enough with King bed. Request a room facing the back and it is very quiet. 10 English speaking channels on TV, (not just news).

I can't recommend this hotel at all. I have never been treated as rudely as I have by the staff of the reservations office at Hotel Warwick. They were rude on the phone and when I sent an e-mail to ask for an explanation, they sent me a rude response back. They obviously don't believe in customer service.

Food, drinks and hotel rates are expensive compared to US hotel rates.
