Magnificent hotel, impeccable and friendly service. The location is the best you can find in the region. The kitchen is of the highest level and leaves no room for any desire. The rooms are treated in detail and have an amazing view of Lake St. Moritz.

Defines Swiss hospitality. Beautiful views, in a classic hotel environment. Staff are absolutely phenomenal and had good dinner recommendations. Do not miss the Rolls Royce pickup at the train station — literally fit for royalty (formerly part of the British royal fleet)

My favourite Hotel, with the most friendly and caring staff and perfect service! I love hanging around in the grand hall for high tea in the afternoon. Going there with my family since my childhood and love it, that time seems to stand still there! So many beautiful childhood memories: „Samiclaus“ in winter and „Acapulco-Terrace“ in summer! Really the „place where generations meet“!

Magnificent place, Thank you everybody for the worm welcoming, and for the special attention in every detail. The suite was perfect in every detail, the spa it is probably one of the best in Switzerland, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Placed in the very heart of St. Moritz, the hotel it is close to every attraction. For the summer the hiking to the Piz Nair is amazing, and I can't imagine how beautiful must be in the winter.

My wife and I called into the hotel last Thursday morning for a coffee to warm us up after having trudged up the hill from the station. Both the Concierge and waiter delivering the much-needed coffee were both friendly and helpful. Full marks to the 'Floor Manager' for taking 20 minutes of his time to explain the interior wood paneling history and the surrounding lake's winter activities. Well done to all! …

I don't know the hotel inside, but what goes on before the house is an absolute cheekiness. Again and again, parking is carried out on the walkway. The common man has to switch to the busy road. This would not have happened with the old cartridge.
Is it not an indictment if such a prestigious house, when it is closed, cannot even plant the existing flower beds. The cheapest way to cordon still used with Christmas jewelry.

My grandmother Melie Betiga work in the hotel from the year 1940 to 1945 today in Argentina tells us stories of that wonderful hotel.

With the first hotel in St Moritz, it is probably definitely the first hotel because Badrutt's is also the founding hotel for St Moritz. Ideal for skiers, horse racing lovers (White Turf) and RR owners in the middle of the village. Recommendation at any time also suitable for families top.

The height of luxury skiing…
An extended weekend of only 3 nights in the prestigious resort of Grisons will have made us enjoy one of the most unforgettable winter sports experience. From the reception to the bedroom to the stunning view of the frozen lake of Saint Moritz, through the wellness centre and its extraordinary swimming pool, everything was close to perfection. Same impression at dinners in this cathedral-like restaurant. The friendly, discreet and attentive staff treats all its guests with the same interest from the very beginning to the end of the (too short) stay. The best score…

Afternoon tea … terrible. A group of us went for afternoon tea. Firstly the staff hardly acknowledged us to get our reservation. The tea was just a tea bag not loose tea, not so grand for such an "impressive hotel". Some of the food was fine but nothing special. The sandwiches were a joke, the bread was stale… in all 4 sandwich types in all three towers of food. Clearly what they do is make the sandwiches in the morning and then use cling film to wrap them until needed. Was quite frankly a bit of a joke considering the type of hotel it was. If they can't get the basics rights… The waiter made a comment about getting a tip, no thanks, tips are given if service is good, not just because. Won't be going back.

An Apeeo or coffee a must, not quite cheap but beautiful, top service.

A historic Hotel subtile renovated and up to day with lots of charme, great service and a incredible view on the frozen lake and mountains, best breakfast ever with live harp playing and that view, awesome.

Old style Familie Bed&Breakfast with a Twist and some fine Art and Food.

Majestic, top service hotel. The staff go above and beyond. The views are spectacular from Lake side facing room. The beds are so comfortable. The food is delicious just ask and you shall receive. I've had the best time every and recommend to all.

Badrutt's Palace is a beautiful hotel with amazing views in a great location. We enjoyed our room and living area; the room was spacious and the bedding was quite comfortable. Our bathroom was immaculate and I enjoyed all the outlets fixed for international guests with voltage. The business center was easily accessible and high speed internet was available across the hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgable about the local area and quite helpful for all of our needs. I enjoyed the cuisines and beverage selection every morning for breakfast. The only thing of note, is that my room view was less than desirable. My room was lovely but overlooked a roof and was quite ugly. Since it was high season, there where no other alternate rooms. Since we spent little time in the hotel room, it was not a deal breaker, but I would of liked a nicer view. Highly recommended.
