It's wast of money to stay in hotel rooms near area also very bad.

Good for bed and breakfast. But the standards not up to mark. Staff were helpful and friendly. Not recommended for family.

I wouldn't even give one star to this hopeless hotel. Please don't book it for your own and your family's good. They just want money and don't care about you or your safety. None of the latches work in the room. They charge exorbitantly for just a bed and room without proper locking. Anybody can just barge into your room without much efforts. The TV doesn't work. If it works they don't recharge it but they call it as an amenity and charge for it. Water heater doesn't work. Basically none of the amenities work but we are charged for it. If you get it for free also, I would still suggest that for your safety and the kind of amenities that they offer don't ever book this hotel.

Clean place, Internet, air-conditioning, flat screen TV 38" bathroom with shower, lift access and a central location. Quality/price good.

While comparing to the other hotels & motels around the area, it is just an ideal budgetary hotel in the heart of Colombo. Apart form that, it is a really convenient place to find local restaurants around the area which is fantastic. Staff at the hotel quiet embarrassing to their guest as they don't care about their body language in front of guest (Specially Reception). At least they have not been provided a proper uniform to wear and the staff with their casual dresses (Joggers & T-Shirts). Rooms were not really cleaned but generally it's value for money. Don't expect a huge breakfast buffet as they serve only Sandwich Bread, Butter & Jam, Omelet (Upon Request) & Tea-Coffee.

The hotel looks great on the web site with the images that they show. But when I actually went to the place for an inspection, I was kind of desalinated. The rooms don't look really tidy some of the chairs and other things had dirt as well. But for the price that they ask it was ok I guess. Also the parking can be an issue depending on the time you show up at the place.

Good location, nice view from fifth floor. Safety deposit box, AC that actually works. Were able to pay in foreign currency (euros). They offered to keep an eye on our bags after check out. Provided airport shuttle for normal price (2500Rs). Room was dirty, ants on the floor around half eaten candy, dusty, windows were never cleaned. Bathroom had mold on shower curtains. Unfortunately everything was bit old, rooms definitely needs renovating. In near streets there is only one restaurant with fast food, hard to find dinner.

Terrible, stayed for 1 night, was very uncomfortable. The room was very clean and the shower was very nice. Better to shovel but stay at another hotel.

A budget hotel with breakfast and convenience to get most of the attractions of Colombo. Nice people to deal with. Good location.

The room service were friendly but the hotel needs to improve on cleanliness.

Hotel was ok. Sits right on a busy street so count out a good night sleep. Traffic all day and night, you can hear everything. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was OK. Good for a night or two. But that's it.

Other than the helpful staff and OK location, there is nothing to recommend about this place. The rooms are small and filthy, everything was breaking apart. Avoid.

Definitely a budget hotel. Rooms were supposed to be non smoking but all rooms smelt of cigarettes. Very dark rooms. Wi-Fi available in all rooms. No kettle or tea bags in rooms. One room smelt of petrol, staff failed to address the issue only to disguise the smell with air freshener.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, basic but for the price you can't complain.

Very Bad experience… Small and dirty rooms, in breakfast only bread, tea & coffee. They charging high for everything. I will not suggest for this…

Low scale lodging place. Good for very low budget travellers. However very conveniently located in the capital.

AC works good. Location is nice if you want to visit landmarks. Small breakfast. Litlle dirty on the floor.
