The Hotel is overall to be renovated and it’s looking old, the SPA facilities are always shut down and to turn them on you need to inform them in advance and most of the times you’ll end up not using it The lockers down in the spa don’t have a key on the lock and you need to ask for one The room looks a kind of an apartment room with that old style curtains and shutters Last but not least, on my last night I had to call the fire brigades as I’ve been stuck 10 minutes in their elevator at the 4 th floor, with the elevator moving downwards every here and then! A real CR*P experience, never again!

Great staff, food and ambiance. Not too sure if our room was the best for 2 people. We were allocated a loft room and the space was reduced by the slope of the roof. I’ve not seen the rest of the rooms, so based on my own experience, by all means book this hotel but do not get a room on the 5th floor. Lift is tiny and will not hold 3 pieces of luggage with their owners and it does not go to the 5th floor. Another reason not to get a room on the 5th floor. Restaurant was good. Nice variety for breakfast. Did not use the restaurant for lunch nor dinner. Geneva is a pricey city — window shopping is the cheapest option. Public transport is freely available and the hotel provides passes for each guest. The old city is a charm. Must spend more time there.

During the Geneva Motorshow this is the hotel we chose.
It is a short walk from the center and nearby there are no shortage of clubs, restaurants where to spend the evening.
If you decide to eat in their restaurant anyway the service is good and the menu is not bad.
The rooms are cosy and decidedly clean. Rooms aren't huge but still comfortable.

A bit small, but nice place to stay. Its in the middle of the town. Close to almost everything. The hotel offer us a public transport 3day pass, but was not any luck to use it, due to the close location to the places which need to visit.

Nice little hotel in a good location. Overpriced for its size and amenities. Room equipment is not well maintained, batteries not replaced etc. Next door rooms wake up knocks will wake you up too.

As someone who travels a lot, a place getting the basics right is much, much more important than the extra bits they put on top. A quiet room, good light insulation, comfy bed and pillows, available plug sockets/USB, good clothes storage etc. Tiffany has the extras as well but they nail the basics better han most bigger hotels, I rested very well here. Top marks.

Good brunch with a la carte dishes.

For brunch, nothing like that! Low price all inclusive. Take the dishes to order, it's always a pure delight!

I had a good memory of the brunch but today I was rather disappointed. The cooked dishes were not unbelievable, the risotto dried and warmed and there were no eggs. The pancakes are too thick. Prefer the EastWest which offers the same brunch but much better quality for my taste.

Beautiful, stylish, charming hotel. I got a lot of fun being in it. Very good quality shower, good bar. Nearby parking for cars. I was happy, I want to come back again. It is a pity that the air conditioner was not working but the open window saved the situation. The only minus is the Seivice elevators.

Chic boutique hotel in the centre of Geneva. All in all a nice stay if the price wasn’t that dreadful. Only recommend staying outside the busy season or if there are no congresses.

Quiet, pleasant and not too pretentious, with a welcome class.

Low value for money. Took the junior suite, ridiculous price, room is ok, below expectations. Staff and management extremely nice. Ok for business not for holiday. ASK for the renovated section. It's pity that they don't mention it upfront! I would expect transparency at reservation.

Good location about 5 minutes away from the business center / shopping area. Staff is helpful, responsive and courteous. Room is a bit on the smallish side, but it was booked by my company so I can't really tell if that's the hotel's typical/average room. No ironing table and iron in the room was a bit of a disappointment. Also the hair dryer was dead so had to request a replacement. Stay (2 nights) came with complimentary sauna/hammam/gym, as well as free public transportation which is certainly a nice touch. Restaurant was good.

Went for the brunch. Healthy, lot of choice warm, cold and on demand choice. The place isn't noisy which makes it perfect for a resting enjoyable brunch.

Very cool location, huge room, incredibly clean and fun decor. Would definitely stay here again.

I only went there for brunch on Sundays. One of the best in Geneva, with a hearty buffet and a minute meal. A daycare is available for the joy of parents and children. This is certainly not given but in comparison with other brunches, the quality is at the top.

Amazing hotel, amazing services, amazing stay! The room was super nice and big, the staff people was very helpful and very kind, the hotel itself is very well located, very big with Sona / Hamam and with a very nice restaurant. If you go to Geneva you have to stay in Tiffany Hôtel!

Pro: — Comfortable bed — central Contra: — Room was much too hot (january) although no heating was on — poor breakfast — very tight hotel everwhere — elevator for max 1 person, no big luggage — elevator does not go up the last floor, you have to walk with heavy luggage — not clean: there was food everwhere on the 4th floor for the whole evening — rooms are old and worn — Apparently hotel rather invests in fancy lobbies instead of guest rooms — very poor fitness Not worth the price you are paying for at all. Much better options in the area around.

Great hotel perfectly located. Apart from a really good breakfast, I appreciated the details like USB socket as well as a UK socket as standard in the room. They'll keep your details, so next time you arrive, check-in is speedy. Over all great.

Great location in busy Geneva. Close to the old town. Nice rooms, eclectic room arrangement. Service is important to the staff.

Food was amazing and the service quick and impeccable!

Went for the brunch. Very good choice of everything you would want to eat. Super salmon, choices of cheeses, dried meat, different fruit juices, etc. Then the à la carte menu is delicious too. The portions used to be bigger before. The price was high before but no it is a bit too expensive in my opinion. But would recommend for a big occasion!

Hotel closer to the 3 stars than the 4 stars. Rooms under the roofs with background noise very painful. Too expensive for the comfort level. Restaurant very expensive, but very good. Helpful and friendly staff.

Staff are so friendly! It's locations is definitely a huge plus. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, a short walk away from Confederation Street where all the main shopping strip is. Bus lines and tram lines just merely 5 mins walk. If you decide not the have the breakfast at the hotel, it's like CF 30 per head! Just walk over to Migros or Coop which are the two supermarkets that has everything you need. Just 100 meters from the hotel. Hotel gym is great with sauna and it's open 24/7!

Great location and very helpful staff. Geneva is a pricey city and as such the rooms are mid-priced with few frills; not for the budget traveler. Breakfast and dinner are both available and great variety.

Hotel a recommender and the restaurant has a nice little dish and brunch suculent every weekend.

A very good address to eat at noon. Dish of the day neat. Intimate setting. Ideal for a business meal.

Staff are real professionals. Very nice at the level of service and communication you can count on them. Great location for business travel and sightseeing. Parking Service is very convenient, being downtown.

I regularly stay at the hotel on profesional travel. Very nice place with kindfull staff.

Very good prices for the standing. A prefect mix of "Old schhol" and new school design. Very good location as well and a friendly profetionnal staff. basic rate allows you acces to the gym and sauna 24/24. Mini-bar is full of good stuff. Wall in the elevator and room need a bit of painting but nothing too disturbing. Will come back for sure.

"Great boutique Hotel / Great Location / Best Staff Ever" I really enjoyed my stay at The tiffany hotel (was there for a long week-end in April). Although, rooms were a bit small to my taste, service was impeccable. I was lucky to run into Julian (from the reception desk) : his advices were very helpful in finding the best restaurants in the neighbourhood (felt like having dinner out of the hotel) * and in highlighting the best spots and attractions in town **. This guy is doing his job with a remarkable kindness and efficiency. I also recommend their Sunday Brunch, which is fantastic value for money (~ 40 CHF/person, a bargain for Geneva). * (like Café des Banques, which serves awesome Italian food only 100 m / 300 ft away) ** (Bain des Paquis, The cathedral, Pl du Bourg de Four, Patek Philip Museum).
