A really nice hotel the feel-good factor starts already at the reception. Very cozy rooms clean perfect!
The early buffet makes hearts beat faster.
Location super central also the pub makes you want more beer.
Staff very accommodating.
I'll be back.

Great service and nice location.

Thank you to reception for helping out. The original room we booked had a problem, and we were promptly reallocated once the staff knew about our concern. Rooms are spacious, with comfy soft beds and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was lots of good options. Hotel offers parking for a fee, or you may park in the street on the weekends for free.

Reasonably priced. Great Breakfast. Walking Distance to anywhere in the town. Good Bar in the entrance.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. I wasn't lucky enough to get a view of the cathedral.
Thank you for putting more regular soaps in the bathroom as well as bottles of water in the fridge.

Very nice hotel, well presented and clean rooms. Even has its own pub selling a wide selection of ales and whisky. Breakfast is excellent. I would of given 5 stars but no iron in room.

Cosy hotel near the Watetfront in Kalmar City, Sweden. Well kept roons, fine breakfast, nice bar.

The place definitely need a renovation. But otherwise the way I was welcomed at the reception was really nice. She was happy when I started to speak Finnish with her. Good temperature in the room and there was good quality instant coffee and a water cattle. The TV was to old to read the USB STICK. And the restaurant was not open a Sunday evening unfortunately, so I hade to go elsewhere to eat. The price was a little bit high for the night, considering that the restaurant was closed and the TV and else is so old. But thanks for the stay. Kiitos ja toivottavasti nähdään uudestaan.

Staff is absolutely friendly and nice as can be. Unfortunately, the facilities don't match the cost. Rooms have very little amenities. There's no fridge or air conditioning. Tried to have laundry made but they don't work on the weekends (I guess they sonehow don't consider guests will most likely visit them during weekends). There were cobwebs inside and outside my room. Cleaner left cleaning material inside the room and the floor wet. The only lights in the room were the bedside lamps, which needed a wiggling of the cable to get them to work. The breakfast menu is fine, but they miss things like putting fruit that is ripe instead of green. You'd be better off getting an airbnb here.

Standard room and clean room. It is in the center of city, close to Domkyrka. It has a restaurant and bar with good food. Nice breakfast.

I travel alot for business and been to many hotels but never found a spider in the rooms. Here I found two big ones! One in the bathroom and the other above the bed. This destroyed my whole stay. Never coming back again.

Great location on pleasant square. Clean pleasant room (although with something of a small child's room character). Not apparently any air conditioner anywhere in the hotel. Great pub in the building!

It's nice historisk hotel, friendly personel. I like the breakfast. Wonderful view and good location.

Decent hotel directly at the town square of Kalmar! Had a 1p room which I have nothing to complain about. All was clean and neat. Got even a free small bottle of water upon arrival. No minibar available at my room tho. Only thing they really have to fix is the air circulation system which is so loud that sleeping can be difficult if you need a 100% silent room. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Great selection of warm and cold dishes, bread, juices, coffee and sweet things. Even gluten free, lactose free and vegan option are standard part of the breakfast buffet!

One word: awesome. Great hotel, cool staff, best possible location in town. Can't wait for breakfast. :-)

Not a very nice stay here I'm afraid. To begin with the good points it is a very pretty building with a nice pub just next to it. That about sums up the good things. We got a very small room without AC and everything about the room was a bit old and tired and not very well cleaned. The breakfast was ok but nothing fancy. Doesn't feel like they're trying all that hard.
