Its not even 5 star and they ask 35 sfr for breakfast.

Well located in the center of Zurich, very close to. The station. The rooms were okay, good for a business trip. The bed was nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was okay. In all a well run hotel.

Nice big rooms and clean toilet Location central with 10min walk to HBF Furniture looks new but building as s whole is old. AC is good considering 35 degree Celsius temperature.

The rooms are poorly designed. May be dated. Light switches are hard to find and ac is noisy. Drapes don’t close properly. Property needs an overhaul. Service is decent and no complimentary breakfast. The great thing however is the location. Fairly close to the Zurich HB railway station.

The hotel is located very close to the old downtown and to the central train station which makes it very convenient. The room makes you feel as if you are and a chalet and it is very comfortable. The reception staff is very helpful and the apple juice is great!

Nice hotel, could do with some updating. The rooms were lovely and clean, quite small as was the bathroom. Service very good and breakfast was nice. Easy walk into central Zurich and 10min walk to main train station.

Only 4, because only option is air conditions and can't open the window. The rest is very nice. Location is great.

Excellent service, room was always clean. For tourist I recommend to buy breakfast too, very complete: eggs, fruit, yogurth, cereal, bread, juices, tea, coffee & vegetables. Hotel is about 10 min walking from main train station and an important street where you can find Bars & stores.

The place is awesome! The bed is so comfy that I slept 12 hours in my first night there. The food is great! The concierge/ reception people are nice. You feel comfortable staying in this hotel. I compare them with the Shangrila Hotel where the ambience is good!

This hotel is a charming Swiss hotel. It is a bit dated, but still lovely. The people that work there are extremely accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and has a variety of foods to suit many tastes. This is my third time staying there, I like it very much.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. We just got engaged recently and the staff kindly gave us an upgrade. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Felt parking was ridiculously priced but overall a good stay.

Small room and tiny bathroom made the stay quite claustrophobic. Breakfast was an extortionate price.

A fairly central hotel but fairly small rooms.

Be warned. You need to book an ironing board. So if u have a shirt that has been trinkled during your travels you have had it. Also note the plugs here do not fit standard european adapters from the uk. Thus you may not be able to charge your phone. Although there is a large cupboard, there are only a couple of hangers. The bathroom is on the small side. For the cost, I have been left disappointed.

Our experience was fantastic. From the moment we stepped in the hotel we were greeted with warm apple cider and smiles. Breakfast was fantastic and expected of a Sofitel there were items native to the area. Our experience here was fantastic. Our room was spacious enough for my wife and I. Great option for $200 a night.

Bad Hotel. Small room at a high rate. A bed that is not one and therefore a little restful night. A very little functional shower. Exposed and unsightly outlets and extension cords. Hotel to avoid. Besides the fact that there is nothing around except the Zurich station.

Good and clean the sheets and towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Furniture almost all old. Carpeting from the dirty floor. Hidden areas, very dirty. The window cannot be opened, I don't know how to air the room.

Beautiful and perfect location in Zurich for cafes and restaurants not to mention it's 5 minutes walk to the main train station. King room is very comfortable with ample space, and with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast is superb with excellent customer service. Reception is excellent with Marcel being very helpful to us! Will surely come back!

The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from the train station. Which makes it easy to get groceries on sundays, since all shops aside from those at train station are closed. The service was prompt and staff were friendly. We were welcomed with complimentary upon our arrival which we loved because the weather outside during summer was pretty hot. The room was spacious and clean. The bedsheets and linen felt really clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom has a bath tub and hairdryer, though the size is small such that only one person can be inside at a time. The breakfast buffet also has a selection of warm food such as omelette, grilled tomatoes/ bacons/ sausages, etc. The croissants were wonderful. They also served smoked salmon, honeycombs, homemade apple compote and you could freshly squeeze your own orange juice. Good selection of tea as well.

Such a great stay; not a single thing to complain about. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've ever had. Comfortable rooms with all sorts of amenities; extremely attentive and friendly staff. The bar and restaurant are on the expensive side but no more than any other Zurich hotel. Little touches like fresh local apples and apple juice in the foyer, make this place even better. Would love to return.

Very nice hotel with great Service (Bar and Front Desk). The Hotel has its own unique style. I stayed here 11 times already and I enjoyed all stays (just always have to correct the address on the invoice ;) ). Today got a free upgrade to the "art"-suite designed by anna (employee of the Hotel), which has its own (really lovely and wonderful) style! Its one of the rooms from the Programm "MyRoom by AccorHotels". … Thanks so much.

My Third Time here and would keep coming back. Everytime we have been in Zurich we have stayed here. This hotel has one of the best breakfast service in Zurich and the rooms are so cosy and inspired by the Swiss Chalet. Best hotel in Zurich hands down.

This is a nice hotel, with great staff. But I would have expected more from an Accor MGallery hotel, I've been to quite a few and this was the most disappointing by far. If I was to stay in the city again I would probably stay here again as the prices are decent but don't expect anything more than your standard hotel.

Cozy hotel in rather quiet area of the city. Is valuable to be located very near to the big hub station and at the same time be peaceful without having city noises. Excellent service provided by highly professional staffs.

Nice hotel with good rooms, close to the main train station. Very nice staff. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection. The rooms are quiet. Tram stop directly in front of the House. There is also a narrow underground car park under the hotel.

Back from a brilliant stay at this hotel for my fiancés 30th Birthday. Hotel is lovely and in a great location, with really friendly staff and we loved the traditional Swiss decor! We were offered a room upgrade upon arrival and my fiancé received a birthday cake at breakfast, which made our stay even better with these little extra touches. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel location near the train station, walk 10 minutes. Elegant high flag under the m gallery brand, from the Clean to the Breakfast of the rich, of show the quality. And free fresh Apple juice to enjoy. And Zurich, the city, the same hotel, Office, display in Zurich, clean history feature.

Its an amazing hotel with very elegant nd sofisticated rooms. Its got its own style. The staff and service is beyond excellence. Close to all shoppng nd city area.

The hotel is really good and worth recommending. Its located right in the city of Zurich and loved the place. Take a walk and you start exploring the beauty. The hotel staffs were really nice and the rooms and restaurants were spick and span. Truly enjoyed my stay in Zurich :)

A wonderful hotel with a very cozy feel to it. At the lobby you can fine fresh apple juice and freshly picked apples, all from a local farm. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and are very much equipped, with comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Outstanding breakfast, which is quite cheap if booked along with rooms. Retro-style and delicate interior design. Very friendly and welcoming receptionist. High class experience overall.

As a business traveler, this is all I really want and it is here. The hotel is also clean, like most, and has a cozy feel.
